Dr. Rhee is the kind of doctor and chiropractor every parent hopes to find. As a mother, you know when something is wrong with your baby. My daughter was crying when nothing obvious seemed to be bothering her, and because she does not have a voice yet, I had to trust my instincts. After a free phone consultation that lasted more than 20 minutes, I felt confident that I had found the right person. Dr. Rhee was patient, compassionate and genuinely listened to every concern I had. She is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain each step of the process so I always understood what she was doing and why. She treated my baby with such gentleness and care, which immediately put me at ease. You can tell that she truly cares about both her patients and their parents. I am very grateful we found Dr. Rhee and would highly recommend her to any parent looking for someone they can trust with their baby. She has a calming presence, a gentle approach and a true gift for what she does. read more

I've always wanted to go to a chiropractor, but to be honest I was nervous and scared. I've heard some horror stories about some chiropractors and whatever I've seen on social media just seemed too good to be true. I was particularly nervous about getting my neck adjusted. I didn't want to get hurt while getting adjusted. When I saw Chiro Mamas in a FB Moms group, what drew me to this practice was the fact that they only cater to women and children. I thought if this doctor's main clientele were children, she has to be really good at what she does. I love that the first contact that I had as a patient was a phone call. Dr. Rhee takes the time to personally get to know you over the phone. That's very rare in any medical field especially nowadays. I told her what my ailments were and I also explained my anxiousness regarding adjustments. She was empathetic and was very understanding. She sent me resources on the type of chiropractic method she practices, which is Gonstead. She didn't need to go out of her way to do that, but you could tell she truly cares about her patients and want you to feel comfortable. Truth be told, I was really anxious when she first adjusted my neck. But that anxiety went away after that day. I felt so much better and I realized my fear was keeping me from feeling better. I would highly recommend Dr. Rhee as a chiropractor. She is very knowledgeable and puts the wellbeing of her patients first! She is also very accommodating with scheduling visits! read more

A year of regular visits with Dr. Rhee has made a real difference -- my scoliosis is much improved, my posture is more upright, and I feel so much better overall. She's knowledgeable, caring, and the kind of practitioner you can really trust. Highly recommend! read more

I'm so disappointed. Was really looking forward to working with Dr. Rhee for prenatal and postpartum chiropractic care given her specialty but the business management aspect of this practice is horrible. I called their number, no answer. Went to the website, took the time to fill out the forms, create a profile just to schedule a consultation call. Got an appointment booked confirmation. Comes time for my phone consultation and no one calls but I get a text asking how Dr. Rhee can help. I tell her we have a phone consult scheduled but no one is calling. Which then leads to an hour long text chain back and forth (now have spent 2 hours to try to speak to a live person for consult over the span of 2 days). She says I'm not on her schedule for a call. Tons of additional questions about how I made the consult call, lots of words but ZERO solution. After all that, she still doesn't offer a consultation or call. I'm confused how so much time and effort is required of patients just to try to get a consultation with the end result being no consultation. I don't know if she is overwhelmed with her current patient roster but if that's the case don't waste peoples time, just deactivate the consultation scheduling app on your website and say you aren't taking new patients. Seems like this is just a lead generation tactic, just to collect people's information without actually providing chiropractic care. So disappointing. read more

Dr. Rhee has been incredible! We took our daughter who was born prematurely and after a few visits we saw a positive change in her eating patterns and bowel movements. Her movement was much better. Overall it's been a great experience! read more

Dr Rhee is smart and the office is lovely. I do however believe they are all about the money. After your x-rays and and have your first manipulation, the Dr leaves and her two sales/admin come in. She acts surprised and leaves the room. Suddenly you need to come back for months of treatment and they want to sell you a plan for $3500 per month. The Dr then comes back like she wasn't apart of the planned event. It felt very much like a timeshare pitch. Although, I loved her and her office was close I stopped going to her because of this. I lost my trust in them. A doctor of substance should not need to sell you swamp land in Florida. read more

I can't thank Dr. Rhee enough for the work she's performed on me. I'm convinced she got me healthy from the inside out, therefore, I was able to conceive and carry on with a healthy, successful, and safe pregnancy. I owe my friend a huge thank you for referring me to her. I will never forget that these women changed my life. I continue to see Dr. Rhee once a week, and can't imagine not having her by my side this entire pregnancy. It's a commitment and work but I wouldn't have it any other way because I'm healthy! read more

