I tried to explain that the doctor specifically instructed me to come in directly for the X-ray, but the staff member did not listen or respond to my explanation. The staff member was not wearing a name tag. When I asked for her name, she said Sandy (I am not sure if this was her real name). When I asked for her last name, she told me she does not have a last name and then walked away. This behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. We are patients and paying customers, and this was the worst customer service I have experienced. A medical office should provide clear communication, accountability, and basic courtesy. I hope this review reaches Hoag Medical Group management so this issue can be addressed and staff receive proper training.
