I found members of her team to be uninformed and unprepared when we did speak. Still waiting for feedback for some medical testing that was done several months ago (and which was ordered incorrectly). Communication was terrible. Computer generated emails were part of the communication process but zero followup to questions, so I guess they were also not monitored. Some team members did not seem to know what the program was about, which was discerning. I was also told to ignore some aspects of the program. Why then, were you using this program??? Complete waste of time and money. I certainly expected better and am horribly disappointed. She thinks she has the answers, but not so much in my case. I am still dealing with what I have always dealt with. I was certainly hoping for a much better outcome. I think a refund is in order, but I will not hold my breath. And then there is the issue of the doctor not following her contract with me. Wish I never heard of Dr. Chatman. She is quick to point out her credentials, but they are meaningless when the program doesn't work as advertised.
