So I started seeing specialist from pulmonologist hematologist, my primary who referred me to.Dr. Leo. After a year and a half of echo tests, stress echoes, ultrasound, X-rays, blood samples,, etc.. my fatigue and shortness of breath, progressed to the point where I felt I couldn't even take the trash out on my home, I'll bring groceries in from the store. . During the 2 years I was not the best patient. I was confused, frustrated, and scaredto leave my daughter. I wanted urgency Immediately. if I didn't get it then I made sure I made it hard on everybody at his office Until I did get it.(btw everyone in his office are great and I apologized to all of them) Dr. Leo handled it professionally as he always does, brutally honest lol and that's what I liked from day one. it was a scary two years for me but Dr Leo and his staff were always there, especially Gigi. Eventually Dr. Leo did an angiogram on me and we found out my heart rate was at 15%.. Dr. Leo immediately that day requested for a life vest rep go to my room at the hospital to fit me for a life vest defibrillator then I would have to wear 24 hours a day until an ICD would be implanted. Now it's May 2, 2026 it's been two days since the implant and I feel very lucky to be alive thanks Dr. Leo you're a Rockstar!!!

He has been my primary care doctor for years, not just for me but for my family as well, and the level of care he provides is truly outstanding. Dr. Rabbani takes a comprehensive, long-term approach to health. He closely monitors lab work, medications, and overall wellness, and he actively coordinates with specialists to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. That continuity of care has made a tremendous difference for me. As I've gotten older, his guidance on lifestyle, prevention, and medical management has helped me become healthier, more stable, and more proactive about my health than ever before. At 39, I am in the best shape of my life, and I genuinely credit that to his care and oversight. What truly sets Dr. Rabbani apart is how engaged and invested he is in his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain, and offer thoughtful guidance not just about test results and medications, but about long-term health decisions. He is someone I trust for honest, practical advice, and that level of trust and consistency has been life-changing for me. As a first responder, my health and performance matter on a daily basis, and I literally trust Dr. Rabbani with my life. Because of the care he provides, I am able to stay active, strong, and capable in a demanding profession, even as I get older. His attention to detail and long-term planning has allowed me to stay in my prime and continue doing the work I love safely and confidently. Just as important, his entire office reflects that same level of excellence. The nurses, medical assistants, and front-office staff are consistently kind, professional, and attentive. They make every visit feel welcoming, organized, and efficient, and they truly create an environment where patients feel cared for and respected. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or treated like a number. The whole team makes sure you understand what's happening with your care and that everything is handled smoothly from start to finish. If you are looking for a truly professional, proactive, and life-changing physician, I cannot recommend Dr. Rabbani highly enough. He and his staff have made a lasting positive impact on my life and my family's health, and I am extremely grateful to be under their care.

My experience with the surgery coordinator, Cecilia Contreras, was very disappointing…read more I contacted the office after receiving approval for my second inguinal hernia surgery authorization to understand the next steps in the process. When I originally met with the office, I was told that if I was busy, I could schedule the surgery later and that I had flexibility regarding the timing. I also experienced difficulty reaching Cecilia directly. On multiple occasions when I called the office, she was unavailable, which made it challenging to get timely information and assistance regarding my care. For that reason, I was surprised by the way I was treated during my recent phone call. Instead of receiving guidance and support, I felt blamed for not scheduling the surgery sooner. Patients may have personal, family, work, financial, or health-related reasons for postponing a procedure, and I felt those circumstances were not taken into consideration. What concerned me most was the tone of the conversation. I felt that Cecilia Contreras was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational. As someone whose primary language is not English, I was doing my best to communicate and understand the process. Rather than helping clarify the situation, the conversation left me feeling uncomfortable, pressured, and discouraged from asking questions. I was told that if I planned to continue with the office, I needed to schedule the surgery, and if not, I should say so immediately. This felt more like pressure than patient care, especially considering that I had previously been told I could schedule the procedure when my circumstances allowed. Communication was often incomplete. For example, when my follow-up appointment was scheduled, I was given the date but not the time and had to ask for it separately. The call also ended abruptly without the level of courtesy and professionalism that patients should expect from a medical office. Scheduling surgery is a significant medical decision, and patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and understanding. Unfortunately, this interaction caused me to lose confidence in moving forward with this office, and I have decided to seek care elsewhere. I hope the clinic reviews how patients are treated and improves communication with future patients.