Very good find, this. I had a Gonstead chiro who passed away, so i went online searching. I've had a few visits so far, and I can say that thus far I completely trust Justine. She is so patient and detailed with her work that I think you could not be in better hands to choose her. She is also giving. She donates her skill, time and resouces to help those in Gautamala and El Salvador, which is probanly an excellent testament to her integrity and caring. Do check her office out. I don't normally write a review for health related services on only 3 visits but she and her staff have made the months since I found effort free. read more

I've been with Dr. Rhee for approximately 10 years now and sorry I didn't find her sooner! I've been going primarily for preventative care and I've noticed and seen the difference with going to her now for this long period of time. Now that I go regularly with her for chiropractor care it helps with just overall good health as well! Unfortunately I still push the limits at times and thank God for Dr. Rhee to fix me right up again! People should really consider her for their chiropractic care or at least her method of care, it is always spot on! Thank you Dr. Rhee and all her staff are always so wonderful...God Bless! read more

My chiropractor in SilverLake retired 5 years ago and I needed to find a new chiro. Having moved to the Highland Park neighborhood 4 years ago I searched for a female chiro and found Dr. Rhee. Her Gonstead methods have proven to be very effective in relieving lower back and neck pain. She is excellent at diagnosing and then alleviating the discomfort. The Innate team(front desk) is so welcoming and make you feel welcome and comfortable whether it is your first visit or your 100th visit. I totally trust the care Dr Rhee gives and would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a chiro who is conscientious, friendly and knows the body and how to heal it. Robi Inserra read more

I wanted to share my personal experience in hopes of giving anyone hope with whatever it is you may be dealing with. To start I'm only 20 years old. I've never had any issues growing up this all developed over time. At a young age, I was always active and involved in activities. I was in dance growing up, switched to boxing, and then became a cheerleader. I never complained about anything hurting me. I was normally able to exercise before with no problem, able to run, run up and walk up to any stairs with no issue. Doing simple exercises started to get difficult for me. Throughout the years of 2019 to now 2021, I wasn't able to do the normal things I once did. I could no longer drive comfortably. I started getting slower in my movement. I couldn't even walk in peace without having so much weight on my back. I couldn't even hold a straight posture for a minute without experiencing pain. My body just started to feel as if I were so much older. I had to completely stop exercising due to the pain/discomfort I was experiencing. I thought what I had was normal that it was just in my "DNA" from health issues that run in my family. Seeing other people on the internet saying that they felt the same way, having back pain as if there were double their age made me think it was a common thing. I was completely wrong. I've NEVER gotten adjusted by any chiropractor before. I've only had my back cracked by old teammates...as I am now aware that is bad for your body but I am so GLAD I have never gone to a professional until coming with Dr. Rhee. From January to now November 2021 my pain only kept increasing. Before coming I would wake up so drained. Today was my 6th adjustment and I will forever be amazed by this type of practice. After 10 months of pain & discomfort, I have NO PAIN at all. I can move like I was once able to, I Can walk with no issues. I can finally hold my posture up with NO PAIN!!! Every adjustment that was done to me this month has helped me out tremendously. I have so much energy. I sleep like a baby now. I feel well-rested. I'm finally able to feel like myself again. Dr. Rhee in general is amazing. I've never had a Dr like her. I've seen so many videos of other chiropractors adjusting people and it looks so scary. I was fascinated to learn how Gonstead chiropractors adjust their clients. I wasn't cracked all at once. And I truly now believe and understand what Dr. Rhee told me when I mentioned to her how I thought I was going to be adjusted all at once "Less is more". Overall I'm so grateful and excited to continue my journey. I will forever be amazed at what our bodies can do. read more

