they are getting this review due to their charging my company for a service we never used or knew about, this amounted to over $4000, which they just took out of my account, now we have to hire an attorney to retrive that monies due to their company's inabillity to handle this or lack of ability. I am a disabled chiropractor. I joined CT for one year and was very clear with rep who quit soon after I joined CT for one year. CT automatically renewed my membership for twice the intro amount and I caught it and notified them it was wrong. They have continued to harrass me, even though I am no longer able to work. if i could give it negative reviews I would, they have consistently made errors on the billing side overcharging me thousands of dollars and I have been calling almost every day since July of this year and NO MANAGERS HAVE EVER CALLED ME BACK NOR HAS ANY RESOLUTION BEEN ATTEMPTED. ChiroTouch business model is to trick small businesses' into paying for services they don't want, need or have already tried to cancel. Since it is so costly to switch software companies, most customers will stick around, even when we are cheated. Its really too bad that they aren't more of an ethical company. If I could I would give them 0 stars. I have been using them for over 15 years... they used to actually care about service and clients. Not anymore, no one calls you back with tech issues...now with every update they charge more $$ for each and every service. Please do not start with this software company. Buyer beware. This company does not care about it's client. Let me start by saying I paid several thousands of dollars for their initial disc way back in 2007 and stayed with them through 2023. So, obviously, they did have a good ehr product and it helped my practice manage many a patient visit with the ease of the notations. But things changed over the years. We could never get call back. They added other services (billing, sms communication, clearing house, etc) in a way that kinda forced you to buy buy these extra products because in enhanced the ehr system. Fast forward to the end of 2023, we made the decision to end the relationship and go with another ehr system. I wrote them an email at the end of November 2023 and was under the impression that the relationship would end at the end of December. In January of 2024, we started with the new system and I believed I was done with ChiroTouch. Not so fast. To this day, they are still billing me for one of the add-ons: CT ProClear. At a rate of $914.94 a month for the last 12 months. I have called. I have emailed. They say they sent me an email that they wanted me to sign. I never saw it. And why do I need to sign to end ProClear when I didn't need to sign to end any of the other services? I've been dealing with this for a year and they still won't recognize that we're done because of this "letter" they want me to sign and that I've never seen. I have been in practice for nearly 30 years and have talked with many other DC's recently who have similar stories. Do not buy. read more

Horrible company to work with. Slow responses, unorganized, and not to mention extremely expensive for the dated software and server they offer. I terminated my contract two months ago, yet they are still charging me and have not responded to any of my calls or emails. At this point legal action may be necessary. I have signed up for this company over two years ago and have spent more than $10,000 I still am not able to use this software. I do not recommend this software company to anybody. We were contacted by Chirotouch to replace our existing server based software to a an online platform that basically would have replaced everything that we do and more ( their words) . It took us 3 months to finally transfer the data from existing system to the ChiroTouch platform, but we found out that Chirotouch software can't integrate with our Insuarnce Providers and were told that we'll need to buy additional services from another provider to make things work. At this junction of this project with no help provided or even to figure out a way to integrate with our Insurance providers, we decided not to move forward with ChiroTouch. Well, this is where it is little bizzar , we never used the system and we were charged for few months for services that were never delivered. The scam here is to paint a great picture of the capabilities, then never deliver on any of them and still charge your account. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A FRAUD!! read more

Where with some doctors, this was a good thing. For myself, this has been an experience. For months, they have called to see if I would like to use ChiroTouch for EMR software. They sought me out for a course of a year before I said yes. They offered three months free and a $200 gift card. So far, so good. After the three months, they began to charge me. I was working full time and attempting to bring in patients and was able to pay the $159 a month. I tried to set myself up to use the software but could not apply it to my telehealth patient. I asked for help and never got it. It is six months later and I still do not have the patient's information in the EMR system. (for either appointments.) I stopped working full time and dedicated myself to opening up my practice. I asked for more help with the system as it was just myself working. I would get callbacks a week to a week and a half later. The customer service people would be friendly but it took a while to get to me! I finally got to look at my bank account- $355. I began to attempt to get rid of what was bleeding me, financially and what I could survive on. The EMR system had to go. I applied for another EMR system which took a little more time to set up but flowed pretty easy and I got support within the hour through e-mail- FREE service. ( And, they transferred my one file over.) I contacted CT and they sent an email back telling me that I can not break my contract and if I do, I would have to send them a letter in writing signed by me in June!!! So, until then I have to pay them $159 a month and there is nothing I can do about it. So, I am writing a review and looking to see if there is any way anyone knows about breaking this contract. I am not even using the service anymore and I have removed their link out of my website. While this may be great for some- I do not recommend this company if you have a brand new practice and no staff. If you are an established physician and numerous staff this may be great for you and yours. As for this bare-bones practice- BREAK ME FROM THIS HELL, CHIROTOUCH!!! read more

