Resting toward the back end of the Valley Country Market on Ventura Blvd/De Soto Ave, just next door to the French Quarter. There's a good amount of parking with up to 2hr free validation. Opening at 1pm everyday - you can sample a mini smorgasbord of options - they have way more options than listed on their menu board and even on their website. Vegan Planet Earth is out of this word "blue amaretto colored with spirulina, mixed with chunks of house-made matcha green tea cake." Don't sleep on their Vegan Banana Bread Pudding or Cookies & Cream. But my top pick recently is the Vegan Strawberry Marcha. We happened to pop in on Topping Tuesday where you get one free topping of your choice. Keeping it as dairy-free and vegan as possible I went with the oreo pieces/chunks. Our server was nothing but warm and pleasant. Seating is limited inside and on a warm day unfortunately even with their AC you can feel the heat beating on the windows. Absolutely worth it. Come enjoy a scoop or two at this boutique style V.L. location. It's Valley Country Market on the outside and pretty in pink on the in. Scooping until 9PM daily. Vegan cookies available as well - and they're epic!! #ICantBelieveItsVegan

Both recipes were made nicely with a soft , light, and fluffy texture. If you've ever eaten rice krispies before, you know that they can be quite sticky. Compared to that brand you eat growing up, this one is prepared flat like a cookie. So it's not a thick rectangular bar. I thought it was very interesting that each 'cookie' was pretty big and $6.99. They have a promo where you buy three you get one free, so a four pack would end up being $19.99. I knew to just get one because of the size of the krispy treat. It all came down to which flavor to choose!!! I ended up getting the cookie butter one because I love Biscoff cookies also. Anyways, the dessert was made well, but I don't think I'm a fan of this style of desserts. I think I'm more of an ice cream fan. Worth a try though!!

The service was cool they had Two young ladies working and they were nice. This is also very popular for gelato. I tried a sample of the salted caramel and it was pretty good. Tang and Java was actually where I originally wanted to grab coffee, so we decided to come here instead and I am SO happy our day worked out that way. This was genuinely some of the best coffee I've had since moving to California. I originally ordered one drink, and then realized they had a coffee flight. They were so nice and let me just pay the difference to switch to the flight, and THANK GOD because every single flavor I chose was amazing. The Toasted Tiramisu was TO DIE FOR. My friend also got the brown sugar coffee, which was incredible, so between the flight and hers I got to try five different flavors.. and every single one was so good. I'm honestly sad I live all the way in Santa Barbara because I will absolutely be going out of my way to come back here just for the coffee. And I say that as a coffee snob who grinds my own beans and makes my own espresso at home. This place is AMAZING. We also got the avocado toast, which was fresh and refreshing and exactly what I wanted with my coffee. But seriously... I will be thinking about this coffee until I can come back. 10/10.

My first experience (in…read moreEncino) wasn't great, which is why I decided to give it another try at the Woodland Hills location. This visit was definitely better. The coffee was good -- I'd say around a 4 out of 5 -- and the pastries were fresh and . The overall atmosphere was pleasant and felt more inviting. That said, there are still a few areas for improvement. The space is a bit limited, and there aren't many outdoor seating options, which would be nice given the location. The interior could also use some updates, as parts of it feel a bit worn. Overall, this location left a much better impression. It's a nice spot for coffee and a quick bite, and I'm glad I gave the brand another chance.

I've tried their matcha, as well as their pumpkin crumble iced latte, multiple times. Every time I've tried their drinks, I felt like they've been good, but nothing crazy or worth raving about. The pricing on the pastries and food isn't amazing, but seems to have pretty normal pricing when it comes to the drinks. Cons: On multiple occasions, the workers behind the counter have messed up my drink. Whether it's asking for almond milk or a certain size, it seems to be really difficult for any of the workers there to do it correctly on the first try. Additionally, they also sell cakes that could be used for birthdays, anniversaries, and more, which means that it's important to have good customer service, especially for those big events. Furthermore, every time I've come, it seems like there's only one to two workers working at a time within the whole store, managing any outside seating, inside seating, cleaning, and cashiering. Although their pastries and breads are pretty good, I had to learn the hard and hungry way that all of their sandwiches automatically include mustard and or mayonnaise on them. None of the sandwiches come with condiments on the side, and all of them are already premade ahead of time, which is really annoying. Even if you eat the added condiments, they've been sitting out all day. Without their pastries, I honestly wouldn't be coming, but because there's no Porto's in Woodland Hills, Paris Baguette is the next chain that's close that caters towards that type of food.

Their current storefront is a cart in front of Alfred Coffee on Ventura Blvd. Parking is a tad difficult but can be found on the street - free around the block if you like getting those steps in! While they do allow samples, it's difficult to select from so many unique flavors! Alas, I had their Pistachio Konafa with Chocolate Shell and Walnut Baklava. My biggest surprise with the baklava. Having tried several baklava in the past, I often forego it because it's too sweet, heavy, and thick. While the taste was similar, I found this more soft and creamy which was pleasant. The second surprise was that chocolate shell, which was freshly frozen. I can't explain how amazed I was, I wish I got a video! For a small little cart, they really had many tasty flavors. The walls being pink really made eating sweets here very enjoyable. The staff were also very friendly and patient - 5/5 would come again.
