One of the slowest Chipotles I've ever been in, a lot of staff in the back talking but only 2 working the line. The man at the beginning of the line wouldn't stop talking under his breath and was not friendly. Waited in line over 40 minutes and maybe only 15 people were in front of me...... I would recommend going to a different location or a different place to eat if you want quality service or cleanliness. Staff is extremely unattentive, they all yell at each other and complain about working. They don't care about respecting their customers and go slow even when the line is long. Some are friendly, but the overall quality of this staff is horrible. Food is typically ok. read more

The rice was raw. They needed to recook it which would have taken 35 minutes to cook so I asked for a refund. They only refunded the part of the order that had rice. Poor customer service. I had to throw away our whole order so I could have time to get the kids fed elsewhere before we had to be at our event. Management should train their employees to understand how to handle situations like this. I think I'm done with chipotle. read more

For some reason the black females that work here are very rude and unfriendly and always have an attitude. Just recently when I went they always get smartmouth. When the one black girl was packing my food behind the counter she put everything in the bag and then just walked away. My food was still in the bag behind the counter and not in my reach and somebody else came and moved it over towards me so I could grab that it that worked there. read more

This is the dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to, the garbage cans were over flowing, the floors were filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. I was afraid to go to the bathroom. My meal was terrible, they weren't listening to what we wanted on our bowls so they had to start over, they were too heavy handed and mine was swimming in sour cream even though I asked for just a little. My daughter loves chipotle and she was very disappointed. read more

This chipotle had terrible portions, barely gave anything on everything besides meat. The guy who wrapped my burrito didn't even know too. Stuff was just gushing out as he folded it, and continued until he folded it in tin foil. Even the tin foil wrap was terrible. Also, work station was extremely sloppy. read more

I have been to this store 2 days in a row. Yesterday, the young lady was playing in her hair and was aggravated when I asked her to change her gloves. The staff was unprepared and that caused an extreme delay in the line. Today, the line to get inside the store was long and again the staff was unprepared. In addition, the same girl from yesterday was there today, dancing and playing and goofing off. She is twitching her nose as if she needs to blow it and just oblivious to what is going on. I called the manager at the store, a man named Tony. I had witnessed him and asked to speak to him but he was too busy to talk in person. So I called him when I got outside. He seemed disinterested in what I needed to say and when I said I wanted to call corporate, he responded"good luck wit dat" and hung up the phone. read more

my mom and i went into this chipotle after an event i had on a thursday afternoon. it was quite busy with online orders. the old black lady with a back neck tattoo and glasses was the most unprofessional employee/manager i've ever seen. not only a horrible employee, but a horrible person. she was berating one of her employees for saying he didn't feel good. she made a huge scene and was clearly spoiling for a fight. making a huge scene by yelling at him and becoming irrational saying that he should leave, but "you better make sure those counters and floor are wiped and swept clean" in such a hateful tone. i know this boy from school and he is in fact a minor and this lady had to be at least 50. how are you going to talk to a minor like that in front of a full line of customers waiting patiently for their food? i am disgusted by this experience, she was also very skimpy with servings. your employees are working for YOU! chipotle, please fire this woman, she is not a positive representation of your company. i'm embarrassed this woman has a job here. read more

This place runs as smooth as a 90 year old with arthritis. Chipotle should be quick and smooth, the only competent worker there seemed to be me. The one that had to work and struggle to get my order through. Understaffed and the staff that was there was obviously under educated about the chipotle process. I love Chipotle and have since they opened. I also have kind of a fobia about my food and I have been there several times recently when it is very busy and people have come back to the counter with hair in their food. I know this can happen but I would like to see those serving and preparing the food wear a hair net and beard net. It makes it very difficult for me to come back there and I really do love it. On the bright side they are very quick even if the line is out the door and for the most part friendly. read more

Slowest service I've ever had a chipotle. Manager was sweeping while line was out the door , manager should jump in the line to help out. I understand long lines that's fine , but they usually move at a decent pace. I waited 30 minutes only to get up to where I order and the lady in front of me used the last of the chicken and wouldn't you know they had NO backups . By what I have read this seems to be a management issue . Hopefully they figure it out soon. read more

This is bar far the SLOWEST Chipotle I have been to - EVER. We just moved to the area, and have been here twice. Both times we have waited 30 to 40 minutes!! The staff are completely unmotivated and slow. They move at a snail's pace and so absolutely zero sense of urgency. When irate customers comment on their speed, they snicker amongst themselves and I overheard one employee actually say "Man, the next person that comes up here with an attitude about the wait, I'm gonna let them have it". Really dude? As I had nothing better to do, I had my phone's stop watch out and timed each customer. They were averaging 1 to 3 minutes PER CUSTOMER. If you've got just 20 people in line, you're in for a serious wait. The "manager" was in the back making rice or some such, instead of being on the line and setting an example for the kind of speed and urgency that is required. To the branch manager / owner: You are losing revenue - fix this. The line is out the door because your staff is abysmally slow, and people are getting back in their cars and walking away. Your already limited and slow staff is spending 75% of their time on the line filling online / call-in orders while we all wait around for a duration of time rivaling a complete meal at a sit down restaurant. read more

The food is fine, but this is the most poorly managed Chipotle I've ever been too. Takes a half hour to get through lines, not because it's busy but because they just don't have their act together. Shifts seem to change right in the middle of lunch and dinner rushes. Who plans for that?? And don't even bother with online ordering, because it's not going to be ready when you get there. It's a shame because it's a really convenient spot for us to grab food on the go when we're in Solon. I hope they figure things out some day. read more

On a lunch order which we had delivered, they forgot several toppings, added random meats, lettuce, and beans to orders that did not request for those to be put in. Requested extra rice, but seemed to get even less than a normal amount. I love Chipotle, but this location is *PAINFULLY* slow and frustrating, I've never been to this one when there was not an incredibly slow moving line. Today, I decided to order online and just pick it up ... what a mistake. First,, it was not ready at our scheduled pick up time, the cashier lost our order, when they found it and sent the order form down to the end of the line, they neglected to mention to the first guy on the line that they screwed up and we were waiting, so he made a few more orders in the line before starting ours. After he finally started making our order he messed up (put rice on one of our salads that we marked as no rice). Through all of that there was never an apology, the cashiers were actually giving us and many of the other customers attitude, over all it was a crappy experience. I totally understand that things can go wrong and stuff happens, at that point it is about recovery, this place has always been frustrating and I took that as a known issue tonight. Their horrible recovery is making me write this place off. I'm done with this Chipoltle location, for me, it is worth the extra few minutes to get to Harvard, Legacy, Twinsburg or Hudson ... This Chipotle is by far the worst out of the many I've been to. I usually go after 8:30 pm and 90% of the time they have no chips. Some of the slowest service I've ever encountered as well. I'm a fan of Chipotle's basic menu & tasty food. The staff was really cool. My coworker hadn't been there before, so they explained how the ordering works down to the 'this is spicy and that isn't' which was quite nice of them. Got through our order quickly. It's time to get over yourself. This place has a super long line for food that tasts like a over salted assembly line McDonald's . Everyone eating there thinks it so healthy but just look at the sodium content then wake up and buy stock in Morton's. I watch people in their yoga pants ordering two tons of the sour cream with bits of overcooked, over salted rubber chicken floating in it. Each bowl has got to have a full days calories. I guess you go to see those beautiful people with the ear plugs and the filthy dreadlocks slopp your food splattering it all over the place like a prison lunch line.
