This entire squad will just yell at the customers to move the line as fast as possible and will mess up your order. They should calm down. Love paying for guac and not getting it because employees are not paying attention read more

This is quite a convenient location if you work in the immediate area. There's also quite a lot of parking and other places to go to since it's part of a shopping area. Service here is very good, with friendly staff and well -kept facilities. Prices are about right for 2025. Self service drink and napkin area was also clean. My order had very, very generous portions, which you cannot always say about Chipotle. One bowl was nearly enough for 2 people. Will be coming back in the future for sure. read more

usually always on point one of the worst things about any Chipolte is depending on whonis making your order, it can go either way. I let girl go ahead of me and guy gave her like a pound of rice - i tell him a little and gives me like a half of a tea spoon - that isnt my issue - my issue is when did the vegetables become onions? i ordered a veggie bowl and it was all onions - there was a trace of a pepper however, I know this because the skin was stuck to roof of my mouth and almost choked me read more

This is chipotle, you get what the person behind the glass gives you. The red head guy was the only reason it got three stars he gave a scoop like it was a bowl he was gonna eat. The other dude was saving portions, no good. I had to ask for extra salsa and cheese. read more

Solid 4 stars. Came here since I was about to do a 4 hour road trip and knew it would be too late to make dinner by the time I got back home. Service was pretty quick. The servers were also generous with their scoops of meat. It was pretty clean based on the table I sat at. No complaints about the food or service or dining ambiance. My one star deduction comes from the bathroom smelling like a sewer...I didn't go and instead gave my business next door to use their restroom. Other than that, not a bad option to eat here (that is, if you're not looking to use the bathroom) Parking is plentiful but may be further out during peak hours at the plaza. You can park upon the traffic light that is right before the Starbucks or right by the Hartz building. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicken bowl - Fast Food Near Me - Secaucus, New Jersey

I have never had any of the issues I see below in other reviews. Online ordering process is simple and efficient. Historically, my orders have always been accurate. Each item is usually abundant with ingredients, bursting with flavor, and uses fresh ingredients. The staff here are friendly and kind, and they are certainly attentive to the food they produce. Restaurant is clean, well-kept, spacious, and has cool decor. It can get crowded here, which is why we order in advance. Sometimes, food is ready for pickup shortly after the designated pickup time, but this isn't a major issue at all. Recommended! read more

Just look at the burrito! I also got a bowl, with maybe a half a scoop of chicken in it. Thanks for nothing . I asked the lady for more chicken she literally gave me one more chunk of chicken and said she gets in trouble. Wtf chipotle? Not her fault but wow. The burrito is half the size it should be. I'm shocked. I'll never be back here. $30 and I'm mostly eating rice. read more

Very easy automated ordering process. No problems with the order when we went to pick it up. But the food was awful. The quesadilla was made with a questionable tortilla and barely any cheese in it. The heat from the quesadilla melted the sour cream so it was watery. The the tomato salsa was anything but fresh. The salsa was on its last legs. The guacamole was good and the chips were unsalted and stale. I don't think I will order from them again. In the past I would order a burrito. Maybe that's a better option but I didn't have that this time. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars I don't mind paying $16 for a burrito but they give you scoops of chicken like their life depended on keeping the chicken shelf full it's completely ridiculous. Listen....who doesn't LOVE something about Chipotle right?? The one thing you can count on most times from chain restaurants is consistency, right? WRONG!!! The customer service is horrible, there clean up between customers...horrible. I wish employees In Food service would understand that gloves should be changed often, especially once you cross contaminate..ie touch your hair, touch cash, touch someone else!! This location was out of chips by 7pm on a Friday evening!! Let me walk you through my experience... Arrived @ 642pm ....just 4 people in front of me. 6:47pm- I haven't moved. 6:50pm...still haven't moved. 6:51pm arrived at the glass ... and as asked "what would you like?" I responded a chicken bowl DOUBLE meat with brown rice and black beans. She proceed to scoop my rice and beans and left my bowl in the "assembly line." 6:55pm..Me and my bowl have not moved. There was a large burrito two spots ahead being rolled and wrapped for the 4th or 5th time...I'm assuming an employee in training. 6:57pm... the next employee asks..what kind of meat? I said Double chicken please. There was only enough chicken in the container for 1.5 scoops. She scrapped the container. I left it alone. She pushed my bowl down the line... 7:00 my bowl still sitting there as chaos begins to flood the assembly line...I look behind me and what was once a line with only 3 "6ft apart" marked spots being occupied. Now the line is out the door. The manager tells a line worker... Sighhhh, it's going to be a long night." As I watched several hands, arms reach over my bowl to grab scoops of food for other others I just knew my blow was COLD and possessed dead skins cells from one of those body parts being waved over my uncovered food. 7:03 FINALLY... a little cheese, lettuce, salsa, and guacamole. I also asked for CHIPS & QUESO. She repeated and began to half hazardous fill a little cup with queso. I'm finally at the cashier. She says .... " you had a double chicken bowl with guacamole and queso? No- I had a regular chicken bowl because you ran out of chicken w/ guacamole and an order of chips and queso. She says ok. Adjust my total. Before I swiped my card I said. I don't see my chips. She says ... "OH WE ARE OUT OF CHIPS!" ... Wait what??? Girl keep the whole order. 7:05 I left Chipotle. I starved that night. read more

