Management is so condescending and rude, service is always slow... but that could all slide if the food was fresh and up to quality; but it is NOT. Feel bad for the line workers honestly, they seem just beat down and exhausted. Food is gross: Chips at this location taste like they are 3 days old, the lady pulled them out of a massive bin half covered with plastic wrap, and used her BARE, UNGLOVED hands to open our chip bag (of course asked for a new bag). I'm from Denver Colorado where people are actually grateful to have a job and have pride in what they do. They sold us some stale chips, the workers were extremely rude. Slamming the pans when they had to change the food around. Super slow, upset when I asked for more rice. I would actually suggest you not go there and keep your hard earned money. Worst chipotle ive ever been to. After multiple horrible experiences I stopped going to this location- but husband hasn't caught on yet. Order took 45 minutes (30 minutes longer than Time given- which meant my husband sat there for 30 minutes waiting).... Gets home and realizes they completely forgot one of the bowls... This chipotle used to be my favorite, lately it hasn't been as great but it's still good of course, because it's chipotle!! The staff can tend to be a bit brisk and cold, but totally understandable considering how busy they are. If you come during their prime hours expect to wait in a pretty significant line, sometimes even out the door. Of course, the line goes pretty quickly but with the recent increase in online and mobile orders it's been a bit slower as the workers try to keep up with those too, in between helping the people in line. Really wish they had a separate prep line for those orders! A common complaint with this specific chipotle is that they can be a bit skimpy with all of the portions, and more often than not people will be asking for more rice or whatnot. Usually the workers are happy to oblige so it's not a problem. Over the past month or two the quality has been seemingly less consistent. Sometimes the rice will be quite salty or not completely cooked, but once all the toppings are added it's still pretty good, just not as great as it used to be. read more

Slow, RUDE employees who just want to get out of work. This is the only Chipotle by my house, so I visit often, always hoping it'll be a better experience than the last time. Last night, I went in and there was no line. The only other person in line was an employee who proceeded to have her dinner made by another coworker. Apparently the chicken didn't even look good to HER. So, she screamed to the cook in the back "HEY, I AM NOT EATING THAT SH*T, MAKE NEW CHICKEN." Meanwhile, I'm standing there wondering when someone is going to finally take my order since there are a good 6-8 people standing behind the line. One employee came over and told me to "Wait", while she wiped the counters down, onto the floor and talked to her coworkers. I would have said something but I've seen what happens when you call out these people that work at this specific Chipotle. One time I was ordering a burrito for a friend and he didn't like sour cream. Well, there was a line out the door and I started to tell the employee what I wanted on it. She kept rushing ahead of me and proceeded to dump sour cream onto the burrito TWICE. Meaning that she threw away two burritos beforehand because she was in such a damn rush. She then started throwing things around, talking under her breathe. I wouldn't be surprised if she spit in the damn thing. So rude. Don't go to this Chipotle if you want to be satisfied because you never, ever will. read more

I've worked at three different chipotles and this one can't ever get anything right, can't ever clean, and can't ever have all options available. For the past three months I've gone there for lunch none of the Agua Fresca's have been available and not all of the meat options are available. This restaurant is constantly a mess, and there is trash with the utensils. I have repeatedly left poor reviews on DoorDash orders because food has been wrong, or not ready at all. few things in life make me as angry as this chipotle. it is a distressing and disappointing bastardization of the sacred chipotle name. i have been to about two dozen chipotles and this is by far the worst. when ordering online, there's about a 10% or less success rate in completing orders without significant errors. on many occasions, the guac was completely brown and inedible. other times, they were out of guac altogether. i wish it would be significantly improved or blotted out from existence. read more

