The dark chocolates are all so good but a little too bitter. My girlfriend loves the Trinidad. Creamy chocolate ganache center with a toasted coconut and nut covering. This place of course smells delicious upon entering....I found the sugar free section behind the counter, and also some were already boxed up. There are no "grab a number" tickets and people were just scattered about...no organization and no line, so the woman next to me pretty much organized us ;) I was able to score $5 off the $24.99 box of chocolates. They made me feel like I was in some kind of movie where the people were always nice, and genuine, and cared about you as *people* to help and talk with, and not just customers. People who they were *sharing* a new memory with rather than just customers they were servicing. The first of these two exceptional visits I honestly can't remember. It was a few years ago I think. I just remember it happened. The second one inspiring me to leave a review - it was 30 minutes ago. Bonnie was at the counter helping me and my two kids, and as mentioned above she was able to remind me of what a really good shopping experience can look like.
