Do not get anything from Andrew the shift leader. I witnessed him come out of the bathroom and I went in right after him. He didn't wash his hands!! The sink was dry. I was so looking forward to the guilty pleasure of fast food today. I ordered on my app and when I got to the drive-thru there was nobody in line. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a small order of hash brown rounds and a superstar with cheese. I had them leave off the lettuce and tomato so I figured it would be fresh considering no one was in line but the chicken sandwich was lukewarm and the burger had the hardest bun I've ever had from a fast food place and the actual ingredients were less than lukewarm. I ate half of the chicken sandwich and one bite of the burger as it was complete garbage. I don't expect a ton from fast food but how hard is it to make sure the food is hot and the bun isn't one that's been sitting on the shelves for 6 months? read more

I've never had an issue with Carl's Jr but this location needs to get it together. I didn't look in the bag before I drove away so my fault. However I ordered a guacamole bacon thick burger and was just given a regular burger. I also ordered a chicken sandwich and inside if have pieces if lettuces it looked like that basically pulled a chunk out of a head if lettuce and threw it on my sandwich. Was it everyone's first day here?? And it was deserted so idk what happened. Saturday 6/8/19 9:45am RUDE Manager which unfortunately flowed down to the staff. Went thru the drive thru ordered a burger, which was made incorrectly, no prob, I went inside to have the burger remade, I wasn't angry or frustrated at all, stuff happens. I walked in smiling w/my receipt. The manager looked at me like I was carrying a big ol' turd! She never smiled, apologized or said a word, simply looked miserable walked back remade the burger, slid it the the employee out front, who also never smiled or apologized. I said thank you, and neither the responded. I'm still not angry just very disappointed w/the Carl's Jr. Manager she's failing on all accounts. Not only in regard to customer service but she's cheating her team by NOT leading & mentoring w/positivity and enthusiasm. For NOT allowing them to experience how great a job well done feels. Stopped here to eat on our way back to Sacramento and found 2 hairs in our food. 1 in the chicken tenders and 1 in my daughters kids burrito meal, which the started chocking and vomiting on. I had to pull the hair from out her mouth. I told them what happened and she the girl said she'd refund my money for the kids meal. So she gave me $2.50...kids meal was more than $5. Finding 1 hair i bad but 2 hairs all in one meal?....wear a hair net if you're shedding that much. read more

After spending almost $70 worth of food, the girl at the counter was incredibly rude when I wanted more than 2 packets of ranch. She seemed to be the manager or the person in charge for the shift. Lobby and restroom were clean. Service was excellent. Food came out in a timely manner. Food was pretty standard for fast food but was good.

I got home and when I took the food out of the bag I noticed that they forgot one of the meals I ordered. When I called to complain a RUDE lady answered she never apologized and made it seem like it was my fault! She did not identify herself and hung up on me. Worst employee! Five hours later in so cal we noticed it was missing! Called Carl's jr, in Selma, and employee Sam Garcia looked for it and found it! He sent it back with everything inside. The food was good as usual. The only thing that was bothersome was the cashier girl who was handling all the food was horribly dirty. The accuracy of my order at this carls jr was very poor. After I told them they didnt bother to correct there mistakes. I just said to myself to let it go and eat the food until I heard them joking about it in the kitchen. Well that pissed me off. Now im here writing about it. Always receive good service here and the burgers never disappoint. At times they have messed up some orders but it was only when I'm there with a group of over 15 people with me. So it was understandable. Other than that, it's one of the better fast food restaurants in Selma. read more

Who ever is handling the drive thru speaker is completely rude and unprofessional: I had to add something to my order and she had an attitude like if it was an inconvenience to her life.
