She explained things clearly in a way that made it easy to understand for a couple people with no experience in real estate. She was also instrumental in getting us help with lenders, home inspections, and final negotiations in escrow. All in all, we can't can't say enough good things about our experience with Michelle. I cannot say enough great things about Christian!…read more We live in NorCal and needed to sell our rental property. We wanted someone who could handle all aspects of the sale knowing we wouldn't be present. After reading other reviews and seeing how he has worked with several out of town sellers, and then speaking with him directly, we knew he was the right person! The first thing he did was hook us up with a handyman (who not only did a great job, but also in record time). He installed new LVP flooring, painting, installed countertops and more. After completion, Christian scheduled a house cleaner and then a photographer to promote the property. We got the house on the market in about 3 weeks with beautiful pictures and it sold immediately and it closed in 25 days. Through the entire process, Christian was very communicative and kept us in the loop the entire time. I can't imagine how this process could have gone any better! Highly recommend!!
