STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! AND SPREAD THE WORD!…read more The owner, Fred is a BS specialist. The "so-called" highest quality paint I could use on the exterior of my house started to fail (cracks appeared in stucco) in less than 2 years. He did a medocre repair of the cracks (covered them up) which returned the following year. His ads say 10 year warranty. A misprint? I think not. It's a purposeful misrepresentstion of a warranty! After a year year and a half of numerous unanswered voicemails and personal cell-phone messages asking (pleadingwith) him to please contact me ( I even left a written message requesting that he contact me with his crew who I happened upon painting another house in my community), the result was NO CALLS... NO STOPPING BY THE HOUSE. That's pretty cold. This is a dishonest businessman. I was duped. I have lodged a complaint with the licensing board. If I could, I'd give a "zero" star rating. Was forced to choose "one".

I called him, and he said that he was booked two months out.....but I said I'd like him to give me a ballpark figure for cost, and he came over within 15 minutes. A VERY nice young man - I have Scandinavian ancestry (Denmark) so we had a good time with that, while he looked at my garage door, the wrought iron railings and the concrete caps of the pillars I wanted him to paint. When he was done, he quoted a very reasonable price, and said that his current job was slow because of the tile guys, and he thought he could fit my six-hour job in this week. Today, he and Malik showed up - both SO much fun to deal with, as well as excellent painters. They masked thoroughly, removed the railings and replace them, even helped me pound out a dent in the garage door before they started. I don't know what more anyone could ask: careful, clean, quick - they really did a wonderful job. Came at 9:00, finished by 3:00 -- six hours, just like he said! These are the guys I will call for any painting project that needs doing around here -- no question.

I couldn't believe how much better my house looked after a fresh coat of paint. They did an amazing job and I would totally recommend them! The ONLY reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because one of the workers covered my ac (so as not to get paint on it), which it cause the AC to stop working, and I was unable to get a repair man out for 2 weeks. However, I did learn that it just caused the AC breaker to be tripped, which isn't a big deal, but because I didn't know how to fix it, I was without ac for a couple weeks. When I was looking for a painter, I wanted to support a local business and find someone with a strong reputation and great reviews. Silver Cloud Painting exceeded every expectation I had. Silver Cloud Painting completely transformed my home. Before they painted it, it was just my house. Now, every time I pull into my driveway, I catch myself admiring it all over again. It looks like an entirely different home, and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Teri was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Brandon's craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. It's obvious he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the finished product. What impressed me most was that they treated my home like it was their own. They didn't rush, cut corners, or treat the project like just another job. The quality of their work speaks for itself. As a homeowner, it's rare to spend money on a project and still feel months later that it was worth every penny. This is one of those projects. The value, professionalism, communication, and final result exceeded my expectations. Supporting local businesses is important to me, and Silver Cloud Painting is exactly the kind of company that deserves that support. They delivered everything they promised and gave me a home that I am genuinely proud to come home to every day. Thank you Teri and Brandon, for such a fantastic experience. I would recommend Silver Cloud Painting to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service!

Wonderful painting company!…read more On Friday evening, I was scrambling for a painter. Needed to have two small closets painted before Tuesday, due to a closet design project that had suddenly been expedited. Came on to Yelp to see if I could find someone local, with good reviews, reasonable pricing, AND would be able to get the job done quickly. I knew it might take some time to find someone, especially since a lot of companies are closed over the weekend. Found a company that looked promising with tons of 5 star reviews and would be able to give me a quote online, without me having to call and talk to someone. Yelp was ready to send my request and asked if I wanted to send out requests to receive competing quotes. I clicked yes. Well, the company I originally messaged was closed over the weekend, so they didn't respond until Monday morning. But this company, Silver Cloud Painting, responded super fast! Teri was on top of it! She replied quickly and I was actually quite impressed at how responsive she was, especially on a Friday evening when most people don't want to be working. Loved Silver Cloud's positive Yelp reviews and could tell the company was knowledgeable in the area of painting. Found out it's a husband-wife team, which is pretty cool! Got all my questions answered and was glad to find out they would be available on Monday morning too! Teri even offered to drive out the next day (Sat/Sun) to show me paint samples. I was impressed that she would take the time to drive out on a weekend when the job was already set. I appreciated how she would take time out of her weekend to make sure we would have the paint colors we wanted. On Monday morning, they arrived right on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. Brandon and Kameron were both polite and respectful. Loved how they covered our stairs and carpet to make sure they did not bring in any dirt or spill paint. Teri even stopped by halfway through the day to check on things. Towards the end of the day, Kameron had me check the closets to make sure everything was to my liking, which I thought was a nice touch. I appreciated how hard these guys worked, when they could have done things quickly and shoddily and rushed to get out of here. Loved how thorough and attentive they were to details. Brandon painstakingly covered door handles and taped off surfaces (like good companies should), which tells you this is a company you can trust. They do things with precision and don't cut corners. Silver Cloud does excellent work on interiors and exteriors. Closets, rooms, walls, even stair banisters. Found out Brandon specializes in cabinet painting/resurfacing too. Impressive! Highly recommend Silver Cloud to anyone who has a painting project. Teri will be quick to respond and you'll be delighted with the results.
