Food came straight from the microwave and was pretty awful. It also took a while to come to our table!

Las Iguanas - Refried beans-not what an American expected, more like black bean soup.

The chips and salsa were small and there is a charge for them. The salsa tasted like Old El Paso home taco kit salsa which is better than a lot of places I've been to. I had a cheesy bean meal that I can't recall the name of-awesome. The wife had fajitas that she loved. Overall a great meal.

Surprisingly, when the waitress brought the wine, in ice, in the chill bucket, she plopped the wine glasses down with the unopened wine and left. The staff at other restaurants always opens the wine and pours it for us. Then she brought our dishes over, put them on our table and left. Never asked us if we needed anything else. When she returned a few minutes later, I asked for extra salsa and guacamole, which I was given a tablespoon of each. Each of us had less than 1/4 cup of chicken in the burrito, no cheese, no corn and even less black beans. Basically the burrito was filled with rice. It was very disappointing to say the least and our waitress never came back to us. We had to ask for our check and it took a while to get it. Then on top of it all, charged .75cents each for a tablespoon each of salsa and guacamole. We won't be returning.

The decor is cool it has loads of cool artwork and ornamental pieces and the candlelit ambience makes it feel warm and cosy. The food is good, the nachos extra are always tasty although I'm sure you could make the same at home, saying that they are great for sharing with a jug of Sangria between friends. I had a lamb dish from the specials menu last visit, it was okay, the lamb was well cooked and fell off the bone but it was over seasoned which took away from the flavour of the other ingredients. This place is great for drinks, the Sangria is Delicious and just like something you'd have on holiday. The margaritas are equally good and super tasty. We went with a group of friends and started on the tequilas (when in Rome), however the waitress asked if we wanted to try a different tequila, it was served with orange and cinnamon and oh my that was something special there, it certainly sent us off on or merry/ wobbly way! It's worth a visit if just for those tequilas! The staff are really friendly and put up with a rowdy crowd with us lot with out any issues.

Ok, I admit it. You can get a great Burrito in England. And if you will buy the five pound, as in weight, burrito, you get a certificate and a black Tee Shirt that says you ate the whole thing. The line moves super quickly (it'a one of those build-your-own places, like just walk up to the glass case of food and choose your dish, your fillings, your extras, and they slap it all together right in front of you) despite a queue, so there's that. Unfortunately, the people who work here aren't exactly the friendliest people in the world... but they do roll a mean burrito (which I prefer over a friendly person who rolls a loose burrito where all the guts fall out of the bottom on the first bite). I went with a large burrito (yes, they offer "small" and "large"), which is a standard sized burrito back in the States, and asked if I could get their special - black bean and butternut squash chipotle chili - as my filling. The No-Nonsense Burrito Maker warned that it would be too wet, but I like to live dangerously so I went with that and extras like lettuce (no charge), sour cream (no charge), cheese (extra charge), and guacamole (double charge because I asked for more then she put on). Total price? £15. Oof. Definitely the most money I've spent on a burrito. And was it filling? Yes. Did it help sop up the gin in my system? Definitely. But was it flavorful? Not really. The majority of the burrito ended up being rice - I guess I didn't realize how much she had put on, but every bite was dominated by it. If I could do it all over again, I would ask for no rice - weird I know, but that way I could actually taste the flavors of the other ingredients I got charged for!