I hate this software and the company. It is very hard to get support. The chat took 20 min to get anyone and then their focus was split between a few other chats windows making it useless. Horrible company that buys other software companies to grow. I ended up with them because of this. Service is terrible and the end product is cumbersome. read more

SmartCloud/eConnect/FutureHealth merged with Chiro Touch... We spent over 15K since first purchasing a server based program (plus annual and monthly fees). With the implementation of 'Meaningful Use', Smart Cloud stepped it up into this decade of technology with cloud based (Amazon) networking. Clearly the 'Company' lost interest in Smart Cloud; improvements promised did not happen; we paid for mandatory features (so financially we could prove we had it), features that never worked, and so on. And here we are... By 2018 we will have to be server based again, pay extra fees, more per month, so we can do the 'always promised' smooth transition to new software. I hope more faithful SmartCloud/eConnect/FutureHealth will have a voice. And for potential ChiroTouch customers, please read the fine print. read more

ChiroTouch is a very time consuming and clunky software. It requires full time staff devoted to implementation of the software. They make it seem like it is easy to integrate, but it is not. At my office, we didn't get our software up and running in the 45 days required in their contract, so we got locked in to a full year commitment. When we tried to implement their online scheduling system, we quickly realized that it was going to cost us a lot of business by not allowing patients to book the same day online. There was no way to see the online booking system in the program demo. After we told them that ChiroTouch wasn't going to work for us, they told us that we still were required to pay for a year of service. Even though we did not go live with the software, even though we did not use it. It seems like if they were truly confident in their software, they wouldn't have to scam people by locking them into a contract for software that they didn't even use. read more

Laurence Peppler was terrific in answering my questions, taking the time to ensure I knew the why as well as the what in the software. He understood my suggestions for enhancements and was honest to let me know what was possible and what was unlikely to change and why. The software can do a lot for sure. The hardest part for me was allowing time for me and my staff to absorb the training, take the time to use the software and then return to the training videos to absorb more. Now that I am in the groove with the software I can make the macros streamline to how I do things and navigate the software easily. The time savings is growing and growing now that I invested the training time and have used the software. Giving myself permission to relax about the not knowing and allowing to grow into it's capabilities was a challenge in the beginning. The software offers more than I utilize and gives me back the time now that I know it and can use it for my style and everyday applications. read more

I have spent over $15,000 with this company from buying the product to paying for their overpriced support which has almost doubled in price since I started with the company. This is not the worst part. Currently parts of the SOAP notes in the system are disappearing I have called multiple times about this because I have printed notes on patients from the system then when I go back only certain sections remain or the entire note is deleted. They did a system restore and it brought back some of the notes but others are still missing and I was just told to re-do the notes, as if I remember what happened 3 months ago with a patient to just rewrite the note. I was told they would escalate my situation and I would be contacted by a supervisor. After 4 phone calls and 4 days later no one has bothered to contact me and each time I try to call they continue to tell me that their system does not delete note. Well that is also what I thought. I asked them to update my system just in case the file had issues when it was downloaded and I was told they can't because my support package that cost over $1000 expired 4 days ago. They are the worst do yourself a favor and find another software company that knows what they are doing and will protect your data read more

Look elsewhere if you are in a market for practice management software. I've had CT system for several years now and it was fine and excellent in the beginning. However, their service has gone down the hill. It's almost impossible to get a live person to talk to, and each time my staff has an issue, on average they have to call and call for about 3 days before we can get an an answer back. And, let's talk about the fees, fees, fees, and more fees. They charge for EVERY features for this program, from patient texting, reminder, emails, and backup service at an exorbitant rate. They even charge for electronic billing per a provider, a feature that should be included. Without paying this fee, you cannot do electronic billing. I just found out that they've been billing me for 5 providers when in fact we only had four providers. They back billed me for thousands of dollars and all they can say is that I have to pay it. There are so many programs now that is cloud based and many are even free. DO NOT buy this system. Also be mindful that many times, their tech support was useless and thank god I have my internal IT guy. If you don't have a tech savvy person or an IT readily available, you can be SOL when your system goes down. DO NOT BUY CHIROTOUCH. read more
