My boys are getting ready and reminding ME that it's time for class. It's not a lot of memorizing forms, or kicking bags. These kids get on the mat and really learn how to handle themselves. After the first month we are really pleased with what our kids are learning and that they are truly enjoying themselves. There are several upcoming tournaments available for the students to join in. They offer adult classes and even offer womens self defense each month. I attended the first class. The class was only $10 and made for a great ladies night out. We all left feeling more confident and comfortable. This place is growing and I can't wait for our boys to grow along with it.

All of my kids have been there and they do an excellent job. It has helped my 15 year who has ADHD so much. I also have a son with autism who has benefited so much also. They are very good at getting the kids to show respect. They were able to handle it when my son had fits When we were waiting for others to do their class. My daughter has a physical disability and they worked very well with her. She enjoyed her classes a lot and they really knew how to boost her confidence. They have treated us like family.
