It's a fairly new company and owned by women so I liked that right away, but I really really liked the owner that drove. The woman that answers phones and schedules appointments was always very nice and very professional. There was one conversation, one awful, unprofessional conversation that I had with the other owner that changed everything. I had an appointment scheduled and I received a voicemail the day before the appointment that they would not do the ride. A ride that they had provided before. So I called and asked what was going on. The woman that answers the phones put me through to the other owner. This is the only encounter I ever had with her. She told me that they would not do the ride because it required them to go from their county, to my county to another county. I said yes but it's within the 50 miles that I'm allowed so what's the problem? She got very belligerent and raised her voice. I asked her how she could cancel at the last minute like this. It would be impossible for me to find another company to pick up the ride on this short notice. She told me that it was my problem, not hers and she hung up. I was furious, but I still had an appointment scheduled for that Monday so I decided that I would just talk to the other owner. Maybe this woman was having a bad day. They cancelled all of my appointments. With no notice. No email. No communication. I'm actually thankful because I found a company that's much more accommodating, has more drivers and a very professional staff. I just couldn't believe this encounter happened from a business owner! I recommend Wisdom Care Transportation instead.

Your poor driver was caught behind a wreck, and you called to let me know. He showed up. And he was the best. Dad said he drove too slow. The Wake Forest location came highly recommended to me as an urgent care that not only could do the examination, but could meet any medical needs. I now completely agree that this location is truly amazing. The staff were absolutely incredible, the facilities were new and fresh, and my visit was treated with respect and kindness. There really is not much more that you could ask for. This will certainly be the place that I go for any pop-up medical needs. 5 Urgently Caring Stars out of 5!

Waiting time is always better first thing in the morning but they do their best to get you in quickly, much better than the ER's waiting times. The doctors/nurses at MyCare are very kind people and make you feel comfortable. However, the front desk staff aren't the friendliest people the few times I've come in. Healthcare in this country is unreasonably expensive, and unfortunately, when I needed my ears checked and all that was needed to be done was to clean them out, my bill was over $200 after insurance. If the need arises, MyCare 365 is my preferred urgent care location, albeit the high healthcare prices.
