I was never going to order again, and the free drink that I was offered to make up for a barely edible meal was ridiculous, but I gave them another shot. We've ordered twice since our last bad experience and am happy to say that there was a huge improvement in meal quality. I am upping it to three stars. Precursor to the complaints... the last two times when I've ordered ONLY chips with guac/Queso it's been ok and the staff in the drive thru line have been so nice. But I have so many complaints... I was so excited for this Chipotle to open up as I live near it and the other closest one is over 20+ mins away. Months ago my husband and I ordered burritos with chips and guac in the side as a delivery order. It was a mess. Both burritos were falling apart - they were both incorrect in what was inside them..... and the guacamole was disgusting - turning brown and absolutely no flavor. I ordered a quesadilla recently.. I rarely do but was excited about the new steak and fajita veggie quesadilla so I gave it a try! Well it came in a regular bowl container when my toppings were supposed to be rice, sour cream, and salsa - so.. concerning. I opened it up, it was ONLY the quesadilla, which was missing the fajita veggies. So I had zero sides and the quesadilla was wrong. And hard as if it had been microwaved 3x. Disgusting honestly. Most recently my husband has ordered a few times for himself and our daughter (toddler). Every. Single. Time. Her order is incorrect. He uses the app - which is incredibly straitforward and easy to use. I've even looked to see what he orders to see if it's him. For example he ordered her a kids quesadilla last time and it came as two tortilla hard, no cheese. Lol like laughable honestly. Also misse one of her sides. He just ordered her lunch today - a free lunch to make up for the last incorrect order (thank you chipotle), and it was wrong again!!!! He got her some tortilla and sides - figured couldn't mess that up and he'd make her a quesadilla at home or just let her eat the sides. They came as 3 hard tacos. Now that I think of it - they've been out of chips on numerous occasions as well. When I've tried to reach out to Chipotle via the app I get redirected 12x and never offered a refund - maybe a free drink? Sorry, but I want a refund when the food and service is this terrible. I think we've given them a FAIR shot to redeem themselves - and it's really sad that the maybe few good employees get a bad rep but come on people. I'm a nurse - I can't make mistake like that in my job. I've also worked in the food industry as a teenager and never presented food the way this location has. They need to make some serious changes or this place location will be even more unsuccessful than it already is. read more

To say that Im disappointed would be an understatement. First $20 for a small portion of food is crazy. I can go to Qdoba and get twice the amount of food for less money. Like cmon, 1 in 5 chips were soggy. The only thing I will say this place has on Qdoba is that there is no wait inside but I guess thats for a reason. Don't order before 2pm. All meats except steak are reheated from the day before. Even beans and caso are reheated. Don't order online because if they don't have an item they don't give you an immediate refund. They give you a phone number to call so you can get a refund for the item you paid for but didn't get. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. We had ordered online for drive thru pick up, we were told the food would be ready at 8:10. When we arrived we were told to swing back around the drive through multiple times because our food wasn't ready. We finally got our food given to us at 8:50 after having to go inside because the crew was completely ignoring the drive thru at that point. We did not receive our chips and queso so we politely asked the employee for it and they slammed the bags on the counter when they were passing them off to us. The employees were standoffish and rude. I highly recommend that you do not come here especially if you plan on ordering ahead, don't bother you'll probably get your food faster if you come in and order it than if you try to plan ahead. read more

The Chipotle in the Hammer is one of the best ones I've been to yet! The service was super quick and the kids working behind the counter were polite and friendly! They seemed to be well prepared for their opening day and I would say everything is great! The portions were fair and they had all the drinks available too that you could fill yourself! Employee's have a "do not care" attitude. Walking around slowly with AirPods in and refuse to greet customers. The employee taking my order was speaking so quietly I couldn't even hear what he said. The food is so salty it wasn't manageable to eat. Near the drink machine it looked like there was a spill which nobody cleaned up. They just put a caution sign next to it and let it get sticky on the floor. Food is dry and the only flavor you will get is salt. read more

I asked for a refund and they told me they can't refund it & I would have to call their customer service number. I asked for dressing to go with my order and they were out of dressing as well. Very inconsistent. 2 weeks ago ordered online and went to pick up at the chipotlane and there was no order. I had to show them the confirmation so they could make it. Turns out it was sitting there the whole time, the sticker was inside the bag so they never saw the name. Last week went and ordered a burrito with a side of chips and guacamole. When I tell u they were blasting lil uzi while they were wrapping my burrito, I'm telling you they were playing chrome heart tags, it was loco. This Chipotle is an enigma. One day, you get a great portion with good service, the next day you battle tooth and nail for scraps and have to roleplay the manager to get your meal. I'd have to assume this falls on poor training and management as consistency is non existent. Not the workers fault but I hope something changes. Word to the wise, do not go after 8 as all the food will be dried up. Recently I witnessed a worker scrape the scraps on the counter into the container so they would not have to get another new portion. was a frequent customer of this chipotle up until about a week and a half ago. I went in and got my usual which is a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side (mind you, i've had the manager make multiple of my bowls before and never had this problem). I went up to the counter, asked for the bowl and told him after my rice the selection of meat I wanted. I usually get one whole scoop or two scoops if I ask but I'm never charged for double meat even by the manager. Didn't recognize this boy and neither did my boyfriend so he was clearly new, Gives me half a scoop (and that's being generous!) of meat and when we asked for more he literally said he would have to charge me for double meat when there was barely ANY meat in the bowl. Told him I come here all the time and usually get more than that on ONE scoop, he then argued with me and said most people "over serve", I said even your manager?? He barely gave even enough meat to feed a toddler. Not coming back for a while and definitely calling to speak with the manager, Absolutely ridiculous. Also have never been charged for tortillas even at other locations and the past multiple times i've been there, only this one time. read more

Such a weird experience at this location. I stood in line with one woman ahead of me who had placed her order. Her bowl sat there while the employees just chatted. Finally after about 3 mins of the employees just standing around talking, one employee stops to wipe her face and neck of sweat using a paper towel. She then throws that away and puts on gloves without washing her hands. She proceeds to finish the ladies order. I am then up next and I notice that all of the beans are dried out and the meat looked dry as well. So I commented that the beans were very dry and the woman simply responds with "yea" and stirs the dried up beans. So I asked if there was anything fresher and she checked and saw there was fresh chicken not chopped. She offers to chop it so I was happy about that. I am then checked out but a young man and I noticed her rang me up twice for gauc and didn't give me chips as I had ordered. So I politely call this out so he asks me if I ordered gauc on the side and on my bowl and I said no, so he fixes it. So I then asked if there were utensils and he flatly stated around the corner. Overall, the experience was very unlike all the other chipotles I've been too. It was honestly so strange, there was no apology for the quality of the food or the inconvenience of having to wait as they chatted or wait to have my transaction corrected. read more
