I sat outside while waiting, as soon as I sat at the patio tables, more and more patrons stoped by to order. Within 25 mins, about 20 of us were waiting. They would update us on the time left to pick up. They place the crawfish in styrofoam to-go container and bag them up. The crawfish were on the small-medium end but that is expected given the time of year. The favor was good, the shells were a bit soft and it seemed that it may have been a touch overcooked but for the larger ones, it was just fine. Boudin balls were about baseball sized but very salty. I may return for more crawfish but once the season is fully going.