I selected Dr. Rhee because she practiced the Gonstead Method and there was a Yelp Deal. I have scoliosis from a car accident years ago, and I'd just given birth. In pain, needing relief. Rhee took x-rays of my back with a broken machine. Rhee asked me questions about my previous care, prescribed an expensive supplement, told me I might be a great candidate for her detox diet plan. When I came back a few days later, she pointed out that I had severe depletion of bone density and that I was headed for Osteoporosis fast. She also said I'd need hip replacement in 10 years. Then she told me she researched my former doctor (who I told her I adored), and that he was not a professional and the care he had given me was not on the level of her practice. Then she told me to come back three times a week for 4 weeks, then twice a week after that. Forever. And I'd probably need more supplements, and that detox diet was practically a necessity. This was prior to an adjustment. As I tallied the cost of the treatment she was going to give me to prevent me from collapsing and turning into a spindly old lady at any second, I asked her if I wouldn't receive any benefit just by coming in once a week. NO, she said. Hormonal and scared shitless, I returned a few times to Dr. Rhee. It began to occur to me that she had never outlined a treatment plan, only told me of the consequences of how much closer to death I would be if I did not buy every single one of her suggestions. So I asked her what she was going to do for me. "Ask me anything," she said. I just did, didn't I? So I rephrased, "I really don't feel like you told me what the plan was, you just scared me shitless." "Ask me anything!" she said again. 'I really don't understand what you are going to do for me," I said again. "I'd be happy to answer any concerns you have," she replied. She called me at home to ask me if I had any more questions. "Yes, could you leave my x-rays at the front desk so I can pick them up? I won't be returning." She understood my question that time. Crazy, huh? read more

This review specifically for Dr. Justine Rhee. I'll admit, I don't have the perfect spine. Nor a perfect skeleton or body. I've sprained both ankles at some point in my life, especially during my years playing volleyball in high school. I fractured my right arm when I was in 3rd grade. I fell off a 6' wall flat onto my back (onto dirt thankfully) and fractured one of my vertebra in 4th grade. I fractured a rib in college playing intramural basketball. That was probably the most painful 3-4 weeks of my life because it hurt to do EVERYTHING. Get in/out of bed, get in/out of my car, walk, laugh, sit down, get up, bending down. When getting out of bed, I literally had to roll out of my bed onto the floor face down, and push my self up that way. That minimized the contortional stress on my abdomen. But I digress. Most recent trauma I experienced was getting rear-ended in the beginning of 2008. I was attempting to proceed through an intersection when I suddenly stopped to yield to an emergency vehicle coming from my right. That is when some guy who had changed lanes, assuming I was going to continue on and slammed right into me. As far as I know, I did not receive any direct trauma or bodily injury because of that accident, thankfully. I have been to chiropractors before over the years. But I have not been to one in several years. I actually met Dr. Justine Rhee several years ago when she was still in school and maintained a friendship with her throughout that time. I just recently found out she started practicing locally here in Pasadena, so I asked her if I could come in for a consultation and check up. The small business park where her office is located is quite befitting to her holistic approach to her practice. The walkways are lined with beautiful vegetation and plants, and in the center, a koi pond and little handmade rock formation waterfall. The bridges and hand railings could definitely use some touching up, but overall it's a very beautiful and serene environment. The inside looks just like a normal doctors office. The staff is very nice and helpful. They even called me an hour before my follow up appointment to remind me. I've also met the doctor who owns the practice and that Justine is renting her consultation room from and he is really nice as well. I could tell he is happy to have Justine in his office. As for her room itself, she had the cabinets and walls repainted and had a new curtain put up to make it her own. Very nice. So as I said, Dr. Rhee has a holistic approach to her practice. Having spoken with her on several occasions, I could just hear the passion in her voice she has for chiropractics and the wellness of her patients. Her hope is to not only correct and heal her patients physically, but to also correct and heal them emotionally and mentally, hoping to also teach them more awareness about things such as their diet and lifestyle, which can greatly affect someone's body and spine as much as physical trauma. She really takes her time with you and does not make you feel rushed (though she's admitted to me her boss has said she needs to learn to turnover patients more quickly). She's quite thorough in her explanations and showed and explained to me in detail what and why my spine is the way it is with the x-rays. She also sees children and while right now she will see anybody of any age, hopes to be able to focus on child chiropractics later on in her career. I'm totally glad I decided to go in. read more

