Once upon a time... DEFINITELY NOT YOUR ORDINARY DENTAL REVIEW!…read moreOk, straight to the point debriefed in pros and cons: Pros: - Dentist is knowledgeable - Sanitation and COVID-19 proper care and sanitation Cons (You have been warn; there's bunch!): - Seriously, they need to fix the walls -- dirty as HELL! - Their rooms and chair definitely looks like it hasn't been clean for years. - Both Dentist and the primary assistant (or second dentist) is hella cocky and rude. They will cut you off when you want to make your point within the conversation. Like damn, pls learn how to WAIT your turn to speak! - Some of the receptionist are ok, the other half is "oh my lord" -- have no idea what they're doing or attitude is totally horrific Chinese bs. (Not being racist here nor stereotyping, just rating based on their attitude and lack of manners!) My recommendation: If you don't care about attitude nor service and just want ok services, maybe this is your place. However, if good/exceptional service and attitude is your thing, then this is not the place you wanna waddle in nor register as your dental place.

After reading its outstanding 5-star Google reviews, my wife decided to give Crown Dental Arts a try--even without an appointment. From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean, welcoming office, the friendly staff, and the professionalism of the dentists. First, the office is spotless, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and efficient. From scheduling appointments to explaining our insurance coverage and treatment options, the entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. Second, it was obvious that the office values patients' time and does not overbook appointments. Although there were two patients ahead of me and two after me, no one waited more than 15 minutes. Even more impressive, my wife came in as a walk-in patient requiring a core buildup and an onlay. Despite her unexpected visit, the staff and dentist graciously accommodated her and had her in the examination room within just 15 minutes of arrival--a level of efficiency and patient care that is truly rare. Finally, the dentist and staff were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining my wife's dental condition, recommended treatment, and insurance coverage. They answered every question with care and never made us feel rushed. Most importantly, the entire procedure was incredibly smooth. We left feeling confident that we had received outstanding dental care and are actually looking forward to our next visit. Overall, I highly recommend Crown Dental Arts. 10/10!

They go above and beyond in their care. One family member had a mouth ache over the weekend and they were willing to see her on Sunday when the office was closed. I've never seen this level of concern for a patient at any practice. Their commitment to patients is beyond transactional. The dentists do not rush and communicate with the patient to ensure all concerns are addressed. I can be grouchy about excess X-rays in general and they are savvy in dealing with my concerns while ensuring I get proper care. The staff communicates fluently in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese. I switched to this practice due to a long distance move and thankfully they have been willing and capable of servicing my dental prosthetics from the previous dentist. When I don't take public transportation and drive to my appointment, I park at Tangram Mall a block away. Surprisingly, I am often able to find street parking.