This is probably the worst Chipolte as far as consistency. Constantly running out of items like guacamole. This all goes to poor training of the employees and the fault lies with the almost non-existent management at this location. Everyone is yelling at the other person , poorly trained cashiers are just tossed into the mess in a busy Friday afternoon , online orders are ignored or incredibly messed up and the food is tossed together without regard. The latter obviously being a corporate mandate to make it faster rather than better. Help these employees out...train them better. Give them some guidance. Let me start out by saying that I love Chipotle in general, and frequent their other locations. This is without a doubt the worst chipotle I have ever been to. If you have lived in the area for a while, you know that this was one of the first Chipotle's, and for me, many years ago it's the first place I ever experienced chipotle. I don't know what happened over the years, but this location has gone way down hill. Last time we were there, the restaurant was filthy. Not "we are in the middle of a rush and all hands are serving customers and we haven't had a chance to catch up messy," I mean filthy. The trashcans were overflowing and the floors were dirty. We ordered chips, which were stale. If you you know chips, then you know there are different levels of stale. These were "left open all day" stale. Our burritos were poorly made, and not mixed together well at all. You know what I'm talking about- when I'm each bite you only get one ingredient. While we watched our food being made, the person on the grille kept popping pieces of meat into his mouth. Even worse, there was someone watching everything happening while holding a clipboard, I assume that was some kind of manager. Horrible customer service. The server serving the guac put way less than a serving of guac on my bowl. I asked her to make it a full serving. Immediately, her coworker on the line jumps in aggressively and says - THAT WILL BE DOUBLE THE PRICE. I said "Ok, I just want one serving of guac". He proceeds to knock the guac out of the bowl (leaving even less guac - a teaspoon of guac at this point) in the bowl. The guac he knocks off of the bowl falls in the cheese container. He reaches in the cheese container, scoops out the cheesy guac and puts it back in the guac container. I then asked him "Did you really just do that? Did I really just watch that happen?" (in absolute disbelief). I asked him his name and he said JIM. Prior to interacting with JIM. They brought steak to the line. A piece of steak fell in the chicken container. I watch JIM touch everything on this Earth with his gloves prior to sticking his hand in the chicken container in attempts to find the piece of steak that fell in (DISGUSTING). Needless to say, I walked away and said I did not want the bowl. I came back to work and shared the HORRIBLE experience with my team and they said they have all had similar experiences at the SOLON CHIPOTLE. I quote "THATS THE WORSE ONE EVER". I was so excited to get Chipotle after a long day of work, and my father was picking up the order with specific instructions on what I wanted. Upon ordering, an employee claimed that the sofritas, organic tofu that I always order, were actually meat. Due to this misinformation from the Chipotle employee, my order was entirely wrong. Please educate employees on what food they are serving, especially since there are people with dietary restrictions. This could have ended with a sick customer. read more

I work in Solon and have been visiting this restaurant since it opened. I don't know why I keep trying...I guess because my experiences at other Chipotle locations make me think that this one will finally, this time, be good. It never has been. I placed a delivery order last May - it was an hour late. Worse, it was a chicken bowl - I ordered a barbacoa burrito. Today I thought (again) what the heck, it can't still be bad, management and corporate must have fixed things by now. I ordered a barbacoa burrito for delivery. I received a ?? burrito. Not sure what it was...there were maybe three chunks of what might have been a meat substance, and the rest was a bunch of vegetables that weren't on my order. The last time I actually set foot in the place I waited (along with many other people) for over an hour to pick up the online order I had placed - and had received a "it's ready for pickup" notice for. The manager, when I asked for some consideration, basically told me to suck eggs. The staff is rude to the point of ignoring you, the food is mediocre, and as noted above you should probably avoid delivery and pickup. This is my last attempt. If I want a good burrito in Solon I'll get it from Senorita Bonitas. read more

Went here for the first time in a while and I remembered why I never went here. Had to order double chicken because she gave me the tiniest scoop of chicken when they weren't even busy. And then she but barely and cheese on and a ridiculous amount of sour cream and guac. The food itself is of course good here, but the service at this chipotle literally always sucks. read more

I love Chipotle, but sadly this location is a hot mess. Architecturally there is no room for the line to form, therefore it's always out the door.. even in the winter. Takes forever to get through the line so if you are in a hurry, you might avoid this spot. There's also no room to move to the soft drink area and therefor people are all cluttered in one spot. I am guessing the reason is poor management, because they are always out of things in the soft drink and napkin/ utensil area, and the employees who work there are never aware or willing to do anything about it when you let them know. The tables are always dirty and the garbage cans full. Too bad because this is closest to me and I love the food. read more

