i've been coming here since i was a kid. They would recognize us all the time we would come once a week hahaha. I'm 22 now, i've brought my best friends here and they absolutely love it! I think there's new workers since i was a kid because i don't recognize them but they are very sweet and helpful! the food is amazing as always. I usually get the chicken pesto panini or the lime chicken salad. The parking situation is the only downside. Other than that, this place is amazing:)

I love this restaurant. I come here often, again and again. I always know that I'm never going to be disappointed here. The girl who takes our orders is always so kind. The wait isn't long. And the food is amazing. I have no clue who the chef is but wow- they truly know how to cook. They present the food so pretty AND it tastes amazing. And the seating arrangement is nice and peaceful. I love this spot.

I mistook this place as a coffee shop because of the name, otherwise, i would have paid a visit sooner. The plaza can be a bit of a challenge for parking, but that's life in LA! We ended up parking on the street and walking over. As we stepped inside, we immediately noticed a party of seven dining, leaving only three tables for two available. It's definitely a cozy spot and probably not ideal for a party larger than 7 (even then, it was tight). The setup is pretty straightforward--you're expected to order your meal at the counter, you get a numbertheyd they bring it over when ready. However, since it was prime breakfast time at 9 a.m., we made sure to snag a table first and then take our time looking over the menu. Just wanna know about the food? Lots of options to choose from. They also have a lunch menu if you prefer. First, their hot chocolate tasted like it was made with Ibarra chocolate (yum!) I liked how it was already put in a to-go cup which worked out. To eat, i recommend the smoked salmon benedict if you're like me who prefers tangy/tart flavor. The hollandaise sauce could have used more vinegar. Capers made up for it on my benedict but the chorizo eggs benedict fell below our expectations. For sides; potatoes were crispy and we'll seasoned or if you go with fruit, they were sweet and fresh. We had the special; pumpkin Brúleé French toast which was also delicious. Overall, it was a positive experience. The servers were friendly and attentive, and the food was satisfying. However, the space is quite small and can only accommodate a limited number of customers. The cost for items was a little up there (ex: $14 breakfast burrito), but made with quality so I'd still be interested in trying their takeout options! If you're in a group of seven or more, I'd definitely recommend takeout so you can fully enjoy what they offer

MY FAVORITE SPOT IN MID CITY!! Such amazing and flavorful food here! I come here like every 2 weeks with my sister and it's always the best service we receive. Kayla is who mostly takes care of us and she's just the sweetest ever! Not only is the food good but so are the drinks! I usually always get an iced matcha but I recently tried their cafe de olla iced and it's soooo good. I loved that it wasn't too strong or sweet! Their smoothies are also super good. Also mentioning their refreshers (the passion fruit is bomb). The place isn't too big or small, I'd say about the right size. They're always playing good music too which is something I always like when it comes to dining in a restaurant. Overall, 12/10 everytime I come here. I loved it.

It's a hidden gem with good food. I honestly thought it was a chocolate store or cafe of some sort because of the name. It was a great surprise when I walked in. The staff is friendly, and the food is made fresh. It was a small spot, but the food was tasty. I ordered the Chilaquiles Verdes and my daughter had the Famous B-Fast Burrito and it was so good! Definitely check this place out if you are in the area. Service was fast and friendly, which is always a plus.

This place has the best homestyle breakfast within mid city / Ktown. Also pastas and paninis you can't go wrong it's a must try! I love the chicken broccoli penne pasta. The Place is a bit small so seating can be limited during the weekends. But takeout is also great option! they also have specials soups as well! plus service always great!

The food here is tasty. I ordered the chilaquiles divorciados, which come with a fried egg on top, my favorite were the red ones. They also offer fresh orange juice and other juices. The plate is large The restaurant itself is a little small but there are roughly 10 tables and chairs. Parking can be an issue since the lot is always full due to the number of businesses in the plaza. Service was great and the food came out fairly quickly. I don't usually write multiple reviews for the same place, but this restaurant absolutely deserves it. I left a 5-star review about 8 months ago, and after coming back consistently ever since, I can confidently say they have never missed. I've worked my way through so many different items on the menu, and every single meal has been fresh, flavorful, and worth coming back for. It's honestly my favorite sit down spot to eat at because the quality is so consistent What really made today's visit special, though, was the service. Today was my mom's birthday, so I brought my family here for brunch, and Amanda took such great care of us. It was my mom's first time visiting, so she had what felt like a hundred questions about the menu, and Amanda answered every one with so much patience, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm. My brother is autistic, and she was just as patient and accommodating while he took his time ordering. She never made us feel rushed and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. She also brought out a slice of cake with a candle to sing happy birthday to my mom. You don't get this kind of service anywhere. Also Kayla was so great too!!! Great food will always bring me back, but service like Amanda's is what turns a restaurant into a place you recommend to everyone. Ordered for the first time for pick up!!! The girl that answered my called was very polite and kind, took the time to read back my order make sure i was ok with what i wanted. The food came home and was still warm and delicious, the chicken chipotle panini was sooo good... along with the salad. The place is very nice and cozy. Parking is tight, but doable! Good food or go to at this place is the pesto Panini or the jalapeño Panini. We tried the French toast today they are good. What does places known for is there desserts and coffee my younger siblings always get their hot chocolate I always get different types of coffee which I recommend trying with one of their desserts. read more