Okay . . . Honestly I don't know where to start . . . but here it goes . . . I wake up in the morning feeling like P.Diddy . . . NOT! I woke up with a stiff neck! I thought it was caused by my ugly pillow or awkward sleeping positions, but it didn't go away like it normally does. I thought it would get better so I sucked it up and went on my day for a month. I brought all the over-the-counter ointment and heat patches that CVS carries. For a good couple of months my best friend was Mr. Bengay. He was good friend temporarily, but the pain stills comes back. Finally I had enough, so I went to my health plan and looked up for a local chiropractor. Since I don't know how to crack my neck like the lady in Exorcist, I might as well have a professional doctor to crack it for me. Anyways, based on Yelp and location, I went ahead and made an appointment with Dr. Gustavo. He was okay, nothing super. He was just like Mr. Bengay, a temporary fix. Did the normal pretzel cracking or what they call an adjustment and I'm off my way out of his office. I continued visiting him for a little over a month, but there wasn't any improvement. Although the chiropractor was under my PPO insurance, I still had to pay for his service out of my pocket. With no improvement, I leaned over to Mr. Bengay again. As time progress, my neck started to get worse, so I called up my family doctor and paid him a visit. He did a thorough x-ray and did not find any issue based on my x-rays, so he referred me to a physical therapist. So onto my third doctor/specialist . . . The physical therapist, didn't do much. Show me a couple of exercises, that I can do on my own, electro-therapy, and a session of massages that I don't remember that took about an 1.5 hours of my time twice a week. I tried that for a month with no improvement . . . Finally I had dinner with my friend Thomas (my non-licensed psychologist) and complained over and over again how I hate my neck! He finally told me that he was going to a chiropractor for his knee and so far he is seeing an improvement. In addition, he was starting a 21-days detox to get healthy and lose weight, since he was limited to strenuous exercise. He even told me that his wife tried the detox with success and loved the result. Mind you, his wife is petite, so her intention was not to lose weight, but to become healthy. Time past by . . . I started to gain weight, since I didn't want to exercise and cause more issue to my neck (I was still seeing my physical therapist at the time). I finally hit rock bottom. I called up Thomas and asked him who his nutritionist was and he referred me to Dr. Rhee's detox seminar. A couple of days past by and I attended the seminar. I was very excited to jump on-board! Dr. Rhee's admin called me to schedule a one-time consultation. I finally met Dr. Rhee in person, told her my laundry list of problems. She's definitely a good listener and listened to all my problem and finally told me that I should start with chiropractic first and then the detox. So once again, I had a divorce with my physical therapist and committed myself to Dr. Rhee. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dr. Rhee Review (start reading here if you don't want to read my history of issues and the obstacle I endured before meeting Dr. Rhee) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dr. Rhee, she's a caring chiropractor. She will personally call you during the day to follow-up on you. She makes herself available and respond promptly on e-mail. I don't know if I'm special, but she also gave me her cell number in case there is any emergency or questions I have for her. Honestly, I've spend lots of money on medical payments this year. Dr. Rhee isn't cheap, but affordable, best of all, I'm on the road of recovery. That makes my money well spent. Aside from my chiropractic care, I'm also on a 21 days detox plan with her. She a great nutritionist counselor. I'm starting to learn and change my way of eating. I'm feeling more energetic and sleeping well now. Although the goal of the detox is to eliminate toxic out of my body that I have accumulate over a long period of time, I also lost about 7 lbs. from my detox and continuing on losing it by having a new perspective on food and exercising. Appointments only: On-time, the wait time was always less than 5 minutes, 10 minutes at most. Thanks again Dr. Rhee. read more

I've been under Dr. Rhee's care for just over 2 months, and I am a firm believer of her chiropractic specialty - the Gonstead method. NO neck, shoulder or back pain/stiffness within 2 weeks and NO headaches/migraines within 4 weeks of seeing Dr. Rhee. Woohoo! I was skeptical at first. Only 2, maybe adjustments in a visit, sometimes just 1! But I stuck with it even though I was used to upwards of 5 adjustments and a lot of cracking. Was under the care of 2 other chiropractors over the last 2 years - changing due to moves - and I really liked them; they gave me relief, practiced various chiropractic methods, lovely people... but my ailments always came back. Dr. Rhee palpates along the spine before and after adjustments (which, BTW, are not huge cracking noises for those that understandably averse to that). So you can tell which specific disc she is adjusting and how that spot feels afterward. She's also always referring to the Xrays and taking notes. Seems extremely detailed and is great at telling me what is going on; for example, my scoliosis improved significantly in 6 weeks! (Xrays done at first visit and about a month later, then another year after that) Started out 3x a week, then went to 2x a week, and now have graduated to 1x a week! Sure, it's different for everyone, but from personal experience, the plan Dr. Rhee set out at the beginning worked out for me. I also opted to do a purification program with Dr Rhee. I'm a little weary of including this here (she didn't pressure at all), 'cos I'd feel woohoo about the care I've received with or without having done this program, but I had to mention it 'cos I'm reaping such rewards from it. I can go on and on (as you can tell), so I will just say that the purification is curing my psoraisis and eczema. Also woohoo worthy: staff is great (helpful with insurance); parking is easy (lot); near the Gold line. read more

