I called to book a consultation and they had nothing available for two weeks. I waited the two weeks and booked my entire day around this appointment because it was an inconvenient time but it was the only one available. I want to the appointment. I was wearing my mask but they peeped through the door like I had the Black Plague. If you want to feel like you do, go to this place. They said I could bring my child who was perfectly fine watching Wall-E on my phone. All of the sudden when I get there they "can't" see me because I have my child with me. It was supposed to be a 15 minute consultation, not a one hour procedure so of course my kid would have been fine. They wasted my time, energy. This place is an absolute joke. The staff is rude. Best Doctor Ever. I really love this doctor's office - everyone is courteous, when you have an emergency they are always quick to respond and give you the care you need. I had an incident where I thought it was no big deal, and went to an urgent care (twice). So then a week pass by and swelling and pain came, unbearably. That's when I decided to go to Dr. Elias, my primary (for the record, if you are ever in pain, just go to your primary doctor, urgent cares do not help that much), and right off the bat, he was able to help me and give me the exact care that was needed. So, needless to say, I feel awesome now and everything is healing - I credit that to Dr. Elias. He is the best and I would highly recommend him in any situation. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Elias for about 10 yrs. When I look for a doctor I do my research. When I choose a doctor I plan to stay with them basically forever. I like my doctors to know me on a personal level, I don't want to just be a number on a chart. I want them to know my history, it's important to me. Dr. Elias is extremely thorough, I don't ever feel rushed. He makes sure my needs are met, and makes sure I am completely taken care of. If I am having an issue he troubleshoots and makes sure he covers everything. Once I was accidentally scheduled with the PA (who is also great btw) and I complained that I had been expecting to see him since he is my regular doctor. He was leaving for the day and saw me anyway like it was no trouble at all. He's very personable and really gets to know you, and makes sure you are happy and healthy. This guy needs some bed side manner and how about just some manners. Demanding me as a patient to not worry about a specialist that I have been seeing for a long time. Maybe take time with patients concerns, instead of trying to sell BOTOX and other junk that he sells. Even his front staff seem unhappy....never seen them smile. Chose to leave and went to a new doc and Elias office decided to bill me for a missed appt 4 months prior. 120 days for a supposed missed appt. Good luck getting that 20 bucks. read more

I have been getting Botox injections from Dr. Elias for about the past 5 years. He is the BEST!! First of all, as a doctor, he does the injections (not a nurse) which is a major bonus. He genuinely listens and cares about his patients. I bruise VERY easily with injections and he is always so careful, which I very much appreciate.
