I've been getting my hair done by Anna for years! I've gone many places and have had some horrible experiences with getting my blonde highlights. My color always turns out great when she does it! She is very knowledgeable with recommending products and has showed me how to style my hair easily at home too! I've always been happy with my hair color and she is very attentive with haircuts! Some other places I've been don't cut it right and it ends up looking chunky when I style it myself. Everyone here is always friendly and welcoming. It is such a cute salon and is always clean. Treated horribly on phone and got told not right salon for me. Ridiculous behavior. What a joke you are. Eff you.

I really, really, really want to be able to give these ladies a good review. The staff here is very sweet and tries so hard to please. But I can't invent satisfaction where it doesn't exist. I came here for my hair style for my wedding based on a recommendation from The Knot. The girls on the site loved this place, so I was willing to give it a try. And when I met the stylist, Britta, I thought I had hit the jackpot (also, it's lovely inside the salon). That is, until we picked a picture to emulate and she proceeded to make me look like a refugee from Toddlers and Tiaras. I was so upset, I drove right to my sister-in-law's house and lost it. But I went back the day of anyway, because she was trying SO hard to understand what I wanted and even did some research on the "Old Hollywood" looks. So the day of my wedding, Britta spent 2 more hours on my hair, and I came out looking like I was about to do a dramatic reenactment of an episode of Dynasty from 1985. But it did comb out nicely, though I still haven't been able to wash all of the product out of my hair. I paid $130 total to have to redo my hair both times. read more

I've been going to Britta for ages - she's a pro at beautiful blonde highlights (I've learned the hard way that not everyone is) and always gives my thick hair a great cut. When I made the mistakes of going elsewhere for my color (see previous comment) and choosing a cut that gave me horribly dated layers (think the Rachel), she welcomed me back with open arms and helped me to face and fix the consequences of my poor decision making. I receive so many compliments on my hair and wish I could send more people her way. Sadly, I've lived out of the state for several years now, but I make it a point to see Britta for a fresh cut and color every time I'm visiting family. My only complaint is that I wish she were closer! read more

I have called back three times over the last week saying I was not happy with my color. I was told to wait the week and wash it and the color would fade which I did and called back and they just kept telling me to wash it a couple times. No offer to fix it. Ally, the last person I spoke to was not even listening to anything I was saying....DON'T go there as a new customer. They do not value customer service and the manager is out until next month but I will be sure to call back and complain about the service. read more

I came to this salon with a Groupon. As I entered the salon I was impressed by the friendly faces and positive atmosphere. However, when it came to getting my hair done I was very unsatisfied. I was getting a simple all over color and cut. My hair stylist left my hair processing for almost an hour, which I found to be unnecessary.... going from a brown to dark brown should not take that long, especially considering she spent 20 minutes applying the color. The color was not at all what I expected it to be and the stylist never asked if I was satisfied. The stylist spent all of 10 minutes cutting my hair. She took a few inches from the bottom and called it a day. She had no suggestions as to a style that might suit my facial features and did not offer any tips. The entire time she questioned the care that I take in my hair, making subtle comments about how dry my hair was. It's winter and I have hard water- I can't help it. The final straw for me was the fact that my stylist called me "Missy" at least five times throughout the appointment. Definitely will not be going back. read more

False advertising! I purchased a groupon for this salon for a partial highlight and haircut. When I called the salon to schedule an appointment I was told that there was only one stylist who worked there that accepted groupons and that her earliest appointment was almost 2 months away!!!! Nowhere on the groupon website does it say that there is only 1 stylist who accepts the groupon. If that is the case it should be listed under the singular stylist's name and not under the company name. I am working with groupon right now on getting my money back as I will not wait nearly 2 months to have my hair done by someone who probably with screw it up anyways. Very poor dishonest service! Will never consider going to this salon and will encourage others to stay away as well. read more

I recently went to Chris and Co. Hair Salon. The stylist I saw for a few times was Britta. The salon , in my opinion was average and the behavior from Britta was extremely immature. Even though she does not know me well, or my husband, she wanted details regarding his recently diagnosded cancer.When I explained that I did not want to discuss it she became defensive ;and acted wounded!! She also claimed she could get a particular color line in but then backed out saying "I tend to put the cart in front of the horse". When I decided this was not the place for me,due to too many discrepencies she actually followed me into the parking lot;and, proceeded to raise her silly voice.I could go on but suffice it to say that I feel honesty is extremely important,and so is professionalism and class.I would not recommend this salon under any circumstances!!!!! read more