This is your standard Chipotle but with tons of extra seating! I'm pretty sure this is the biggest Chipotle I've been in. Which is great for this complex because I can see it gets busy. Came here for a quick dinner before a movie and the line moved super quick and the employees were friendly. The portions are also very fair. I've been to locations where they really skimp out on rice and meat but they're very fair here. Personally I love the hightop tables and chairs along the window. It's a busy spot and it's cool to sit and people watch a bit while you enjoy your burrito bowl. It's also in a great spot because it's not very far from the parking lot. Located right by Starbucks and Cheeseburger in Paradise. Grab your food, a coffee and cure the itis with a movie, all in the same complex! read more

Awesome burrito bowls and they serve carnitas here. I had a mix of carnitas and barbacoa in my burrito bowl and ordered guac on the side. It was a huge serving and I could barely finish it. If you are a small eater, you could probably spilt it into two small meals. The meat was tender and fresh. I had mine to go and it was nicely packed. The hot sauce gave a zing to the rice. Love it. While it can get crowded during lunch time, the line does move quickly, so don't get turned off by the crowd. Napkins, plastic forks and knives are plentiful. The restroom is also clean. read more

Everytime I order food from here with my co-workers they mess up my order. We drive on I-95 a few times a year to visit family so we frequently have to eat at rest stops along the way - as much as I do like occasionally indulging in Wendy's or other fast food, I find the quality to sub-par, the prices inflated, and the wait times for food very long. Add to that, my son has food allergies (egg and dairy), so it's really hard to find anything he can eat at most fast food places. Luckily, this Chipotle was not too far of a detour off the freeway, so it was really easy to get to. For the amount of time we waste at the rest stops waiting in line for food, and waiting for the food, this Chipotle saved us way more time in total. We were here on a weekend so it wasn't busy at all, and we were able to get our food without waiting in a line for feeling rushed. My burrito was great - it was one of the better burritos I've had from Chipotle and they weren't skimpy on the fillings, My son really enjoyed his kids meal too, and they have at least 4-5 high chairs at this location. We will definitely be back to this Chipotle next time we are driving in the area and need to stop for a meal. read more

Originally, I intended to stop in here on a Saturday, but saw the line and went elsewhere. Sunday the line was about equally as long, but I decided to wait it out, and that ended up being a good decision. One of the fastest Chipotle's I've eaten at in a while. Multiple employees were working the serving line to keep it moving, with the only bottleneck being the cash register, nothing new for Chipotle. Seating area was somewhat larger than the usual Chipotle, so even with the crowd there were plenty of seats. Chicken bowl was fine as expected and I left full. Area has plenty of free parking, another plus for this location. Overall, pleasantly surprising stop, better than the average Chipotle. read more

I went to Chipotle tonight! All i wanted was a cheese quesadilla! I left so upset and mad because I was told by the employees that I can't order that in store. I would have to order online! pay these extra fees when I am standing right there in line! There excuse was that they only have one heater and running back and forward is too much! I then tell them that I have order this, from Edgewater and Hoboken and have never been told I had to order it online! Especially when their menu in store has kids quesadilla on the board! Yet I am been told that they can't make it! I am disappointed! How you treat your customers! Not only that while talking you just say well there is nothing i can do oh well shrug your shoulders!!! VERY WRONG!!! If it was up to me i'd put a ZERO! NEED BETTER Employees that want to do their job! and not just shrug their shoulders! read more

