Thankful that last week you guys could help me. My original transportation cancelled literally at the last minute. I was frantic. I had to get my dad to the rehabilitation center Friday, and no one would help. Everyone needed 24-48 hour notice. I called in tears thinking they would give my dad's space away because he didn't show. And I found you guys in a Google search. You stayed in contact. Your poor driver was caught behind a wreck, and you called to let me know. He showed up. And he was the best. Dad said he drove too slow. Kingdom Transport has been a life saver for me! I was involved in a car accident a couple of weeks ago and as a result have lots of hardware in my leg and need to use a wheelchair to get back and forth to my doctors' appointments and the hospital. The folks at Kingdom have been very accommodating, always working me in to their schedule even on very short notice. The owner, Louis, and his driver, Brandon, have both been extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. They always show up when they say they will and always get me where I need to go safely, comfortably, and on time. Their prices are very reasonable too for the service provided. We used this company to get to a doctor's appointment and then a hospital appointment. On the first trip they were great, attentive and careful. On the second trip, they stranded us at the hospital after surgery, not even answering their phone. And they charged us, albeit a discounted rate, for that trip. I would not count on them and will not use them in the future. read more

Kingdom Transport is terrific. I used them for several weeks to get back and forth to my rehab appointments. They were always on time and very friendly. In addition to Louis, I was able to enjoy several of his drivers at different times and all were so helpful and nice to talk with. In my opinion, this company is Awful and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and if I could rate it lower I would. This is going to be a long one but it's worth reading if you are ever looking for help transporting a loved one with a physical disability. This company is awful! If you have any other options I suggest you use them. I arranged transportation for my mother to the airport due to a recent injury that left her in a wheelchair with her leg immobilized. She lives about 70 miles from the airport in a small town that made it difficult to find someone with a wheelchair accessible vehicle to help us. When I found Kingdom I was relieved; not only was it one of the few places that actually answered the phone but the person who answered seemed to have no problem with the distance. Upon his request, I sent him a text message with the street address, city and zip code and he sent back a price which I gladly accepted. The evening before the flight I checked with him to confirm he would be picking us up as planned. After he responded quickly with "yes mam" I decided to take a little nap before leaving for the airport at 3 AM. At 1 AM I woke to a missed call with no voice message and a series of texts: "I'm sorry mam about the price. I'm 2 hrs away from you now. I thought it was illington nc. I coming from Fuqua varina. Can you call me now so we can correct the price" Truthfully, having been in customer service for many years my initial thought was that his having provided the wrong price was not my problem. His excuse of having thought it was Illington instead of Littleton could have made sense if I hadn't clearly sent it in writing! I could not have been more clear about the address and city he was picking us up from but because of the situation I didn't even push back on it- I just needed to get my mom to the airport. I did call him and text him repeatedly until after 3AM. I honestly didn't think there was any way this man wouldn't show up to help us because he provided wrong pricing. I really thought he'd do the right thing and meet his commitment to picking up my injured and wheelchair bound mother. Turns out I was wrong. At 3:30 my brother and I had to get my mom into the back seat of his truck to get her to the airport. The process took over 30 minutes and caused her excruciating pain. After I got my mom to the airport I thought maybe we'd hear from the driver to apologize but I didn't. I'm angry at what happened and disgusted by the way this company apparently does business. I wouldn't trust them if my life depended on it. At the end of the day we got her where she needed to be but no thanks to Kingdom with their inability to meet commitments, lack of accountability and apparent inability to do what is ethically the right thing to do. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more
