We could choose which pasta shape we wanted to make (we went with the bow tie), and we could choose between either the pesto or marinara sauce. Our instructor was super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Once we were finished making our pasta shapes, the staff cooked the pasta for us. Both sauces were flavorful and tasted pretty good! Be forewarned that the surrounding parking is all street parking, so make sure you plan to arrive with some extra time before your class to find a spot!
