There are about TEN restaurants and cafes surrounding Place London, with a big open area in the middle filled with tables for most of them. (Hint: you have to sit at the tables belonging to your cafe to get service.) We tried several of these places during our week in Brussels, and Chou was both the most expensive and the most delicious. The presentation of the food verged on the artistic rather than just stuff on a plate, and was delicious. We sat at the tables just outside the restaurant rather than in the mob in the square, but they have tables there, too, if you like to be in the midst of it all.
