I love coming to this spa. This spa is my go to when I am in need of some TLC. On my recent visit I received a call after confirming my appointment and was informed by a rep that they could know longer service me for my original appointment time slot. After I fussed a bit the rep offered to make one our appointments complimentary. Once our service was completed I was informed by the rep that both our appointments were complimentary. Let me say Reggie was amazing. He has patience of a nun! My little munchkin immediately walked in the door asking for hot cocoa and he made her a cup with whipped cream on top. Thanks Reggie, now she wants hot chocolate with whipped cream for dessert .

Found this place on Yelp and I had a spa finder gift card , came here for the Chocolate Hot Stone massage with Felicia , amazing!! Felicia was insightful, she let me know where my tight areas were and she took her time on me. I felt super relaxed and good after. I'm always nervous when I just find places but this one was a gem and I will be coming back! Thank you so much!

So I'm just gonna assume this place does better with their waxing, massages, and facials. Not so much nails. Got a no chip two days ago and they're chipping. For the price they charge, you'd think it would last longer. I will change my review once I get a different type of service. I paid $59 plus tip. Staff was very friendly and they gave me a glass of wine which is why I'm giving 2 stars and not 1

The unprofessional end result that Laura took about 5 hours to complete.

I visited Chocolate for your Body Salon and Spa back in October for a consultation with Laura. This consultation was about a week before the appointment that was set to ensure she could straighten and color my hair type which is natural hair. On the day of my appointment I received a voice-mail only 20 minutes before my 3:30pm appointment that she was running behind so my appointment would be changed to 4:30pm, I was already parked and walking to the salon. I waited since I had already traveled there and waited an additional 15 mins after the new scheduled 4:30pm time before she allowed me to sit in her chair. Laura accepted 2 other appointments during my scheduled time and made me wait with no conditioner or hair bonnet while she bleached my hair twice before finally adding color. The color I received was not the color we discussed in the consultation. She rushed through the clipping and straightening. I was in this shop sitting in her chair for 5 hours. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and trust the process. Laura claimed to have been a stylist for 15 years but the end result looked like an inexperienced child worked on my hair with a color in a box from the beauty supply. My ends were not cut evenly nor the color distributed evenly across my head. A guy entered the shop around 9pm when it was only me and Laura present. She claimed he was there to get his hair done as well but he sat in front of me and started asking personal questions, and then made rude comments. She then quickly said she was done, gave me my coat and rushed me to the register while charging me $230 when our consultation and the printed pamphlet for the shop says about $55 for color plus $35 for wash/set. I shared that I was not pleased and she is overpricing this appointment. The guy was standing over my shoulder as if he was her security to make sure I paid while it was only the 3 of us in the shop after 9pm. I paid to safely leave, messaged Laura my dissatisfaction again that same evening with no response, and returned to the shop the following day to speak to the manager. The manager Danielle was dissatisfied with the look of my hair as well. The stylist Laura did not take ownership that my hair looked unprofessionally done and she only offered $30 in return for the style with no apology and justified charging $200 for the incorrect, unevenly distributed color in my hair. The manager Danielle shared she could not ask Laura for a refund but assured me the owner, who was out of the country, would call me when she returned since Laura is a separate entity from the Chocolate for your body spa. The manager Danielle nor owner Bernadette called me back and each time I called the shop the rep Doris shared no one was in to handle my complaint. I finally reached the owner Bernadette and she said Laura (her daughter) told her that she made a mistake by not informing me that each highlight was an additional cost (about $50 each time). In the end of the conversation, she claimed she had NOT talked to the manager or her daughter Laura and will discuss with them before she called me back in 4 days. I called her on the 5th day since there was no follow up. The owner Bernadette hung up as soon as I said my name and that I was following up. It was fair after 2 weeks of giving the stylist Laura, manager Danielle, and owner Bernadette enough time to resolve their error in pricing and dissatisfactory service that customer issues was not a priority for this company. They failed to deliver. If you care about your hard earned money, your hair, and time, don't patronize this hair stylist Laura (IG:hairbyLauraW) nor the establishment Chocolate for your body since they relinquished all liability and ownership when service did not go as planned. I had to pay another stylist to style my hair for an upcoming photo shoot. There is only one stylist at this location (Laura) who either did not care enough to put effort into her customer's hair or does not have hair styling skills along with the decency to share if she could not deliver on the style she agreed to during consultation.

This was my first time here and it was a great experience! I will definitely be back! :-) I got a pedicure and a Brazilian wax. My pedicure was done by Brie. She was really sweet and did a great job! My Brazilian wax was done by Veronica. This was my first time ever getting one so I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. She was really nice and she kept my attention and focus off of the painful process which I truly appreciate. I must say it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The front hurt more than anything, but she was very gentle and reassuring. Overall my total experience was great. Everyone was very nice and professional I was out in no time. I will surely be back :-)

Aneta did a wonderful job in cleaning my cuticles for Classic Mani ($15). Perfect application of polish with cleanup. Knowledgeable to suggest colors for desired outcome. The fan doesn't work for me, so...bring your own quick dry drops. The only place that gives away nail polish. An impressive highly organized nail polish selection by tint from light to dark. I love that frequent deals are sent via e-blast (see photo sample).

