I was greeted by an impossibly beautiful Barbie girl who helped me get checked in then Salisse took me to the cozy treatment room. Once settled in the lounge chair, a heated lavender eye mask covered half my face to relax me while my hands & feet were massaged and wrapped in paraffin wax plus essential oils before being enveloped in heated mitts. As I melted into the chair, my face was steamed, cleansed, exfoliated, aloe gel masked, tightening masked, moisturized and massaged. My neck, shoulders, and decollage were treated as well. When I was done I didn't look or feel gloopy which unfortunately happens at the end of many facials. All the products absorbed perfectly into my skin and I was ready to go out for the day. Before I left Salisse gave me a bottle of cold water, it's important to stay hydrated! I definitely recommend that you try this spa!

If you can only get one area lasered, do your underarms! I used to be self conscious of my underarms because of the dark spots that were there even after I shaved and now they are completely gone. I was a little skeptical about getting my mole removed since it was above my eyebrow but in a couple months you won't even be able to tell it was there! Since it scabs up immediately after the treatment you have to be patient and let it heal on it's own. Reka is fantastic and let's you ask a million questions and has a ton of great suggestions for other products to help with your skin. I also got a facial here which felt wonderful and I left feeling beautiful!

I STOPPED attending due to Christine (front desk attendant) becoming a bit to personal making very rude/disrespectful remarks allowing her intrusive comments to get to me about my weight and acne prone skin making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would think while waiting on Vanessa "maybe if i sit here quietly with headphones in she won't speak to me" but NO she would literally go out her way making herself seen speaking louder for me to speak to her. Vanessa was the tech to do my sessions, she is ok but after 10 session i was literally just throwing money away. I was still attending after 10 sessions hoping the hair would stop growing but it didn't and I noticed the prices kept going up outrageously for no reason every other month as if i was being over charged. The excuse to why the price was going up was (it's the machine we have to do maintenance on it) which is bogus.

She was able to advise me on issues I was faces related to the services, and I have had the best after-effects I have ever experienced in 8+ years of consistent waxing. I had some of the stubborn fat around my chest and my love handles removed by using this type of procedure. While the heat is applied to the stubborn section, they place a cold roller near the heat for a distracting affect. The intensity of the heat can be overwhelming but minor adjustment of the temperature can alleviate the problem. The process is the build up of heat to the point the body can tolerate it. Typically, the facility would recommend couple of Advil before the procedure. Also, hydrating with water before and after the procedure will help flush out the dead fat cells. The procedure took over an hour. 6 applications around the chest and the love handles is all that it took. I was inform the some can see results almost immediately. However, it does take up to 6 weeks before any noticeable miracle can be seen. It take approximately 2-3 session to see a noticeable difference. Keep in mind that this procedure will help reduce around 20-25% subcutaneous fat. Not everybody can be a candidate. It's for those who have normal BMI or people who regularly exercise that had stubborn pocket of fat build up that they can't eliminate. I have another appointment in one month. After that treatment, we will assess if I will need a 3rd treatment
