For years I have been suffering from back/neck pain and have been in and out of various Dr.'s offices trying to figure out a diagnosis and how to heal it. They had me go see every type of Dr. under the sun and they could not come up with anything. After numerous MRI's and X-rays they just prescribed me painkiller's and sent me off to physical therapy. I refused to take the painkillers because I do not want to have to live the rest of my life on painkillers. Dr. Chris is a trusted, professional chiropractor. I have started to bring my two teen daughters to him about three months ago. My 16 year old was complaining about her lower back and after taking x-rays and consultation we realized that she has a mild scoliosis on her lower back and after the first adjustment she no longer has pain. However she needs to continually lay on her side on a special block to straighten her hip two to three times a week for about 20 min at home. My 14 year old has Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy at birth and has been seen by physical therapists since 2 years old and wearing Orthotics to help reducing toe walking for years. She also had a surgery about 5 years ago to stretch her hamstrings. Her both legs were in the full cast for 6 weeks. It was very difficult for her but she didn't miss a day of school! Since Dr. Chris has been adjusting her neck and hips,she can walk less on her toes and her strength and balance has improved. She couldn't do one sit ups. Now she can do 10! Dr. Chris was highly recommended to me by a friend that was very satisfied with his work so I decided to try him out. I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for 15 years and my hip has always felt like it was out of place. I was experiencing rib pain after going on a previous vacation to Zion where we had done a lot of hiking and some horse back riding. After taking xrays, Dr. H. told me that my femur was out of place and it would take several visits to get it to stay in place. First thing he did when I was on the table was to do a strength test which consists of me trying to push his hand with my leg(or arm-depending on what area he's checking) to see how much strength there is. It still amazes me every time that just a simple adjustment can bring the strength back to an area where 1 minute before I had none. He also used a activator adjusting instrument for my neck and rib pain and the neck pain was decreased substantially by the time I walked out of the office. The rib took longer but it did get better and has not returned. I clean houses so I can tell when its time to go to Dr. H. I ALWAYS walk out feeling much better. He is the only chiropractor I have gone to that has really relieved my pain. He is also very knowledgeable about eating healthy and using essential oils, both of which I have been doing since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013. I recommend both. read more

Thank you for helping my nine month old! I have degenerated discs in my neck and this has been painful, also causing reduction of my range of motion when turning my neck.
