Computer generated emails were part of the communication process but zero followup to questions, so I guess they were also not monitored. Some team members did not seem to know what the program was about, which was discerning. I was also told to ignore some aspects of the program. Why then, were you using this program??? Complete waste of time and money. I certainly expected better and am horribly disappointed. She thinks she has the answers, but not so much in my case. I am still dealing with what I have always dealt with. I was certainly hoping for a much better outcome. I think a refund is in order, but I will not hold my breath. And then there is the issue of the doctor not following her contract with me. Wish I never heard of Dr. Chatman.
