I called Monday around 9 am and left a message asking for someone to return the call. By 3 pm, no one had called me back. I did the waiting game on hold as 'all representatives are helping other patients ' for 12 plus minutes. I finally had a live person answer and was able to cancel the appointment. I was told someone would call me back to reschedule. That hasn't happened. Second, my 3 month check up on an intervention done by one of their doctors in November still has not happened. I've had another procedure since and no one even asked about the previous procedure. I was referred to Iowa Heart for a procedure to help with the circulation in my legs. That hasn't even been addressed!!! I'm checking with my insurance to find a more communicative and caring surgeon.

This has been one of the most unprofessional hospital experiences I have ever encountered. The…read morelevel of care and conduct displayed by certain staff members, particularly a nurse named Lydia, was completely unacceptable. Nurse Lydia acted far outside her role and authority, inserting herself into matters that were not hers to manage and attempting to interfere with decisions involving my patient by going directly to my supervisor. This behavior was inappropriate, unethical, and demonstrated a serious lack of professional judgment. she should be fired and never be able to work in this building again.

This is the most horrible obgyn office we have ever been to. They treat you like crap, don't have…read moreany standards for service, and lie. We went for a depo shot or birth control. They told us that we have to have 3 more office visits before they can prescribe another shot. Her birth control becomes ineffective in 5 days and the soonest they could see is for the first appointment is 7 days. They had her fill out a form for release of last checkup and when my wife turned her back the receptionist checked the box for all medical records. We were out of there. Bottom line...thus place is shady, the workers are rude, condescending, and in personal. They will never have our business again and I strongly suggest you choose somewhere else when looking for an OB.
