I asked the ladies at the front desk, Amya and Ronnie, if they had anyway to help create some separation and add some seating. They put their heads together and got creative. They let me borrow 2 room partitions and a couple chairs from the meeting room. Awesome!! It let me separate the desk and TV from the Beds. I was able to work and be at the foot of the beds while my partner relaxed in the Now, Separate Bedroom. Thank you Amya and Ronnie, That work Great!!

The shower had the weirdest water flow that teetered between power washer strength and trickle. The bed was really comfortable and overall quiet when it needed to be. The small indoor pool with the hot tub was a nice surprise. They also have a small gym that is 24hrs. They only have one elevator so sometimes you are waiting a bit for it. Breakfast was fine in a pinch but nothing I would crave. I had oatmeal and some cereal. They had a few hot items as well. One more there was chicken which was a first for me. The woman working the breakfast was really nice. Overall I would come back if I needed a room in this area.

I misremembered it as being the same one that I stayed at previously (which is next door), oops. Checking in was easy, they send you a link for mobile check in which saves a tiny bit of time since you can upload a photo of your ID and then they just have to give you a key when you arrive. The room is spacious, with two queen beds, a microwave, and a mini fridge. There was a used washcloth in the bathroom of the first room I stayed in, which gave me the ick. The hair dryer in the first room did not work, so I had to leave in the morning with wet hair (not super ideal in January). The walls are very thin and I heard the person in the room next door coughing all morning. My second and third stays were better, with cleaner rooms. There is a pool and hot tub which I didn't check out. They used to have a complimentary breakfast station, but between my second and third stays, they converted that space to a 24/7 convenience store with snacks. Overall this is not the best spot, but it's a basic 2-star motel.

This was his first casino, and we had a blast here. You could land a jumbo jet on the gambling floor. Outside of Vegas you'd have a hard time finding a floor this large, and with so many slots and tables. To keep things simple, we played a handful of different slots machines and each of us won at the majority of them. Aside from the casino floor they have a pretty cool bar and stage area in back that we peeked in on. They also several periphery restaurants and other shops. Everything here was instantly likable. We might just have to come back! Cheers.

Extremely Disappointing…read more Very disappointing experience. At Soaring Eagle Resort Water Park Lodge. At approximately 1:30 AM, I had to wake up my 5-year-old, pack up our entire room, and move to another room because the thermostat was not working properly and the room became unbearably hot. Having to do this in the middle of the night with a young child was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. I spoke with the manager, Chloe, who was rude and dismissive. After explaining the situation, I was told that 20% was all they were willing to offer and that there was no corporate office to contact because they are not a franchise. Considering what we went through, 20% is nowhere near an appropriate resolution. Things can go wrong at hotels, but how management handles those situations matters. Unfortunately, I felt completely let down by both the experience and the response from management. I would not recommend staying here.

We walked up the desk and they informed us they had no internet, therefore they can't look up anyone's booking. They were writing down people's names and asking us what type of room we booked. It was just in our honor! We said we had two queens- they gave us keys and we went up to the room. It was super small and smelled pretty musty. The windows were filthy like a child with sticky fingers played finger painting on them - and the window was unlocked. No internet means no TV. The vending machines were empty. We got a bad feeling about it so we left. They said they couldn't issue a refund because we'd booked it through Expedia. We walked two doors down to the Holiday Inn. We got a very nice room and it was just $30 more than the dump we originally booked. One good thing I can say is they spoke with Expedia (we called them and they asked to speak with the manager there). The manager agreed to allow me to get my money back. I know the internet issue was not their fault, and they were very nice, but the place needs some TLC!!

Just the normal check your Id and make a deposit in case of damages. The hotel itself was very nice and super clean. The staff all seem great. The layout is a little confusing, but it works. The room itself was very nice. Got a ground floor room, maybe due to the dog. The room had two queen sized beds, the normal desk and chair. There was a microwave and mini fridge. Plus the TV was actually a decent size, unlike some hotels I stayed at. There's a small closet to hang your clothes. I really liked the bathroom with its walk in shower and the showerhead was nice and high so tall people can actually shower. The room was very clean. The bed was on the firmer side, but not too firm. I slept as well as I can in a different place than normal. Overall for a 3 star hotel this is a 5 star review. Would I return? Absolutely, this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a very decent price. Plus my dog really loved having her own bed and the hotel too. P.s. the trails behind the hotel are very nice. My dog thought the smells were wonderful and I enjoyed the piece of nature with a nice pave trail.
