They dispatched my needs out to AlphaCraft LLC, and I received a call the day before confirming my request. Telling me that a Driver by the name of Lee will be to pick me up. I too made it clear that I had to be at my appointment 15 mins early. My driver Mr. Lee was on time as a matter of fact he was here 5 mins before the pick-up time. I ID him to be sure he was who they said will be to pick me up. He was very ok with that and showed me his ID before I got in the car. So off we went. He got me to my appointment ahead of my needed arrival time. And no, he did not speed. (smile) he drove very careful. Mr. Lee was very professional and drove very careful with me in the car on the expressway since my appointment was in another city. I truly appreciate the service that I received from this company and told Mr. Lee I would like for them to pick me up using him for my follow up appointment in three months. I give them 5 stars across the board. And would recommend them to others who need Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. This one is good…read more Tra (pronounced like Trey) of RDUMTG bailed me out of a challenging situation -- I was in town (from Wilmington, ~2 hrs away) for a medical procedure and my original transport option callously dropped out with zero notice. Date of procedure: 1/31. Date of finding out my guys was unrealiable: 1/27. This means I had one business day to find a replacement. My original dude's flake was my blessing, because Tra is the real deal. Passionate about his job, charming as all get out, prompt (and even early), responsible, dedicated, considerate...the list goes on and on. Look on Google, you'll see that his ratings are sky high. I would recommend his services without hesitation, and certainly intend to ask for his assistance again should my circumstances require it. Just to note, he also shared that because of the wheelchair access of his vehicles, he has ventured as far as Arkansas, Massachusetts, Myrtle Beach and elsewhere to help transport people. So don't think that this is a "local only" operation.