When I walked in the lady at the register was so nice and welcoming. It was a nice way to start the morning! I ordered the grilled chicken pesto sandwich that came with sweet potato fries and I loved it. It was a really large size too so I basically got two meals in one because of the leftovers. It came with avocado too which was nice against the crispy panini pressed bread. Would recommend for breakfast with a friend! Great vibes. read more

I Recently moved in to the neighborhood and been eyeing this spot for a while now. I'm glad I finally got to try it. I got the breakfast burrito that comes with egg, hash browns, ham, sausage, avocado and I think one other thing. The burrito is huge and very tasty. Can't wait to come back and try one of their sandwiches. Also, very friendly staff. read more

The "Acting manager" Christopher was rude. The menu CLEARLY STATS THE COMBO COMES WITH BACON!! PICTUR BELOW he said they have changed the menu and wouldn't honor the menu that he handed to us. Then he said give me a star review I don't care! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! read more

I went here quite often in the past with my uncle! The food is really good and I got the tiramisu once, and it was awesome :)! On my first visit the shopping center where its located gave me vibes like maybe the food wasnt going to be great, but I was wrong!! I was sooo excited about this place because I though it would be a good (and cheap!) replacement for my beloved Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for my broke grad student budget. My first mistake was looking at the pictures for prices without looking at the date. My bf loves pico de gallo so we ended up getting one for $4.25 (almost a 50% price increase in 2 years!!!!!). We got it sliced and wrapped all nicely and took it home to enjoy it. My bf took a bite and started coughing and begging for water. I cautiously took a small bite and spit it out. It was WAY WAY too salty. I tried a couple more times to eat some but I was very, very disappointed. Looking at past pictures I'm hoping the apple I got was just a fluke. I forgot to take a picture but it had way more pico on it than the ones in the pictures. I will be back though to try the other apples! read more

Bomb that's all I can say. Everything I've ordered from here has tasted great!! Only thing that I didn't like was the fact that it took me so long to find this place o and I hate the parking lot in this mini strip mall. I dislike it so much I stopped going to certain restaurants therein but for this place.... I'll make the sacrifice!! It's so yummy and reasonably priced. read more

Decided to stay in for dinner. Order said to estimate about an hour but it arrived in about 30 min. Some of the food was a hit, like their pizzas. Good crust and flavorful overall. My hubby got their jalapeño grilled chicken panini and what he got was a grilled chicken panini with a piece of jalapeño pepper on the side. ?? I ordered tuna melt quesadilla. Yes, I was curious how it would taste. It would have been decent if it weren't for red sauce they called salsa and green runny sauce they called avocado. Neither had much flavor. Normally, they include double shots of espresso, which may have tasted stronger for me since my husband wanted three shots, and I usually stick with two shots. The double mango matcha uses fresh fruit syrup so the mango flavor was not too strong and my drink was very creamy due to the signature mango cream on top. Usually, I would enjoy a creamy matcha but it made me more thirsty on a hot day. The service took a bit of time since they had to mix my matcha the legit way with the bamboo whisk. The matcha tasted like premium, ceremonial matcha since it was stronger and authentic in taste. Overall, both drinks were enjoyable but if I had to choose one, I would go with the orange espresso tonic even though I love mango matcha!

I've had some sort of tomato pastry and a jalapeño cheese croissant, both of which satisfied whatever savory craving I was having. I appreciate the resources posted, the signage that's up, and the community events that happen here. The energy and intention behind this space are wonderful.

I've been coming here for a few months now and i am disgusted that I came in on friday and learned that this location has been shut down by the HEALTH DEPARTEMNT FOR HAVING FREAKING RATS!!!! look it up online folks there's also a sign on the door I will never eat here again horrible!!! read more

I work 1 mile away from this cute cafe , I must say I'm impressed. I love their FOOD! service is amazing, and final I love their CANDY APPLES! Their to die for!!!! I can't even resist just by me going there I come out with 4 candy apples and amazing famous breakfast sandwich yum! read more

Don't let the name confuse you as you can also have main courses here))) But as a chocolate lover I want to stress especially on the quality of chocolate sweets)) They are amazing) at least once in a week you must reward yourself with these jaw dropping connfettis. read more
