But I have to say I couldn't afford their Truffle oil (go to Morrisons, they have it too... and cheap but probably not the same quality as the Little Italian Shop). When my parents where visiting we came here and got some cheese and pasta and pesto sauce (and wine of course) and made a meal from this place. And (don't hate me for mentioning it again) but the shop is just so cute that I can't help but love it! Sometimes I get a little worried though when I walk by and I don't see anyone inside.... The cheese selection is very good as well. The buttery brie in the display case is just melting away by the minute. But they are just far too aldente with the french beans on visit one. After saying twice that the needed to be cooked more (served rock hard to us) we used the microwave to blast them. They did however take the beans off the bill and apoligised. Lovely wee gift shop full of delightful and dainty gifts. The deli is just as good and stocks the beer from the microbrewery much to the hubbies delight.

They have my fave (Comte) which was a super added bonus. Great place to stop for a bite and a wander around. Try not to miss the Brewery tours like we did... (gives us a reason to go back!). Don't be afraid to ask for tasters of the beers, grab a pint and sit on a comfy couch to enjoy it! If only I had a car... I'd totally be back.. but I'm sure I'll find a way to return.. somehow!

One wall is completely taken up with shelves of sauces, treats, and other little prepared nibbles to take away. Very affordable and not far from the water. Owner was quite friendly and welcoming - I wish I lived in this neighborhood so I could be a regular!
