Once I entered the restaurant, the decor and the welcoming owners/staff made me felt great about my choice. The decorations inside was adorable and the more I explored (ie. went to the restroom) the more pleasantly surprised I was at how cute the place was.
Being the typical tourist that I was, not able to speak too much French, I was very glad that the menu was in both French and English, and that the restaurant staff can understand English. I end up getting an order of escargot, some moules frites (mussels and fries), and had my moules cooked in fresh tomato, onions and spices. The escargots weren't the best i've ever had, but they still classify as pretty yummy goodness on my list. The main course portion was pretty big but the moules were delicious and I cleaned the pot out. The fries were pretty decent as well.
For dessert, I had a cold souffle with strawberries, shaved chocolate and fruit sauce. It was a light and refreshing finish to the dinner I've had and definitely put a smile on my face.
