Was blown off Friday and promised they would show up for my Monday appointment. Called on Monday to confirm and was told the guy was on his way. When the guy had not shown up by 8:30 I started to call as I was already 30 minutes late to arrive on time They proceeded to block my number and refuse to answer any phone calls. I finally got a hold of someone today and he told me " sir we have moved past it and over this have a good day" even though nobody has told me any reason whatsoever why no one called to tell me I wasn't being picked up I relied on this company to help me get me to a Doctor Who could significantly increase my quality of life and lower my suffering and the best thing they can tell me is " we've moved past it" but never actually tell me why Do not trust your care with these people. They don't care if you're disabled. They don't care about people. They are ripping off insurance and not providing anything close to customer service and certainly not basic human compassion or empathy or anything. I will never get an answer as to why I couldn't get to an appointment that would help my quality of life after being promised an hour beforehand that the driver was on his way. and I hope they aren't allowed to do it to anyone else ever again

This one is good…read more Tra (pronounced like Trey) of RDUMTG bailed me out of a challenging situation -- I was in town (from Wilmington, ~2 hrs away) for a medical procedure and my original transport option callously dropped out with zero notice. Date of procedure: 1/31. Date of finding out my guys was unrealiable: 1/27. This means I had one business day to find a replacement. My original dude's flake was my blessing, because Tra is the real deal. Passionate about his job, charming as all get out, prompt (and even early), responsible, dedicated, considerate...the list goes on and on. Look on Google, you'll see that his ratings are sky high. I would recommend his services without hesitation, and certainly intend to ask for his assistance again should my circumstances require it. Just to note, he also shared that because of the wheelchair access of his vehicles, he has ventured as far as Arkansas, Massachusetts, Myrtle Beach and elsewhere to help transport people. So don't think that this is a "local only" operation.
