They offer free and charging ports for your devices, clean restrooms and lots of information at this visitor center. There is parking directly behind this location which is good as the city can get very busy. I felt welcomed by the warm staff and there is a beautiful outside space as well with tables and seating where you can enjoy the fountain and the beautiful weather. I had done my research before we visited but the stuff inside pointed out something that I didn't see online, and that there are two locations in town which offer glockenspiel shows! We did catch one and it was adorable. It made our day in the city that much better. Definitely stopped by here if you are visiting the city.

Our agent was Mendee; I told her what we needed and she made it happen that same day (it might have been while I was on the phone with her, but that was months ago now and I forget. I just remember it was fast!) It was so simple. Not only did we get a great price on the flights, but it included car rental! (Which we thought we'd have to do separately.)
