I've ate some below average sessions and haven't complained or raised a fuss. I've bought extra sessions when someone canceled to make up for therapists loss in compensation and tipped handsomely. Our eldest daughter is battling cancer and has a 3 and 5 year old. She is under going chemotherapy and continuing to work through her final year of residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Residency is a surmountable challenge of itself let alone undertaking chemo treatments every week. My Wife and I have been taking turns flying back and forth and the appointment for Saturday eluded me. I advised my wife Susan to take my place so Hannah wouldn't miss an appointment and my wife could get a wonderful massage that would be sorely appreciated. Any other human being would have understood the circumstances. As I've said, I've understood the business challenges owners face and have let things go multiple times. Not Amber! There's no excuse in my mind for her behavior. In life and business there's rules that all warrant circumstances. She will tell you it's black and white. Her attitude is black. I've got a ton of medical issues & nearly all of them are painful - just lucky like that - but getting regular massages or chiropractic adjustments really help with a myriad of things for me. I've been extremely impressed that after just 15 minutes of chiropractic care I feel at least as good as after an hour or hour and a half of massage, on average. So that's kind of crazy, but in the most positive way. I'm a huge fan of efficiency & getting 1-1.5 hr(s) of muscular/migraine/etc relief (for me personally, since everyone's body is different) in ~15 minutes just feels like a win. Yesterday I felt that odd, cathartic happy-slow brained response I get after a really fantastic massage session too which is a great sign, albeit not great for making conversation after. Don't get me wrong, massage & chiropractic care are so vastly different fields but it's been the best comparison I can think of to describe it's effectiveness to others. Everyone I've ever encountered at this office is super nice & that makes such a great difference in the overall experience as well. Very much appreciated. I recommend anyone give this business a try! Tip: suggest coming in a bit early for each appointment as they have a check-in process to describe current pain points & types for the most accurate care possible. I tend to arrive to things either way too early or on time (therefore late in some people's books) so it's best when I'm able to focus on getting there early rather than on-the-dot lol, so wanted to share the friendly tip.

I was very relieved when I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist(thought I must of been lucky and caught her on a good day). nope...she is fairly new and is Always Very friendly and helpful. Was seen by Dr Schlagle and was very impressed ...I was having pain in my tail bone and down my leg. It was much better after the very first adjustment. His adjustments aren't your typical snap crackle pop adjustments. He uses a technique where he is more working on muscle relaxing and stretching... but man....does it work!! Got my mom with osteoporosis in immediately and he Helped her a lot as well and I was so relieved how gentle his adjustments were on her. Then my husband went...hip pain was relieved. His bedside manner is awesome.. he always listens, and explains what is going on with your body and what he is doing during the treatment. He took the time to discuss my history and my conditions. A tens unit was employed to relax my muscles. The therapy was taking 15 minutes. It does not need to be constantly monitored. An assistant was close by should there be any issues. Yes, he did see other patients during the 15 minutes while I was on this unit. Which is just common sense efficient use of time to tend to other patients. My upper back was causing numbness and loss of strength in my arms and hands.