Okay so for starters, my corn was frozen solid. I couldn't even complain to the employees about it because every other customer would complain to them and the workers would call them B*tches. Oh, and in front of a little girl who looked no older than 6. I love chipotle but eating frozen corn and getting called names is not something I want to spend my money on. One of the girls in the back kept dropping an empty pan causing everyone in the restaurant to jump. She would do it after someone complained. This was all incredibly unprofessional. I just want to say that I love Chipotle, from their restaurant concept to their food. This Chipotle, however, is a disgrace. Not only was the service slow and horrible, but the food today was somewhat cold and gross. I ordered my usual steak burrito, and the shell was torn - the girl momentarily was about to toss it in the trash but decided not to. I shrugged that off, deciding not to make a fuss even though the line for a Chipotle really wasn't that long. She then proceeded to give me barely enough steak... (Perhaps fearing it would rip the shell more...?) and sped me through the line. (It's truly not my fault your coworker left his station.) Upon grabbing our food, we waited further for the cashier to come back from dropping off a slip of paper to the other side of the work line... All in all, this was one of the least efficient lines I've probably witnessed. The oddest thing about today was that we did not get a bag or tray - which... Ok, I guess I'm not a messy eater... But I was further saddened that there was no green Tabasco sauce. Overall, I think this Chipotle benefits from being in such a great location. I got chicken but my friends got fajita veggies which took like 20 minutes to make early in the day. While we waited we let people go ahead of us and ended up waiting a long time for our food which is supposed to be fast. The chips were super stale and they loaded way too much sour cream on our bowls. It was fine experience but i've came here all my life and environment has never been this bad. Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Unfortunately it is close to my home so it is convenient - needless to say, after my last two "experience" there I will NOT be returning. I share the same sentiment as other reviewers, this place is dirty! And the food is not good....at all! Twice now my rice has been hard in the middle. My first terrible experience I placed an online order for dinner pick up. My boyfriend went to go pick up and they were out of nearly all the food - no rice, no chicken, no chips....you get the picture. I placed the order at 4pm for a 5:30 pick up. Our food was not ready until around 6:30. My boyfriend took photos and sent them to corporate to show them the dirty restaurant. He was never offered a free drink or anything for his hour long wait. Corporate sent us two free burrito cards. I took the risk and used them at the Solon location. We had been traveling all day and needed a quick, convenient meal. Since it was off hours (around 2pm) I went in an ordered. MISTAKE! The restaurant was of course filthy and while there were about 5 employees in the restaurant, only one was actually working. One employee told me to wait for him to finish up, so I waited while she talked about how bad she needed to go to the bathroom - literally standing right in front of me not doing anything. When it was my turn to order, I was disgusted by the quality of the food. The rice was under cooked and cold, the pinto beans had a gross film over the top, the fajita vegetables were limp and cold, no guac (some national shortage that I apparently never heard of?) and no forks. I could keep going on about the quality of the food... What should have been a 10 min experience dragged on for nearly a half an hour. I left the restaurant feeling dirty and just mad. I took one bite of my bowl and had to throw it away. The rice was so hard, the vegetables had no flavor and after seeing the conditions of the store I couldn't bring myself to eat it. I have now sent two emails to corporate about this location. I have no interest in getting free food, I just really want them to fix this location. read more

I realize online orders are a pain, I get it. I had a big appointment at the Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus but had to feed my kids before hand. I ordered lunch an hour ahead and had a promise time of 11:45. By noon, many others had received their orders and their bags all had a promise time of noon. I politely peeked around where they assemble the online orders and asked if my order was ready. She said, "Hold on a minute!" I went back to waiting. By 12:20 I was concerned I would be late for my appointment downtown so I asked her again, "Are you sure there isn't an order back there for me?" She glanced in front of her and it had been there all along and she just shoved it to me, no apology, nothing. We walked to the car and realized my daughter did not get her drink. I would imagine they are understaffed like a lot of places, but man is it frustrating. Just recently I was there to pick up an order a few minutes late, only to find a LINE of people waiting for their app pickup as well. This is the Chipotle I run to from time to time when I am at work, and can I just say I hate every second of it. More often than not I am ordering burritos for the whole company so it's always an extremely stressful experience. Usually I order everything online and show up at the pick-up time only to discover they haven't even began to put the order together. Another time when I didn't order online I was yelled at and heckled by fellow customers for ordering more than one burrito and wasting time. Not only did I get little to no support from the workers, they gave me serious attitude and made me feel extremely unwelcome. On more than one occasion have the workers been incredibly unfriendly and rude, and because of that this particular Chipotle is my modern day hell. read more
