Your order is a major inconvenience to this crew. Line of customers is building and instead of the 3 of them working faster or harder, the "cook" declares it's going to be a long wait for everyone, instead of telling the crew it's time to speed it up or, god forbid, help the 1 guy making the food and running the register. The moment I walked in, I noticed all the employees were gathered in the back, leaving the one employee up front to handle everything on his own--yet he didn't seem in a rush to help anyone and mostly ignored customers. When it was finally my turn, I asked for more chicken because, seriously, there were only about four tiny pieces on my plate. The employee told me I'd have to pay extra for more meat--excuse me? You're charging extra when you barely serve a normal portion to begin with? I'm 4'11" and a small person, and even I thought the serving was a joke. Fine--I agreed to pay the extra, but instead of finishing my order, she moved on to help other customers, then came back with an attitude. When I asked for my guac and salsa on the side, she acted annoyed again. On top of all that, the place looked like it needed a serious deep cleaning, and honestly, the entire staff needs retraining or replacing. With all the bad reviews this location already has, you'd think management would step up--but clearly not. Their reputation on Facebook isn't great either. I won't be returning. There are plenty of other places to get better, more affordable Mexican food, even if this one is conveniently located. I gave it one last try--and it was a disappointment. read more

This is the Solon Ohio location. This location will be closed @ odd hours and after coming here 11/5/2025 @13:00 the customer service here is trash! Lil black dude with sagging pants totally acted like he didn't want to take my order. Their policy normally was 2 vignettes per order but when I said that he absolutely didn't honor it. The guy couldn't wrap a burrito, when he tried he stuck his fingers everywhere in the burrito, covering the whole thing with sour scream and guac. I just started working out that way and have been there twice now! The first time I seriously thought I was on Punk'd or some other new kind of reality show! Went back today and apparently the producers need more footage because holy hell! I want to take my fiance there just to show her how wild this location is apparently any given day! This location has gone downhill. I have gone off and on over the 20-ish years it's been open and have been disappointed lately. I went two days in a row and had issues both times. The first day, I had lunch with a coworker there and they overcharged me for my food, the workers seemed super disinterested, they only had 2 bottles of hot sauce and only lids for the little cups to put it in. The next day, they forgot my drink (I pointed this out and the cashier begrudgingly got it, but said nothing and acted bothered). Then I got home to realize they gave no dressing for my wife's salad, no fajita vegetables in either of our orders, and no queso on the burrito. They also didn't give either of my kids the fruit with their meals that we ordered. Just disappointing overall, as I work nearby and grew up in the area, so I would normally like to return. read more

Terrible service. They up charged $1.50 for a side of red spicy sauce. None of the other nearby locations charge extra for red sauce. It is not listed as extra on the menu board. The General Manager 24 year old man needs to be fired . He is the rudest person I've ever met .Because the associates could not figure out how to ring up free item from my App. He accused me of trying to steal a$2.65 cup of Guacamole which never left the store . He became very aggressive and yelling . I did report to Corp and they did indicate issue would be looked into . Since this is the behavior of GM at Solon Chipotle my family and I have chosen to NEVER give them our business again. This so sad because this use to be a very nice location . This occurred 12/4/2024 and have not heard back from Corp since our communication in Dec. Good luck to those who continue to frequent that location with that GM. OK, I never leave reviews but I feel I have to since I love chipotle and we literally live across the street from chipotle in Solon. Today we got home from a long trip and crave chipotle and at 1:30 we walked in there. No one's there. No one's in line and they are out of white rice out of fajita out of steak out of Carnitas. How is this possible? Yes, they just had the lunch rush, but they know the lunch rush is coming every day. I totally understand being out of an item or maybe too but this chipotle historically is the worst chipotle we've ever been to since they started . Every single time we go there they are out of something. They never have everything that we want 99.9% of the time and it doesn't matter if it's at 11:30 in the morning or 1:30 in the afternoon or 1030 at night they're out I would say of at least two items and usually are not even working on cooking them. This is not true for the other chipotle's 99.9% of the time they have everything so how are they able to figure it out in this Solon Ohio chipotle cannot? Is it the same manager or same guy in charge? Then fire them . We hate this chipotle so much that we drive to Aurora's chipotle, which is 10 minutes away instead of the one right across the street within walking distance . It's been like this for years and years as I am a Solon Ohio resident of over 40 years and have gone to them ever since they opened a few decades ago. I don't know what the deal is. I don't know what district manager is ignoring these reviews or ignoring their staff, but someone needs to get fired, and someone needs to understand supply and demand which they have no clue about. Again how are the other restaurant locations figuring out supplying demand and this restaurant never can? And on top of that, the food is many times burnt or old or crusty and is not the good chipotle that I'm used to. They are disgrace for the name and for the brand. And I see all these other bad reviews so you'd think that they would try and improve things at this location but I guess they don't care what their customers think. I'm officially done giving this chipotle location and another shot. They are dead to me. To get my chipotle I will go to any other chipotle on the planet other than the one that resides in Solon Ohio off route 43. Zero Stars! (had to mark one for it to go thru) If you value your sanity, do not bother going here. Ordered a pickup order. Went to pickup and there was 1 person working. A line to order at the counter and a line of people waiting for pickup (which no one was making-there was a half order sitting there for over 1/2 hour untouched). So I decided to wait in line to have them make my order-that was already paid for. When I finally got to the counter and gave him my name for my to go order, he told me he could not do the order, there is a take out area that makes all the to go orders. Yet no one was there working...He refused to make my orders and started waiting on the person behind me. A gentleman came from the back after about 20 mins and proceeded to clean the grill and make chicken. Still no one was making any to go orders. There were about 30 tickets coming out of the to go machine so long they were all over the floor and yet no one thought to do anything about those orders. Maybe close the door for 15 mins to catch up. NOPE! All the people that were waiting for their to go orders left when I left as they could see no one was going to be making them any time soon. I do not in any way blame the 2 young men working there. They were doing the best they could. Chipotle should make the choice to either have enough people working a shift or close down. I am sure Corp. is making a lot of money and these poor employees are having to do the work of everyone because you have not hired enough people. read more

SOMEONE NEEDS TO CLEAN THIS PLACE BEFORE SOMEBODY GETS SICK. I was their first customer today. There were tons of fingerprints, a strand of hair and who knows what else on the glass by the food that they serve. The countertops and floor were filthy. They had just opened and this is what the place looks like. It's clear whoever was closing the night before did not do their job, nor did the employees who opened. This chipotle is the worst. They are beyond ridiculous with skimping on the portion sizes. They charge extra for regular portion sizes. I had about ten strings of cheese and barely any lettuce. When I asked for a little more I was told that it would be an extra charge. They never ever have steak, and they barely have brown rice. They are always out of peppers and to top it off the place is filthy. About a month ago I opened my bowl and there was a ladybug sitting there. Luckily it was on top of the lettuce otherwise I wouldn't have saw it. I took it back and they remade it with no problem but it shows that they don't wash the lettuce. This is the worse Chipotle that I have been to. I have given them many many chances but I'm done. We have given it so many chances as they continually finish our take out orders 10-20 minutes late, they don't have ingredients and often times I wonder if they even train their employees. Hit or miss. Some days I get an incredible bowl that isn't skimped on at all others it's crazy and I ask for extra corn and they tell me if I want more it'll be an extra $1.50. The line is definitely always dirty and so is the fountain area, but they are definitely understaffed and have been since COVID.
