It's pretty sad that the first contact you have are with these unfriendly faces. Some of the policies, I will assume that Dr Farr knows of, make no sense. Making an appointment is not fun - you get sent a text message and "request" an appointment. After several days, you still need to call the office, if you can get anyone to answer the phone to make the appointment. Send an email - no response. Communication is not very good. The care providers however are great, listen to concerns and spend more than a few minutes with you.

The only semi negative thing i can say is that you should expect a wait regardless of your appointment time. This is because they spend a lot of time with each patient going over the visit. I always leave feeling heard at this doctors office as they take time to actually listen to what is going on and discuss treatment options. Never have i felt ignored or disregarded by them.

We transitioned over to Dr. Deltoro-Diaz and I was very appreciative of the type of care she provides. Since a teen I struggled with weight issues and even had weight loss surgery 2001, so when I had to move to a new doctor, all of the unpleasantness came into play. I always hated when a doctor would not listen to what I am going through but with Dr. Deltoro-Diaz, she listened and talk through it all. Besides my doctor, the staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. It wasn't until recently that one of the staff just didn't seem motivated to answer some questions I had regarding my insurance and authorizations. My husband also started seeing him 10 years ago as well as other friends we have referred. Dr. Campbell is thorough and knowledgeable and does a great job with senior citizens like us. He does not hesitate to refer us to specialists if the need arises. He got me to a hematologist, a rheumatologist, pain management, orthopedist, and mental health. He is really good about checking on lab work and meds. I don't like going to the doctor, but from day one I have been comfortable keeping my appointments with him. I am glad he hasn't retired yet!