We didn't know…read morewhat to expect, but we were truly satisfied with the service we received, with one exception: the massage. After reading reviews dating back several months, I realized that other people had experienced the same issue. Let me start at the beginning. I made my reservation for a Sunday at noon. When we arrived, we were told that our reservation had been canceled. Naturally, I was confused because I hadn't canceled it. We were asked to take a seat while the staff looked into the matter, and they quickly figured it out. Brittany at the front desk did a wonderful job explaining what had happened. In the end, it turned out to be an error on my end, but she remained friendly, professional, and accommodating. She offered us another date and time and even compensated us for parking. Thank you, Brittany! The bath experience was everything I needed to cleanse my soul. The waterfall area and the eucalyptus sauna quickly became our favorite places. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we had hoped for. Now, on to the massage. My wife and I were in the same room. She had a female therapist, and I had a male therapist. Unfortunately, our experiences were completely different. My therapist spent most of the session lightly rubbing my feet and legs. He never touched my hands, fingers, neck, or head, all of which my wife received during her massage. He did ask whether there were any areas I wanted him to focus on, and I mentioned that I had tension in my upper shoulder area and that I had a shoulder injury. He concentrated primarily on the injured shoulder and very little else. I was genuinely surprised when he told me the session was over. My first thought was, "Wait, where was the rest of the massage?" I would really like to see Aire invest in more experienced massage therapists, especially since this appears to be a recurring concern among guests. That said, the massage experience did not ruin our visit. I would absolutely return, and I would still recommend Aire to my family, friends, and coworkers.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM…read more Use Caution when booking. I booked my reservation on May 23, 2026 for July 19, 2026 for my 11 year anniversary. Showed up and it was closed due to construction issues with the city. I received no email or phone call that it would be closed. Very embarrassing. I've called over 6x asking asking for a refund $720. Each time I've called it the same response "sorry someone from our management team will call you back". Nobody ever calls me back. I disputed the issue with my credit card company and AIRE responded to them saying that the service was complete forcing me to open another investigation with the city and having to look in legal counsel to take them to court. I am beyond frustrated. Never thought this is how they would do business. Apart of me feels that they lost so much business during the time they were "under construction" that they can't afford to keep the lights on let alone issue a refund. I would stay away.

Upon arriving to the spa, the receptionist greeted me and gave me a tablet to check in and fill out my preferences for the massage, including choosing the style of music, scent of body butter, conversation level, and pressure. I loved they had a little display where you can smell the many body butter options before choosing one, and the friendly receptionist gave me her recommendations for a lighter scent. On the tablet you also answer questions about your health related to the massage (sensitive areas or injuries for example) so the masseuse is aware. After I was done they gave me a tour of the women's locker room which was immaculately clean. They had 2 changing rooms, a shower, private bathroom, a sink with lots of amenities, clean towels, slippers, and lockers. They gave me a locker which had my robe to change into. The robe was sooooo soft and fluffy. It had a nice weight to it, like I was wearing a blanket but with pockets! They encouraged I take my time and when I was changed and ready, I could walk into the lounge waiting area where my masseuse would meet me. The lounge had soft lighting, a nice variety of snacks and sweets and tea, comfy seating, a journal with little encouraging messages from past patrons, books and coloring, and a heated container with neck pillows that you can use! My masseuse arrived promptly so I enjoyed these amenities after my massage. The masseuse Eric was so lovely! They showed me to a massage room, oriented me to where to put my robe and glasses, and let me know the table was heated and they could adjust it to my preference. They also asked about my massage preferences and areas of focus. Once I was settled in, Eric came back and I had the most relaxing swedish massage! Perfect pressure and balanced on both sides. I was floating after! They brought me tea after and then I spent some time in the lounge. Overall incredible experience. All the staff were lovely, and the experience from entering the spa to leaving was so relaxing. I also loved the have a huge free parking lot! Its a shared parking lot in a plaza, so you can park right in front. It was a bit tricky to get into the lot from the main street if you have to turn left into it (you'll see a large sign for SPF which is a pickle ball spot that shares the lot). I ended up turning left into a small street and finding my way into the lot from there. Definitely check it out for your next spa day!

This time, I decided to schedule a mani & pedi at the end of my week stay as an added treat. When I tell you that I was shocked by my experience here, I mean it. There was nothing luxurious about this at all. And these are absolute top-tier prices for their services. They took me down the stairs after I checked in and I waited in this dark area as people were randomly walking back and forth from the pool area. A woman escorted me into this insanely small room (it looks like a closet) where there were 2 pedicure chairs right next to each other then 2 manicure stations across from that. I truly was shocked. I wanted to leave. Their website and spa detail information is so insanely misleading. This small room they cram you into has no windows, and is at the end of a dark hall. Forget that we are still dealing with the pandemic and there is zero social distancing. The two nail techs that were working were lovely but so obviously under appreciated & overworked. Which is beyond sad. My pedicure was ok but my manicure was the worst I've ever received. I wanted a French tip and the tech haphazardly painted each tip with a regular brush. Not one was the same. I also walked out and came right back to get some nail polish remover to clean up my own hands as I had white polish all over my skin. Just insane. The receptionist was appalled when I showed her my nails so she said she would take it off my bill ($65) was removed but I still paid over $150 plus tip for my mani and pedi. In my personal option, they should close down the manicure and pedicure options of the spa. It is not a luxury, high end experience. Quite the opposite. This was not a great way to end our stay here & it put such a bad taste in my mouth. I won't ever come back to the spa for any service at all.
