Freshly made, all the ingredients are prepared in their own kitchen. Like the halo2, they make their own pang "mix", ie no store-bought OTC sweets laden with syrup. We love the tulingan gata sardines type (you can eat the bones) so much we ordered to go! Frozen and nicely packed leak proof (checked-in inside our suitcase ), it sailed thru the US customs with no hitch. The nice Filipiniana decor and ambiance, with karaoke nite on Friday and live band on Saturday is a treat. Love love your healthy live plants!!! Highly recommend!!! And the beef caldereta was hearty and warm, tender chunks of beef coated in a rich tomato coconut sauce. The staff also came by to check on us throughout the meal, which I thought was very thoughtful as well. All that came out to less than $50 including tax and tip. Mixed Bihon & Canton Special: tasty noodles with the right texture(my pet peeve is overcooked noodles). Beef Pares: the beef was meltingly tender with the aromatic sauce. The only critique I would have about this dish is that the server should have given us a knife to cut the pork slabs properly (we used the pompano knife instead). It's a little difficult to do this with a fork and spoon... Fried Pompano: this was the last dish to arrive at our table.
