It was covered in fresh, tasty toppings, nice sauce and had an excellent crust. My 91 year old Mother enjoyed it so much she ate a full half of the 16" pizza in one sitting. It came in the form of "sausage pellets" not the chunks of juicy, mouth-watering quarter sized pieces of sausage you would get at a real Chicago Pizzeria. I asked for EXTRA CHEESE, was charged for the extra cheese but the pizza hardly had any cheese on it that you would find on a authentic Chicago Pizza... The weirdest thing about this Missouri version of Chicago Pizza, is that they put the over salted tomato sauce they call pizza sauce ON TOP of the pizza! The crust was "cracker-like" and didn't have the crispness on the outside combined with the soft chewy inside and the taste of the crust didn't have then yeasty taste a pizza crust should have. If this is the best Joplin can do when it comes to Chicago Style Pizza then stop calling it Chicago Style, it's no where near a real Chicago Pizza!​
