I called another licensed company (Chimney Sweep Clean) and they looked at the chimney and said no repairs were necessary. I t looked at the pictures and it was clear no work needed to be done. At another location, John said I needed new heat panel inside the stove. The other contractor said they were ok. My suggestion, do not use this contractor.
