ROBBING SENIORS AND PWD of benefits via senior discounts and VAT exemptions.
Sevice is regularly discourteous and non such thing as line for SENIORS AND PWD. They even made me move from one line to another.
Food was ordinary. Pancit canton is so plain with almost no ingredients "recado", siopao "Dimsum pork bunn" is good but small for the price and the biggest halo-halo was already melted when served.
Had to call their staff to clean the table that have been vacated for a long time which can be excusable as it was a weekend with amlot of clientiles. Requested that my order be brought to my table which really took a long time.
Checked on my bill and complained about the minimal amount of senior discount and VAT excemptions which was applied only to part of my bill. This should be on my whole bill being only myself. See bill attached.
I called one of the management crew to explain why the discrepancy on how the senior discount and VAT exemptions were computed. After a long time waiting for an explanation and discussions with other management staff, the explanation was it was different for corporate owned and franchise stores. Franchise stores does not require following the government regulation and the system in the cash register
Is pre-programmed which nothing can be done
nor corrected at the franchise store.
I am doing this for the owners to be held accountable and be fined for robbing all their SENIOR AND PWD clients and hopefully correct the system's program. Will try to report this to government institutions, too. You can be compared to politicians robbing the people.
