Chris and his team are absolutely the best! As first time homeowners, the mortgage process was completely foreign to us and a bit daunting at first. After saving up enough to feel confident about jumping into the housing market, the first step was to find the right lender, which we took very seriously. After going through and interviewing multiple lenders over just as many hours, Chris quickly set himself apart from the rest. Bottom line is that you will not find a better lender out there that can deliver Chris' impeccable customer service, sincere counsel, and hyper-competitive rates and closing costs. We didn't have to make any trade-offs by choosing Chris, and are now happy homeowners thanks to him and his team. The search: I vetted 8 lenders that included big banks and smaller mortgage brokers. I scheduled a call with each of them and was ultimately looking for : a high level of customer service/ responsiveness, someone that worked with us and spent the time with us to run through all types of scenarios, and overall best rates. Chris and his team just helped me close on our house yesterday. We explained our financial and real estate goals with Chris and he worked to develop a financing solution that helped us achieve our goals in both the short term and the long term. Chris is really awesome, in the beginning, me and my husband know nothing about mortgages, Chris is so patience and responsive, we get treated like we are his only client, not like other lenders. His has a lot source as a broker, in the beginning, me and my husband really frustrated to look for conventional loan because the work history and credit score. But Chris was be able to get us the conventional loan and good rate, at that time, we are only qualify for FHA loan from other lender, even other 5 star broker on Yelp, which means we have to pay a lot more on mortgage insurance every month. So we were lucky that we had Chris, he was able to help us to get approve on a conventional loan. Overall, Chris and his team has excellent service, and extremely knowledgeable with a lot sources even for our difficult condition.
