I haven't been to this Chipotle in years!! I used to live in the area over 13 years ago and used to eat here all the time. Chipotle in general has gone downhill to me. I ordered my usual chicken burrito bowl via the app for pick up. It wasn't quite ready in the timeframe but I wasn't in a rush. They had a ton of staff standing around while people were waiting for their orders. I got my food and went home. Not sure if those chile lime chips became a default or something but they gave me those vs the plain ones I ordered. Glad I got to try them, they were good, a bit salty. My bowl however wasn't the best. The meat was super fatty and cut in big chunks. I ended up picking most of out. The rice tasted like plain white rice and not the usual cilantro rice. Generally just not the greatest quality overall. read more

The steak is overly cooked, so hard to chew. The portion is small i have to ordered double I never been disappointed at Chipotle before until today. Very very upset read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - These are steaks that overcooked. Hard like a rock. - Mexican Near Me - St Louis Park, Minnesota

My burrito bowl was cold, contained ingredients I did not order, and only had about 1/4 of a normal portion of meat. Employees were not helpful or friendly. I came in to pick up my order, and instead of putting the orders on the order pickup shelf, the employees put them behind the counter where they were not visible. My order was probably ready 10+ minutes before I picked it up, but nobody called out my name or displayed the order, and the app didn't tell me the status. There were other confused people waiting with me to pick up their orders. Honestly, all the chipotles have gone to the gutter in the past 5 years. I don't know if they're not paying enough, not training enough, or what else is going on. read more

I came in and the hand sanitizer at the beginning of the line had only a few drops left in it. I know this is a relatively small thing, but this has been the norm at Chipotle for years. Why have them if you're not going to refill it regularly? I understand things happen and certainly wouldn't complain if this was an occasional occurrence, but it is almost every time. The ordering went fine other than a little trouble hearing, but I think there was a language barrier as well which I'm understanding of. The rice portions seemed smaller than usual. The root beer was out of syrup and I politely asked for them to refill it, I went to the restroom and was gone for at least five minutes, I came back and they had not fixed it. Also, the restroom was messy, there were paper towels in the toilet and no toilet paper whatsoever. There was also employees arguing with one another and just drama around the store. Not pleasant. read more

This location is almost always missing one of the main ingredients - every time I've come here they are either missing chicken completely, no more rice, out of beans or some other topping like cheese. Came today for chicken Al pasta and they ran out of the sauce to make it. Can't make this stuff up anymore. read more

Gave me no chicken please step your portion sizes up. Does your manager make you pay if you give me to much chicken

There were 2 of us. We stood in line for probably 5 minutes. There was only 1 person ahead of us. The girl who started our order pushed our food over, you know like Chipotle does. And there were at least 4 other employees nearby but none of them came over to finish our orders. One of them kept wiping down the counters. One of them kept talking to the employee chopping at the meat station. Another employee stood at the phone ahead or pickup station. Not sure that's the right term. But even though she wasn't doing anything, she stayed where she was. The other employee checked the temperature of the food and then walked away. The line behind us kept building but no one was coming to complete our orders so we ended up leaving. Sorry Chipotle. Do better. read more

Scott- I have contacted customer service twice. No one gets back to me. Late service, small portions, complete joke!

Smallest portions of any Chipotle I've ever been to. They fill the spoon then shake half of the food off before putting it in your bowl.

Of all the chipotles, this one is by far the worst. I could talk about it being dirty or how the food is cold and the portions are tiny, but the worst part by far are the people working there. It seems like they hate you just for walking in the door. You are met by hostility and rudeness. It truly is such an unpleasant experience every single time mainly because of the people who work there. read more

This is one of the worst chipotles I've ever been to. Was served the Coldest burrito I've ever had. Tortilla was ice cold. Employees looked bothered to serve me. Tables and floor were dirty. Don't think they've been cleaned all day. I won't be back here. read more

The Saturday Night staff was the worst thing I've seen ever. They can't even roll burritos it was ridiculous, 3 burritos that had to be refilled 3 times and somehow they messed up a bowl too. I could do better with a hand tied behind my back jesus h fuck. read more

Service was absolutely awful, it took me 20 minutes to order. The portions of food were also so small I had to ask for more. Would definitely recommend driving out to better locations. I will never go here again. read more

Double meat means two scoops, not two half scoops. In this economy, please do better!