Modern Medicine has come a long way. Antiquated methods of leeching a patient and applying snake venom on specified areas of the body only thrive behind the deluded mentalities of various stepford wives and their respectable plastic surgeons. but thankfully, not here, at Park Place Chiropractic. Dr. Rhee approaches the patient at hand from all angles. Bad neck may not be caused by just bad posture. Diet, Stress Level, abnormalities to daily schedule are all taken into account. Because, in this age, Mind really can start messing with matter. Reading Lucas C's review, I completely back up his statement. There are always open talks and discussions about life-- how to cope, and how to deal with the physical traumas that stem from a high tension lifestyle. There are also options for the patient to consult with Dr. Rhee on changing his or her diet to better facilitate a healthier lifestyle. After coming in with a much misaligned neck, and back...and everything. Dr. Rhee systematically brought my neck and body back to working condition. This is a doctor that doesn't punch out when the patient walks out the door. She is tirelessly looking over x-rays, and files, determining the most effective way to help her patient. She is always on call, giving her personal numbers to patients, in case they need to reach her on the weekends. And from the short time I spent with this woman, I can say, honestly, there is passion behind what she does. There is a love and dedication here that is tangible, and it explains all her happy patients that keep coming back. Make sure to take advantage of cash options and different packages the center offers for their new patients. If she lived closer to me, I'd still be there! Hint...Hint.. new office maybe in the future? :) Dr. Rhee really is the face of Modern Medicine. read more

Dr Rhee is amazing!!! I am a chiropractic student, so I have seen them all. And just like any other field of doctors (dentists, surgeons, general practitioners, etc) there are good chiropractors, and there are bad chiropractors. Let me assure you from personal experience, she is far superior to most of the doctors in this profession. The Gonstead technique that she practices is HIGHLY specific! You will not get aimlessly whacked and cracked here. Dr. Rhee will examine your spine every single time you come in. She will identify the specific segments that are imposing a problem and adjust only those. After about 16 visits she will take another x-ray and compare it to your original x-ray--then you can actually see how her adjustments have realigned your spine and how that correlates to better health. Dr. Rhee does not adjust for the sole reason of alleviating low back pain, but she delivers each dynamic adjustment with the purpose of bettering each individuals health (as you can read in the reviews below). I can say without a doubt that my time with Dr. Rhee has completely changed my view of health and wellness, and I will model my future practice after everything I am learning from her. read more

I met Dr. Rhee at one of her health talks. During that time, I had some major headaches, to the point where I can't function at work. I never would have thought to see a chiropractor for headaches, but I was open to new alternatives. I was tired of popping pills to alleviate my pain. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt at ease when I walked into the office. After some standard paper work, Dr. Rhee performed a very thorough examination, a lot more than those medical doctors I've been to in the past. After the exam, she decided that she will give me my first adjustment. I was a little nervous since I've never been adjusted before, especially since it was my neck. But before you know it, I heard a small pop and that was it, no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I came back for subsequent visits and after the second time, I noticed an immediate decrease in severity of pain. I was truly amazed!! I hardly get any headaches now and I've stopped taking pain pills. I come back on a regular basis for health maintenance and prevention. I highly recommend Dr. Rhee. She is an awesome doctor and she truly cares about my health and well-being. read more