Please avoid spending your money and time here. This Chipotle is staffed with disrespectful and non-common sense having employees. I came in on a bogo day and was faced with a long line. I waited in line for over an hour, that wasn't a problem for me because I knew what I was getting into. However, when I got to the front of the line, I tried to order only to be told that they were out of nearly everything. There were no beans, no sofritas, no pico, no guac, no corn, no salsa, and much more. You would think that they would have announced the lack of ingredients to the long line of people waiting, but no. Completely and utterly useless. As a vegan, there was nothing left for me. I wasted an entire hour in Chipotle due to lack of communication. Furthermore, the employees on the front line were extremely rude and employees by the grill were laughing at customers due to the lack of food. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. AVOID!!! read more

Food is run of the mill chipotle - delicious in a pinch, nothing spectacular. Service is good, more than once my order has been incorrect which was a bummer but when I went back they corrected it free of charge. Managers and all staff members were kind and seemed like nice people. Ambiance is, again, nothing out of the ordinary for this branch. Kept mostly clean despite the influx of younger people who leave some trash around. A good staple, but nothing spectacular. read more

My second time eating at Chipotle. I'm not huge on rice and beans. But my guy "made me do it" We had the guacamole and chips.,, well, that's a must and I least loved avocado in every form and shape. Their guacamole is creamy, fresh and very tasty! The tortilla chips are divine. Seriously!! We had a bowl, and I discovered I can have one without the rice (yeyyy!): Chopped lettuce, pinto beans, steak, tomatoes, guacamole (again ) and hot sauce, the really spicy one. It was delicious, very filling and satisfying. Why is resisted it till now?? Excellent place for takeout, healthy and BERY fresh and tender steak (didn't really expect that). You can guarantee freshness bc of the high turnover. Service was efficient, pleasant and very accommodating. I'm officially joining the (already established) trend. read more

Solid Chipotle location. They do a great job of keeping the lines down and always have to-go orders ready by the time they're supposed to be ready. They're also pretty consistent with portions- I've had issues with other locations where you may get an overflowing bowl or skimpy bowl depending on who put it together. If you're in the mood for Chipotle, this place is a good bet. read more

I hate paying for food and not getting my money's worth. I'm definitely a chipotle lover just like many others...with that being said, I've been coming to this particular chipotle for as long as I can remember.. It's in a area where there's a few restaurants, a lot of parking available, some retail stores around, hotels, Starbucks, LA fitness.. Etc so it can be convenient for a lot of customers. The facility it self is rather clean. Offers a decent amount of seating and in the summer/spring they usually have about four small tables outside. The line can get a bit long at times but you can always place your order in the chipotle app and head straight to the cashier at a specific time to avoid waiting in these long lines. (Convenient if you're in a rush) My only disappointment with this particular chipotle is portions of meat and rice get smaller and smaller each time. Its really upsetting. I stared thinking it was just myself who felt this way but its been brought up by many other friends who also come to this chipotle. What makes it even worse is that the staff not only serve tiny portions of the meat and rice but when comes down to the toppings they drown the meal with it.. Its ridiculous. Hopefully this doesn't continue to happen or else I will probably start eating at a different chipotle where I get a decent amount of rice & meat. read more

Don't be alarmed by the line at this location at lunchtime. It moves quickly and you'll be happy you waited. What I love best about Chipotle is that they don't nickel-and-dime you to death. Want romaine lettuce instead of rice? Sure thing! Want extra cheese? No problem! They charge extra for guacamole, but I can live with that. Their chips are always very fresh, too. The perfect crunch and the perfect salt ratio. Not sure about how the tacos are, but the burritos and burrito bowls are always a hit. read more

Two reviews in one if I may. One as a fan of this chain, and another as a former stock holder. We come here occasionally for lunch when shopping in the area. Today my wife and I had tacos and the burrito bowl. The tacos were soft corn tortillas filled with Barbacoa(shredded beef), brown rice, black beans cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Which they charge $2.11 extra for the guacamole. Yes it is pricey but well worth it. The burrito bowl was filled with carnitas (shredded pork), brown rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. As a former shareholder, they are a subsidiary of McDonalds. I purchased their stock at $ 38 a share about five years ago. The stock at one point was traded in the $420 range. I sold it off at a profit. As of of closing yesterday they have gone up to almost $576 a share. Ticker symbol is CMG. Keep churning out those $7 tacos and burritos. That is coming from a fan and former investor. read more

