The Purple Standard is a great company and for anyone to leave a review about them and their safety…read moresays a lot about how great The Purple Standard really is! Since they are not Boomerang Transport that is already a breath of fresh air. I stated how awful and unprofessional Boomerang Transport is because a driver stole my $35 charger and Boomerang Transport protected her. Levenia Phills is a thief, but The Purple Standard vets their drivers so you do not end up with the criminal element like that skeezer. Thank you, The Purple Standard. I just wish I would have had The Purple Standard taking me to my medical appointments. That is too bad I never got a chance to know them. God Bless you the Purple Standard! Should I need their services, I will try and use them. God Bless The Purple Standard!

I've decided to use the car service for all of my travel in 2026…read more I started using Express RDU in 2025 Friends have offered to drive me and pick me up, but here's the thing that could be an inconvenience to people and anything could happen and then I don't make my flight or the flight is horribly delayed! Then I thought about doing Uber and I did the math and this Car service cheaper than Uber But more than that, it's "peace of mind." Gopal, who is the owner-- a lovely and kind man and the last time I used him it was when I went to California in November and when they arrived to pick me up, his wife was with him Such a lovely woman. I know a lot of times when you get picked up after you've just been on a long fight you don't want to talk to anyone, but honestly, it was such a pleasant If you're in need of a Car service that's reputable and professional I highly encourage them! They dispatched my needs out to AlphaCraft LLC, and I received a call the day before confirming my request. Telling me that a Driver by the name of Lee will be to pick me up. I too made it clear that I had to be at my appointment 15 mins early. My driver Mr. Lee was on time as a matter of fact he was here 5 mins before the pick-up time. I ID him to be sure he was who they said will be to pick me up. He was very ok with that and showed me his ID before I got in the car. So off we went. He got me to my appointment ahead of my needed arrival time. And no, he did not speed. (smile) he drove very careful. Mr. Lee was very professional and drove very careful with me in the car on the expressway since my appointment was in another city. I truly appreciate the service that I received from this company and told Mr. Lee I would like for them to pick me up using him for my follow up appointment in three months. I give them 5 stars across the board. And would recommend them to others who need Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. Thank you very much Mr. Lee and AlphaCraft LLC for handling my Transporation needs with great care from start to finish. Know you are on my speed dial for future rides to my dr. Appointments. The Wake Forest location came highly recommended to me as an urgent care that not only could do the examination, but could meet any medical needs. I now completely agree that this location is truly amazing. The staff were absolutely incredible, the facilities were new and fresh, and my visit was treated with respect and kindness. There really is not much more that you could ask for. This will certainly be the place that I go for any pop-up medical needs. 5 Urgently Caring Stars out of 5!

MyCare 365 is a decent choice when it comes to needing to visit an urgent care…read more Parking is subpar and when it's busy, can be a hassle. Waiting time is always better first thing in the morning but they do their best to get you in quickly, much better than the ER's waiting times. The doctors/nurses at MyCare are very kind people and make you feel comfortable. However, the front desk staff aren't the friendliest people the few times I've come in. Healthcare in this country is unreasonably expensive, and unfortunately, when I needed my ears checked and all that was needed to be done was to clean them out, my bill was over $200 after insurance. If the need arises, MyCare 365 is my preferred urgent care location, albeit the high healthcare prices.
