They told me they have groomers who can handle dog's first time getting groomed. Okay, perfect! So we set up an appointment. On the day of his appointment the groomer texted four minutes before the appointment was going to start that she would be late and she would be there an hour and forty five minutes later. Now I know things happen, but to text that four minutes before the appointment is to start is extremely unprofessional. This should have been our sign to cancel the appointment entirely. I let them know that would not be possible as we had plans for later that night. She then suggested the next day. I told her again no we wouldn't be able to because we had appointments the next day. Again this was probably the universe telling us to just cancel the appointment altogether. All of a sudden she says she can be here by 3:30 P.M. I asked if she really could be here by that time and she said yes so we said yes okay let's continue with the appointment. BIG MISTAKE. The groomer gets here and she acknowledges that this would be his first time getting groomed. We told her yes and let them know he does not like getting his nails cut, doesn't like the blow dryer, etc. She said ok. She asked us how we wanted to do his hair and we said we can go shorter and to make his nails as short as possible. An hour later she lets us know he's done. We go down to get him and he looks like a completely different dog. I'm shocked at how he looks. She basically shaved him down almost to the skin. I felt like she was also trying to guilt us because she also kept saying how he was nervous and scratched and bit her. But that's why you were warned from us and the appointment guide that this was his first grooming experience and that he would be nervous and take the proper precautions with him. I feel like that wasn't the case and she shaved him down and rushed through it. We couldn't really inspect him then and there because like I said we had plans for later that night. But looking at him the next day we noticed how uneven and how shocking this haircut really is. You can see the shaver marks and how uneven it is. He really looks like a different dog. I called today because this isn't right and spoke to a receptionist. She said did I want the head groomer to come and fix it? How can they fix it? He basically has no hair left if they tried to fix it. So she said they could offer a 20 percent off discount for our next service. I was honest and said that his hair is probably going to take a long time to grow back and I will never use them ever again. So we kinda sat in silence and I asked if there was an additional discount they could give. She told me that she would have to ask the head groomer and she would text me. After not hearing back from her I ended up calling back. She said that they could offer an addition 5 percent off. Whatever percentage off isn't enough. I don't think whoever the groomer was could handle first time grooming with puppies. And I do not think that's enough for what they put our dog through. I hope he isn't scarred for the rest of his life against getting groomed. Do not recommend this groomer at all. Try a different mobile grooming if you can.

I was hoping my text would prompt her to get to my house and feed my dog and take her for a walk. My dog must have felt so alone, scared and abandoned. Over an hour later, she enters my house, 4 hours after she was due to be there; and feeds the dog and takes her on a SHORT walk. All on video! She was supposed to come twice a day. Thankfully, my dog had a doggie door. When I called her to ask for my key back, I recorded the conversation on my video camera and confronted her. This crazy lunatic had the audacity to state, "you don't trust anyone" and started yelling at me! Um, YOU ARE ON VIDEO Pamela, VIDEO DOES NOT LIE! You must secretly hate dogs and want them to suffer. You did not show up for 17 HOURS, when (dog's name) has a set schedule you agreed to AND WERE PAID IN ADVANCE. We had a SIGNED CONTRACT you breached. Videos don't lie! Then, an hour after my text, asking how (name of dog) is, Pamela shows up, after sending a photo from the day before, acting she had already been there. The video camera is prominent on a wall in my living room, and I'm on video myself, pointing it out to her. I used Pamela for years, with 2 different dogs, and I shudder at the thought of what my pets (former and current) went through in her care, BEFORE I had video cameras. STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM PAMELA if you care anything about the health, care, and welfare of your pet! She is a despicable human being and a LIAR. Who clearly takes the money and allows animals to SUFFER. I have video, audio, and photo proof. Tell everyone you know! If you didn't already cash the check, Pamela, I would have stopped the payment.

We have met Pam face to face only once and 3 yrs working with her, I feel that she is part of our TEAM. my husband and i have a out of the city business and travel overnight at times. Jack is now 10 yrs old and doesnt enjoy the journey part of the trip so we keep him at home when needed. Pam has been soooo much help , she communicates immediately, she is responsible and VERY experienced. I trust her in my home and she takes care of little things like the trash bins on trash days.