This place is being run by untrained staff. We came on Saturday around 9:30pm which is hour and half before closing time, they ran out of white rice and brown rice. The white rice option was not available and brown rice wait/ cook time was 25 minutes. Also the immature cooking staff were playing and splashing water where the food is cooked and it was dropping in the front of the serving containers. I absolutely realize it's not easy to run a business especially in food industry and I love chipotle but @management please train your staff members. read more

Chipotle is by far my most favorite quick food restaurant. This location is also conveniently located on my way home from work so I must admit I come here quite often. But today was by far the most unpleasant time that I have experienced at chipotle. The manager was there monitoring the employees to make sure the portions they gave were not too big. So needless to say today's portions were not the usual amount. Then at checkout I asked for a water cup, the manager preceded to follow me to the drinks and made sure I got just water and not a soda!! So if you can avoid this location, do it!! Not friendly and makes you feel uncomfortable. read more

I come here a lot for lunch with some co-workers. Sometimes the line is kind of long for lunch, but it moves pretty quickly. Chipotle recently switched to iceberg lettuce, which is a huge bummer, but it doesn't stop the long lines for coming for cheap Mexican food. There is a garage attached to this Chipotle because it's in a shopping plaza, so rest assured that parking is usually not a problem. Did you know that if you can't finish three tacos in one sittings, you can order just one or two tacos? They are priced $2.50 for one. That's not bad! I was always throwing away my third taco, but then I figured out you can just ask for two tacos and save about $2. read more

Probably the worst Chipotle, I have ever been to and eaten from. First the staff is very young and unprofessional. where's the adult supervision?? This chipotle has just been going down hill in service. For one I feel like I'm always getting someone who's making sure I don't get a full serving or spoonful of meat. They are counting every little piece of meat and even now the extra meat thing doesn't work. This time I felt rushed even though no one was really behind me. There are three people putting together my order and I always feel like they are gonna forget seomthing. And it has happened before. This time a lady in front of me came back to the register and said she forgot to order chips and went to hand the light skinned Spanish kid (around 930-10pm sat night) a $5 to pay for the chips and he said don't sorrry about it and she got free chips. Now I'm right behind her finishing up my order and I need two bags of chips. Of course he hands me the chips and of course I end up paying for both. Which is fine but considering what just happenedanyk e would expect a free bag of chips. Last thing was that my bag of chips feels like less than a quarter of the freaking huge bag they give you. Just be ON THE BORDER and give the whole bag!! For the price I pay for chipotle I would expect more meat without extra meat charge, and chips that aren't stale , for the few chips that are there. Not happy with this place: I'd rather drive the extra 10 mins to Rutherford /Carlstadt area. Not cool chipotle! This is an older post then never did. This is a new one May 12, 2018 You guys are sooo cheap with your meat and cheese. You expect to fill everything with lettuce and filler. The girl had small hands and I barely got a good portion of cheese and I had to ask for "extra" Same with the meat, it's like one 3/4 filled spoon. Then they go in again for another scoop but it's only an illusion. It's just to make you think it's for more. It's barely a 1/4 spoonful then I asked for more meat and now after I paid for "double meat" I now have what I call a regular serving. I wouldn't care if I wasn't charged $13 per bowl.. please fix this or credit me for the multiples time I've been there. It sucks bc it's a quick "healthy" meal option and that's the closest for us. read more

I am a frequent customer of this chipotle solely due to the fact that I work across the street. The amount of meat that goes into a standard bowl here is a complete embarrassment to the chipotle franchise. Many of my colleagues and I have noticed that new hires on the line have been quite skimpy with proportion size compared to what we were used to in the past. There are no standards serving sizes here so you never know what you are going to get. I went here for lunch today and can say with 100% certainty that i get absolutely fucked this time. I finished my bowl within 2 minutes, and i guarantee could eat another with relative ease. TLDR - The amount of meat you get here is pathetic. read more
