I have seen a Elise several times and she has just been amazing. She's super friendly and helpful…read more She resolved some discoloration on my face, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I also had a consult with Dr. Koch and unfortunately it was not a good time for me to have surgery. They were super accommodating in refunding my money and I really appreciate it that since I unfortunately had a transition that wasn't making it possible for me to feel comfortable having the surgery. There is nit a long wait when I go in and the front desk is amazing. Dr Carlise has a great bedside manner and is super knowledgeable! EveryoneI know that has gone there has had a great turnout! I would highly recommend their services!!

That was a waste over 12k, and now I'm horrified by the way my ears look. I would also note Dr. Carlisle did an upper bleph on me before he joined Koch & Carlisle, and it left horrible scarring. I was allergic to the sutures they used, I had even complained to his nurse at the time who told me just to stop using some ointment I had been prescribed. I did, but turns out it was from the sutures. Dr. Carlisle had gone on vacation after this was done, so hence the lack of after care. Anyway. Two bad experiences from two different providers. I would not recommend.

I gave birth to my first son here and I'm so glad we were recommended here instead of Des Moines,…read morethis place was amazing! The maternity floor was like a hotel, and we were in the same room the entire time, no need for moving around. Our nurses were so patient and clear with what they were doing and explained why if I asked, the anesthesiologist hooked me up to the epidural so expertly I barely felt it going in, felt like two bee stings if that. Even though it wore off before pushing, everything went smoothly and went very well, I couldn't have asked for better people! We had the option to leave the day of, but we were so comfortable we stayed an extra day, and thank goodness we did because they gave us so much useful information we didn't even think to ask. It's been a few weeks since then and him and I are doing fantastic, and I owe our good health to those nurses

I went by ambulance to Methodist west er for a stat iv med infusion and then to be admitted …read more After the iv I layed there with no food or water for hours after many requests. They weren't busy hanging at the station. . Had supper only the night before .. too lazy to call for diet order. Long story short I was abused it was unfounded due to not being a dependent adult . I'm 5 " 135 lbs and very disabled due to post polio syndrome . Can do personal cares only . Yet two nurses falsified witness statements saying I grabbed a 160lb stocky young nurse and dragged her around the roomtotally impossible. But that wasnt part of their criteria. Old boomer nurse former state inspector, claims analyst. I told Dr Dr defransco , I was up crying all night .,. Told three different staff and gave state their names . I reported to abuse advocate nurse. She agreed with the falsified witness . Got all my records and billing . Reconciled everything . Those two false statements were the only documentation in my chart about my abuse. Where's the missing documentation? Dr defransco knew . No documentation from him about it? I was so upset he offered me to go home early which I took. But I had been telling everyone about my abuse . But he failed to tell me my labs were not even in the low range. . Found that on my labs . Not a safe discharge . no documentation in any records I had called my gp after the abuse . He was the only one that protected me . He documented every word I said. Found Dr defrancso and methowest er billed the highest trauma code for my visit a trauma code? That way they get paid more for their services but u get stuck with what insurance doesn't pay . That called fraud. I was charged for many services I never received yet Medicare paid for . Dr defransco charged full h & p when he never touched me . Missing controlled meds I never got but were billed no documentation about my requests for care, my abuse , my trauma, my crying all night ? They did have a Medicaid review due to this . This is my opinion only but I'veI done this type of reviews for many years my opinion only . This is a total abuse coverup and fraud story . But that just my opinion. I'm just warning people . With Reynolds s restructuring the board of nursing is behind and due to the high number of an abuse cases in nursing homes we are in a real crisis! . Dr defransco will not protect u if this happens to u. He never protected me . My gp was the only one that documented the abuse Need I say more

My husband just had knee replacement surgery by Dr. Goding at Wayne County Hospital in Corydon. The…read moresurgery went well and he is very happy. When we arrived at the hospital didn't sit down because they took us immediately to his room and began normal presurgery prep. Everyone was very professional and timing each room entry when the previous pre surgery procedure was finished. Very efficient use of time so no waiting on our part. Then Kevin explained in detail what to expect. After surgery he was brought back to his room in no pain and alert enough to play online chess. We entered the hospital at 8:15 am and he was in his room, after xrays and recovery time, at noon. He followed all the rules and was moving his feet back and forth in bed. The nurses and physical therapists were very accommodating and always there when needed. When he was allowed to stand and walk hall he did very well and was in zero pain. Next morning, day 2, he was able to walk stairs and walk halls and do bathroom duties. He was cleared to go home one day after surgery. He took meds as advised at home. We wrote everything down. We don't like opioids so didn't take except Tramadol every 12 hours as needed. He's been alert and very ambulatory using a cane on day two because the walker didn't work for him. The best thing that he likes is the ice pump machine they sent home from hospital with him to keep his knee cold. He has kept the swelling down and pain down with that machine. He does have a little pain but it can be managed and he does his exercises to keep the knee moving most of the time instead of keeping it stiff. This is day three and he is surprised how well he is doing. Didn't expect it to be this good. His results may not be typical. He is 66 and plays golf and fishes tournaments so he has always been active and stayed in shape. He has put up with pain for years so he said he can put up with a little pain now while healing. Dr. Goding is an excellent surgeon and cares a lot about his patients and it shows.
