I had to make an emergency appointment with an opthamologist after my lash appointment with spa bar because I am leaving for my wedding tomorrow. I told the doctor I felt some extra burning in that corner while getting them done and the specialist told me the lash tech either scratched my eye or got some of the chemicals in my eyeball that damaged the surface of my eye. I called and asked to speak to a manager (to hopefully get a refund for the extra $25 she charged me for the style I wanted and the $25 I tipped her) but the manager was unavailable and the front desk totally brushed me off saying the doctor was probably wrong and burning was normal. Burning can be normal, but when a specialist tells you that you've damaged someone's eye, accountability is expected. Don't go here unless you want an extra charge for style, and then have to pay $94 at the eye doctor after they damage your eyeball.

She did a great job guiding me through the process and helping me decide on the services best for my skin needs. First time adding on red light therapy, which was worthwhile. While sitting in the waiting area I noticed that they also do something that is called Cool Sculpting. This is where they freeze away stubborn fat. This can be on the stomach area, oblique area, thighs and so many more. I cant really speak on it because I only go there for laser hair removal. It does look pretty cool though. She really took care of my neck issues and I found out she went to school where I used to work, so I know she learned from the best! So I got undressed and under the sheets and she had a BELL for me to ring so I'm not waiting for her to return and cutting into my time or trying to scream through the door that I'm ready. I got a long overdue Therapeutic Massage which is more expensive than the Swedish, but she really spoiled me with the hot towels.