The reviews here are spot on. Was asking for more ingredients as well and was told no. Was given an abruptly rude response too. I always offer to pay extra but due to the rude response and nature of the lady making my bowl I just got whatever and left. Was shocked by the response. Was looking for a chipotle to pickup from and stumbled across this one again and not shocked to see others had same experience. Go a little out of your way and avoid this one. read more

I would comment about the food but I was unable to get any. I placed an order for pickup and I arrived 5 mins before my pickup time. When I went to the door there was a note that said they decided to close early. The staff was all inside shutting down the place. I knocked on the door and they looked up but decided to pretend they couldn't hear me. I understand closing up early due to staffing issues but they need to make it so that you can't place an order for pickup if they are going to be closed read more

We go to this Chipotle all the time after swimming. The service is always fast and friendly (Misha is especially great!) They work hard and always have fresh food coming out. We have a Chipotle closer to our house, but this one is so good we don't mind going a little out of the way! read more

For whatever reason, this location really struggles with timeliness, order accuracy, cleanliness, and fulfilling online orders. At least alerting Chipotle HQ through the app about the big problems I've encountered resulted in refunds. There are other, much better Chipotle locations near here. I recommend any of the others over this one. read more

Friends, there are Chipotle's out there that are firing on all cylinders, and then there are those that...aren't. This one is just not it. Have had multiple times where our to-go order was incorrect in some way. Can usually count on the order to be delayed beyond pick up time. Was recently looked at like I was crazy for standing and waiting for my order at the register when it wasn't waiting on the unused pick-up shelf. Have been to this one a few times now, and I'll do my best to order elsewhere for a meal on the way home from work. Leadership here is clearly lacking, and this location won't get any better until that changes. read more

I think out of the 4 times I've gone here, I've only actually gotten food one time. And the one time it took a very long time to get the food. I'll cut them a little slack for that one since it was during the pandemic and they seemed very understaffed, just unable to handle the crowd. 3 other times were just attempts and I left without food. Their store hours are posted as open until 10pm, but I don't think I've ever actually seen them close at 10 it's always earlier. That would be fine except that does not sync up with online ordering so every single night people order food thinking they can pick it up, only to find the restaurant closed and then have to try and figure out how to refund themselves. I pulled up having placed an order at 7:50pm, they were closed. Employees ignore the irritated people outside who placed orders to find out they're closed. I sat outside for 15 minutes in my car, I probably saw at least 10 people come up to get their orders and find the doors locked. That means every night they make like at least 20 to 30 people mad by simply not being open. Impressive. After reading several of the reviews on here, I'm not sure if a manager even exists here, and I'm not sure if it's even safe to eat here, or if the staff even cares much about sanitization. Maybe someone will get sick, and theyll get shut down. Avoid this place. read more

COVID doesn't mean it's okay to screw up our order and leave out items for which we paid. If you cannot correctly fulfill an order with any, then you should not be taking our hard-earned money. I work really long days too. Just a few very irritating issues: Ingredients missing from our burritos (again, that we paid for). 4 orders of chips (that we paid for) omitted on our last two orders. And, there's no one to answer the phone to correct the order. What is the store manager doing? read more

By far the worst Chipotle in town. This one has made me avoid ALL Chipotle's at all costs. I NEVER blame the workers for the mess, it's 100% the overlords fault - all they care about is making profits regardless if the restaurants reputation became the worst. Never clean, always understaffed, always disorganized and never fresh. Absolute garbage. read more

Every time I have to order online (because they don't take orders Inside) they miss ingredients. A late night 2 minute order turns into a 25 minute wait. The worst service of any chipotle I have ever been to. Every single person that we interacted with at the store was rude and wouldn't even look at you. Rushed you through the line, hardly gave a half scoop of all of the topping and then charged extra for the actual serving size. I havent gone to this location for over a year because of such a bad experience previously but gave it another shot. Dont make the same mistake we did. Pick somewhere else to get food 100%!! Zero stars- this is by far the most disappointing Chipotle in the system. The staff is rude and vulgar and the restaurant is always a disaster with food everywhere. Went last night and they were out of....wait for it....tortillas and beans and cheese. All key components of a burrito. Hiring manager needs some help because they have a knack for picking the most incompetent staff members. Hoping corporate sees this review. read more

The service here is god awful! Front end girl with big brown curly hair refused to give me more cheese on an already skimpy bowl. Literally said I cannot give you more cheese and started ignoring me when I asked for more cheese and questioned why. She also must have been in charge for the night shift and continued to have two workers wash dishes in the back while only she made bowls up front allowing a ginormous line to form. Worst service I've received in a long time. She ought to be let go. I'll be speaking to the manager and then avoiding this location. read more

During the Covid pandemic, this employee was not wearing gloves and handled multiple different foods without any gloves on or hand washing during the 5-10 minutes I waited in line to order. I ended up leaving because of this to avoid risking them passing anything to me, covid or any other food born illness.