You will not find a more compassionate or more thorough chiropracter in the region. I've been seeing Dr. Rhee for a number of issues with my back and my health. She is a trusted health advisor and has done wonders for my back and health. I was injured in a car accident with a stress fracture in my T-4 and also was experiencing significant lower back pain. After treatment with Dr. Rhee I've got my life back. I know there are many people who are skeptical of chiropractics and I for one was ready to give up on the industry, however with her careful explanation and execution of therapy I'm a believer. Dr. Rhee always does an assessment of your full spine, then makes her adjustment and then follow up with a full assessment of the adjustment. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Rhee for over a year and am very satisfied with the care that I receive. When I initially started seeing her, she suggested certain supplements and even doing a cleanse in addition to adjustments. I tried them because I was interested in making changes to my diet. After making major changes to my diet, I discontinued the supplements - without any pressure from Dr. Rhee to continue them. I am able to discuss with her what works for me and what doesn't without worrying about a sales pitch. I used to see her a couple of times a week when if I first started but after treatment and engaging in physical exercise that didn't exacerbate my back issues, I currently see her about once every 3 weeks. read more

I came to see Dr. Rhee for my physical ailments associated with my pregnancy. I had extremely excruciating pain on my lower sacrum area that affected my mobility. Getting in and out of the car was nearly impossible, among other things. She took me off work for a week, and adjusted me that entire week. It was a miracle! I was able to walk comfortably again. Since then, I've been seeing her throughout my entire pregnancy. As my baby gets bigger, I continue to have new aches and pains as my adjustment would not hold as long. But getting adjusted from Dr. Rhee helped me reduce the discomfort, and probably enabled me to stay at work much more comfortably and longer than I would have otherwise. Additionally, Dr. Rhee specializes in the Webster Technique. Which is a technique that helps alleviate any tension in your pelvic area my putting pressure on your ligaments. It encourages optimal fetal positions since I was concerned with having a breech baby because of my scoliosis. The Webster Technique also helps stimulate fetal movement, which was great for me, because at times I was concerned he wasn't moving enough. She also helps to make sure that baby is where he needs to be. I am soo grateful for having found Dr. Rhee, my pregnancy experience would have been completely miserable. If you are pregnant, I recommend beginning your care with Dr. Rhee as early as possible. Your OBGYN will not be able to help with your pains (naturally) and that is where including a chiropractic regimen along w/ your regular prenatal visits is important. It will help you feel better tremendously! read more

Love Dr. Rhee! She is the best chiropractor I have seen. I was having 2 to 3 migraines a week when I started seeing her, after seeing her for awhile I am now only getting about one a month. She has done more for my health than the last three doctors I have seen. I feel better every time I see her and she honestly cares about her patients. Additionally, when she gives me advice about my health she explains why, instead of just scolding me... which means I actually listen to her. :-) read more

Dr. Rhee is remarkable. (Oh yes I just came up with a painfully good one: Rhee-markable!) It is difficult to be concise without gushing about all the little things I have experienced. However, those little things are what make human relationships extraordinary and leave a lasting impression. I am a car accident patient, if you are in the same situation, read on and maybe my review can help answer questions you may have. I have been a patient of Dr. Rhee for 3 months now. After the accident I was going to sit back shying away from even thinking of filing an injury claim despite the pain in my neck & shoulders. It's scary-foreign territory and as long as I could walk, I figured I wouldn't bother. Luckily, my brother encouraged me to see a chiropractor regardless. Yelp to the rescue! Dr. Rhee personally returned my phone call, briefing me on how car accident cases are handled. She also emphasized how important it is the process begin immediately, not only for my body but also because insurance companies tend to be skeptical when you wait too long (it was a week since the accident). I appreciated how quickly I was given an appointment and felt immediate confidence in her work upon consultation. Also her passions are pediatrics and prenatal care, so I'm glad she kept an open mind to my case. Dr. Rhee keeps it real, whether or not you want to hear the negative. It's your health, your body and your life so it is imperative you are well-informed. She provides knowledge, I do my homework and I am much better to my body. I used to push myself even when I was in pain (i.e. desk work); dear spine, I'm sorry. I've shared my experience with friends who have seen chiropractors and they're impressed with the individual care I am receiving. Their chiropractors give the same routine treatment to everyone. Dr. Rhee adapts to how my spine changes, gives me great advice and listens to me (even non-chiropractic topics). She updates me with the insurance process so I haven't felt completely lost handling it on my own. Dealing with a car accident is not fun, simple fact. At least I have moral support and knowledge. It's the worst being in any doctor's office who makes you aware you're strangers - don't touch me! I'm happy I found a medical provider who is personable and makes me feel comfortable. She reminds me "this is a place of healing", so if you need healing, go to Dr. Rhee. read more

Dr Rhee is a great chiropractor, gentle but very effective. Best chiropractor I've ever gone too.

