By far the worst Chipotle I've been to. They never have things ready to go. I went in 4 different times trying to give this place a chance.. No steak every single time I was told I'd have to wait 10min. They didn't even have someone working in it already!!!! I've complained to the lead multiple times and he doesn't care. I wrote corporate and they didn't care. It's just blows my mind they can't do the very basic job of keeping things fresh. This location made me uninstall the app and stop going to Chipotle altogether. Chipotle was already way overpriced before, but combined with the really bad service, it's a waste of time and money. Stopped in for a late lunch as we were passing through on the way back home. This Chipotle is about as good as it gets. Helpful employees, noticed a lot of them cleaning as we sat eating which does make one feel good about the quality of establishment. To the owner, your workers deserve a raise :) Very good portion sizes, fairly decent value. The portion sizes and service are terrible. I understand their's exact portion sizes already measured out, but at times I feel like I''m being skimped out of what already is a small portion, if I'm paying between 15-20 dollars for a full meal the least I could get is a full scoop of meat. Also, the service has gone downhill, most of the time employees are rude and seem too bothered to help. There are some employees that go above and beyond but that doesn't reflect from everybody else there that lack customer service skills. Friendly and super attentive staff. I wish I caught the name of the member who helped us today around 1:30p. I mentioned there is a severe allergic person in our group and asked about ingredients in some of the items. She immediately changed her gloves and got fresh servings spoons and it was not something we were going to request. She made sure nothing with potential allergen touched the plate. Thank you so much for taking the initiative and taking the allergy seriously. Truly appreciated!!! Our food tasted very fresh, more than any other Chipotle's we frequent (we were driving through this city). The restaurant itself was very clean and it was a nice reprieve from the outdoor heat. I placed a mobile order and it was ready in less than 7 minutes. My food was good and the order was right. The staff was friendly.

Filthiest kitchen we have ever seen. We arrived at 11:15am. They opened at 10:30am. The grill looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. All the stainless work tables in the kitchen were covered will spilled food. The guacamole was black, they stirred it in an attempt to hide the discoloration. I appreciate not wanting to waste food but this was over the top nasty. The one new staff member smiled and was welcoming the rest of the staff didn't seem to want to interact with customers. Being a long time fan of Chipotle, I never thought I would rate a location with ONE STAR, but here it is. Standing in line we noticed that they were OUT of the basic toppings, LETTUCE, CORN, PICO DE GALLO, too many missing items to list. Better yet, I will tell you what they had, Sour Cream and Cheese!! This is NO JOKE!!! Then I noticed that there was ALL THE TOPPINGS on a side cold table. So I said 'hey there are toppings here, can I get some Corn'? This is the actual response... NO, those are for MOBILE ORDERS. WHAT?!?! I politely asked 'can't we get some since we are standing right here'? Again, but this time with A LOT OF ATTITUDE and ANNOYANCE she again replied NO!! Still Standing there I said, this RIDICULOUS!! We are paying customers that have made the effort to get off the car, stand in line to place our orders but we aren't entitled to the same quality of foods that people ordering off their phones can get!!!! Yes, I will be talking to CORPORATE and asking one simple question. 'When did this become a Chipolte Policy'???? We will NEVER RETURN to this SELMA location. So we get up to the counter- no white rice, no fajita veggies, no asada, no sofritos, no new garlic asada. Womp womp. She was also pretty light on the scoops of whatever they did have in stock. Can we get another location in this area? Dinuba? North Visalia please? This selma location has gone downhill significantly in the past couple of years. I was thrilled when I found out they were coming to Selma because it's a healthier, easy choice when counting carbs and calories. I was pleased with today's visit. On a beautiful day like today, I sat outside and everything was tasty as it often is at Chipotle's around the Valley. Employees were friendly and are well trained. Very disappointed. We ordered from this location and when we went to pickup the food they tried to give me someone else's order. On the side of the bag it said $6 and change. I told them the order was wrong, and they immediately started telling me how it was my fault if it was wrong. So after showing them on my banking app that $83 was just charged, they said do you have the receipt. So after more bad attitudes, they realized that my order had been sitting there the entire time. 4pm in the middle of the day and out of asada. Food bar was a mess and almost out of everything with no customers in-line or dinning in store. When asked how long till more asada is ready the replied "not sure but it will be a long wait". So I took my money somewhere else. That's what $20 an hour minimum wage gats you. When I went at 1:30 they were pretty much out of every item. Had to wait 20 minutes for rice and beans. I only put rice, beans and chicken in my burrito and they were not able to roll it. They then proceed to try to give me the burrito as it was falling apart. They need to learn how to roll burritos and prep food better. read more

While in town visiting I was in a hurry and thought I'd give Chipotle a try. I was the only customer in the restaurant so I hoped it would go smoothly and to my surprise it did. I ordered a steak burrito, with rice, cheese, onions and cilantro and guacamole (it was an expensive scoop). It turned out to be a bigger burrito than expected but it was yummy. I would give this zero stars if I could. Overcooked dry tortilla. Cracked everywhere. Insides dripping all over the foil. When I asked for a clean wrapper so I could salvage the burrito the staff member argued that it was the cheese and beans inside that did it and was not going to change it until the manager walked up. The manager walked up and offered to wrap in in a second tortilla. Why would I want 2 tortillas??? The right thing would have been to remake the burrito. This is what it looked like when I opened it.
