Absolutely ridiculous. I called because my insurance referred me to him, and after holding for 10…read moreminutes, they told me: "I am sorry, but Dr. Chow does not take new patients because Covid unless another Dr. referred you to him." A few minutes before, they asked for all the information about my insurance, and then they decided if they wanted to take me or not. Very discriminatory and unfair. I have great PPO insurance. I don't understand which requirement this doctor takes into consideration. Also, just because there is Covid based on his point of view, we don't have the right to have a doctor!?!?? Terrible service. Avoid this greedy doctor. He does not care about patients.

Great PCP! He personally calls when there is something out of range in your test results that…read moreconcerns him: daytime, nightime or weekend. During appointments, he takes the time to answer all of your questions and he poses questions that are meaningful instead of rote. No rushing patients out the door. When something was wrong with my meds his staff stayed on it until insurance covered his Rx. He makes sure that his staff goes out of their way to get patients what they need even if it takes a little extra time with the insurance company. High standard of care in this practice. Dr. Chow gets things done without being arrogant and it's refreshing! He's gone out of his way to deal with my rare disease. Great bedside manner! Again, a great PCP/internist!

I'm there confused like i know right..for 3 months this office gives me the run around but I'm not going to lie when I read the yelp review of someone waking up with no nipples and permission was not granted for that I'm glad I didn't have my procedure with this surgent..GOD bless everyone who goes to this office and also for the dumb receptionist lady you guys don't take her bullcrap she's in sync with that surgents bullcrap and will try to make you look like your the one forgetting appointments or not following up karma is coming for you guys and don't feel sorry for you guys

It's been a long hard road but 5 surgeries later I am ready to write my review. In 2019 I went to…read moresee Dr. Rahim Aimaq who was given to me by my insurance for my surgery. I explained to him that I am BRCA1 positive and have grown tumors in my breast. I told him I wanted to do a prophylactic (preventative) mastectomy with nipple sparing because I did not have cancer so I wanted to save my nipples. He said okay great we will do the surgery. The next time I seen him was 1 month later on the day of my surgery. I signed my paperwork that said I was doing a mastectomy & was put under. I woke up with no nipples. I was crying & wondering why. The nurse at the hospital said she will reach out to him right away & she did. Once on the phone he refused to talk to me & didn't even come see me post operation at all. He told the nurse he will explain to me why I have no nipples when he sees me in his office in 2 weeks for my check up appointment. I was & still am devastated. I was depressed & traumatized. I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror before I got in the shower for a year. The scars were big & crooked as well. At the appointment he claimed that nipple cancer is very common therefore he removed my nipples when I did not want him to & without my permission. I was shocked & speechless. My plastic surgeon was shocked as well because he knew our plan & when he came into the room to do reconstruction during surgery he said my nipples were gone & he was confused. I underwent many surgeries & they had to make new "nipples" for me. I have also got the areola's tattooed on. It doesn't change the fact that it happened & it still effects me today. I am doing this review & crying. I am doing this review to make people aware of what Dr. Aimaq did to me. It took a long time to get up the courage. If it wasn't for my loving family & Dr. Paul Tran my plastic surgeon I don't know how I would of got through this. If I could of given zero stars I would have for this review. Thanks for listening & God Bless everyone.

The testing done in her office seem un-extra ordinary although the ridiculousness of feet dangling on a commode that pinched my ass/thigh in a meat-locker cold bathroom, I was expected to empty my bladder. The outcome was not as I'd hoped, but being the good soldier, another foley catheter was placed. Two more weeks, testing by nurses, doctor only poking in her head to give doom and gloom reports, I finally was catheter-free on a Friday. On Tuesday I wrote in portal that I was having discomfort and wanted to know if was just normal healing. After two more posts since there was no response, I finally called, but first had to get past a receptionist that was trying to blow me off... then to a nurse... at 5:30 Friday night the doctor called me back... advising to take antibiotics I had left over from knee surgery without a test - and to come in on Monday for testing. Two weeks on Keflex antibiotics, no change in symptoms. Finally a urine culture. Three bacteria's growing. But this is how I found out... I happened to check email on Saturday to discover test results in portal. Not knowing what I was looking at with the red exclamation points attached to the bacteria's I was quite concerned. Texts from CVS now made sense... a new prescription of CIPRO was waiting for me. I began - but fortunately having read the paperwork that accompanied that informed me of dangers with other drug interactions as well as dietary concerns with the medication, and of tendon ruptures taking CIPRO (!) especially that I was in PT from knee replacement. Now PT would not do many of the modalities once they were aware of the CIPRO. Note to all: Read those damn things when they're given to you! On Monday I called Wallner's and once again, getting past the receptionist to a nurse, I'd finally said my piece about how things were being handled. Wallner called me back - and this time, patient blaming me (symptoms still not relieved) that I was not emptying my bladder or drinking enough water. I'd had enough. I stopped her and set her straight. What does she do? Adds another five days of CIPRO! Still no relief of symptoms, she wants to add more CIPRO... and something for my pain. States in portal that maybe condition isn't bacteria related after all - come in for more testing. I ask in portal what she's thinking... declined both meds... Radio silence again. I am now in the hands of a new team who are genuinely curious and concerned for me and my condition. While Wallner may be good (fair?) for some, she's not someone I would ever recommend. In fact I'd say, run the other way. If you are someone who believes that throwing antibiotics at something - even when they're not working or having been tested beforehand, then she's your gal. If you want to be ignored for days, then that's troubling. If you want to see nurses with the doctor poking her head in to deliver cryptic news, then she's your person. Personally, I want someone who shows their concern, carves out time and is curious to get to the bottom of things. Wallner, in my case was surely not that doctor. Good luck with whatever is going on with you... you will need it with Wallner.