The phrase "it changed my life" is misused many times in the media and most often that stuff truly has little effect on your health. Yet, in the case of Dr. Rhee I can truthfully say she has achieved this and more -simply put Dr. Rhee has given me my life back. For decades I hunted out other health providers to get rid of my many illnesses. I jumped from one health provider to another usually leaving with new medications in hand. Then I met Dr. Rhee and she introduced me to her Gonstead Chiropractic and Holistic Nutritional program, which is a healthy, safe, and medicine free program. After three months of Dr. Rhee's care I stopped taking two daily medications and I am on track to taking the last one. I have lost inches in body fat and I have more energy and mental clarity than I had decades ago. Today I am still working with Dr. Rhee and with every week that passes I get better and better. Converted skeptic: My friend recommended Dr. Rhee; she urged me to go because my neck was locked up and I had limited mobility but was refusing to see a chiropractor. I had one bad experience years ago and was simply convinced I didn't "need" this type of service. Four weeks into my pain I gave in and Dr. Rhee spent almost 2 hours with me going over all my questions, doubts, and fears. She addressed my skepticism with grace and respect. She asked what my goal was, and I told her "it's to not have to come to a chiropractor" and she understood that and has been working since then to help me accomplish low to no visit status. She's precise and efficient with the methods of Gonstead and client care. I recommend her a thousand times. read more

I've been Dr. Rhee's patient for almost a year now, and she's been incredibly fantastic, helpful, and accommodating. I've tweaked my back numerous and weird ways (pinched nerve? yep. rotated C1? yep!), and she's taken great care to make sure my adjustments are targeted, effective, and advance the healing process. It has taken some time for my back to get into its proper alignment, but it's been worth it. Before I saw Dr. Rhee, exercising was very taxing on my back; now, I can do heavy deadlifts, row, and squats without back pain -- this is major progress. I will admit I had initial hesitations (it's a lot of trust to let someone adjust you), but she's awesome -- incredibly caring, passionate about her work, and knows her shit. Dr. Rhee's also a very funny woman -- don't be shy around her, she can take a joke and dish them out. And tell her the truth about how you're feeling -- she'll do everything to help you. read more

I am a pediatric nurse practitioner and I have been doing bedside nursing for 8 years, and working 4 years in primary care. After caring for other people my back has so many issues, it was affecting my overall health, and I am pregnant with my second child. Justine Rhee really listens to your health problems and really cares about your health. If you want results you have to listen to her because commitment to her treatment means commitment to you own health. After my first adjustment I was able to sleep better, to function better, my energy levels are up again. My bladder is functioning better. For those who are pregnant, you have to try her adjustments, and other prenatal treatments that she offers. I can really tell that my baby is already better positioned because I can breath and not feel my braxton hicks contractions so hard after every meal. I really could not believe my relief and I cried because I did not have good sleep for the past 6 months. I really recommend Chiropractor Justine Rhee. read more

I'm so thankful for Dr Rhee's dedication to her patients. It's not easy to find a chiropractor who not only treats but also cares and invests time in your health and well-being. I have personally seen the tremendous differences in both my mom and dad after she does her "magic" with her bare hands. Dr. Rhee takes her practice seriously, is very professional and is a great listener. She is very sweet, kind-hearted and soooooo down to earth. If you want exceptional chiro care, Dr. Rhee should be at the top of your list. Bookmark her. Schedule an appointment. You won't regret it. read more

Chiro Mamas - Love that Dr. Justine Rhee ‍ goes to Guatemala on mission trips - Chiropractors Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

thoughtful, problem-solving, personable, caring, educated After the chiropractor I had seen on and off for over a decade moved out of state, I am so grateful to have found Justine Rhee. She takes time to study my body every time I visit. She consults my x-rays and movements before adjusting me each session (not just the first visit). I appreciate that she wants to help me prevent and correct rather than just manage pain. She has an undergrad degree in the sciences from UCSB in addition to her chiropractic degree and diplomate. She is encouraging, gracious, and kind, and for those who appreciate spirituality in their body workers, this office is full of quotes about service, love, and empowerment. I trust her. I like her. I am comfortable with her detailed, thoughtful approach to chiropractic. read more

I started my treatment with Dr. Rhee in March, and I feel so much better, healthier and happier since then. I was diagnosed with scoliosis a few years ago. At first, there was no pain and I was careless, so it got worse. When I came to Dr. Rhee my back was killing me! I was leaning to the right, I could not sit or stand for a long time, I had to lie down. My physical weakness had an effect on my mental and emotional state. I was feeling down, stressed and depressed all at the same time. Thanks to Dr. Rhee I no longer feel myself so miserable! My back is much straighter and the pain does not occur as often as it used to. Once again, I can enjoy myself and this beautiful world! Thank you! =) read more

Yelp really should make it possible to give zero star instead forcing reviewers to award at least one star that some businesses simply do not deserve. I had gone to see Justine Rhee based on all the positive reviews here on Yelp. Well, that was several months ago, and I am still suffering from her "treatments" which only exacerbated my original pain and suffering. The hindsight being 20/20, there were many signs that should have prompted me simply get up and leave. But, I foolishly entrusted my well-being to her, and I regret my mistake till this day. Lesson learned: In the future, if a doctor is more focused on how much he/she can get out of my insurance plan AND selling me some line of "all natural" supplements than he/she is on treating my pain, it would be wise to simply get up and walk out. read more

Dr. Rhee is very thorough with her examinations and explanations of the diagnosis and treatment. She is a careful listener and is genuinely caring about her patient's lives. Probably because all kinds of stresses do eventually manifest themselves physically. She does unexpected kind things, like sending a condolence card when my friend passed away. But the smallest things are definitely appreciated. All this on top of being skillful in adjustment, with precision and firmness in her science. She is holistic in her overall patient care. You're in good hands with Dr. Rhee. read more

I've seen many chiropractors before in my life, but never experienced chiropractic like I did with Dr. Rhee. The technique that she uses, Gonstead, is amazing and very comfortable, yet effective. She takes her time and i don't feel rushed like I did at other offices. She doesn't pressure me or give me the guilt trip. I receive awesome care and have my health issues addressed. read more

Dr. Rhee is amazing. She has helped me with my bulging disc issue and has made me pain free. Initially, when I first had pain, she recommended that I take off work, and I didn't listen, resulting in excruciating pain. Despite my stubbornness and not listening to her, she didn't scold me, but repeatedly said that she can help me. And she is. She was able to heal me. She is flexible, works around her schedule to help me. I was quite skeptical of chiropractics services, but she was able to put my mind at ease and was able to heal me. She wants her patients to be healthy, and I have not always been a healthy eater, but watching my diet and the food that I have put in my mouth, I have seen a change in my body and energy. She can help anyone. She is great with children as I have observed her interact with them. In addition, she is a dedicated to her field in continuing to challenge herself with further education. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. read more

Dr. Rhee is not only a doctor. She is a teacher, a mentor and a coach. I have known Dr. Rhee for about a year. Since I am a chiropractic student, I seek the expertise of those who are practicing in real-life situations. And because I have very little spare time, I do not waste it trying to learn from doctors who are not at a level that I seek to achieve. Dr. Rhee is at that level. She is a tough teacher because she knows how much dedication is required to attain the level of skill that she currently enjoys. She is a qualified specialist in a very difficult and demanding branch of chiropractic called the Gonstead method. Science is always evolving. Many chiropractic methods have come and gone over the years, but the Gonstead method has withstood the torrent of evolving scientific knowledge and shifting opinions. It has stood the test of time because it addresses the function of nervous system as the primary source of health. This is a concept that is sometimes lost in modern chiropractic treatment methods. But Dr. Rhee is carrying on a tradition of excellence. Please, if you are considering chiropractic care, call Dr. Rhee and enjoy the benefits of a healthy nervous system. read more

I started seeing Dr. Rhee in early August. It's now mid-November, and I'm moving to MA for a few months. My only regret in leaving is that I won't be in Dr. Rhee's care for a while. The change in my body since I started seeing her is dramatic. My spinal alignment is much better; I stand taller and feel more symmetrical. The huge and painful (to the touch) cervical bump that I had at the base of my neck is absolutely gone. My flexibility is greatly improved. I've never acted my age and now my body once again feels like it matches the age that I act like I am. Aside from her knowledge and expertise in her field, she is a genuinely good person and I am happy to have made her acquaintance, both professionally and on personal level. Try her services, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the results. read more
