Forced to order a bowl. I asked for a few sides of "taco tortillas" and they charged me $0.50 for each small tortilla. Usually it's $0.50 for a large tortilla. However, I like to order online so I can skip the line. Every time when I order online/pick up, without fail, they would skim on the amount of food. I honestly wish I could give this location 0 stars. Every time I come here, there seems to be a new issue, and the service has been consistently frustrating. The staff have repeatedly overcharged me for items I never received. Most recently, I was charged for guac even though I ordered a veggie burrito, which should have included guac for free. I was also charged for a side of guac that I never actually received. I didn't realize it was missing until I got home. When I scanned my Chipotle app, the staff said it went through but never actually verified it on their end, so I didn't receive the points I was supposed to get. To make matters worse, the employee threw away my receipt and immediately moved on to the next customer without giving me a chance to check it. Because I no longer had the receipt, I couldn't do anything about the missing guac or redeem the points afterward. The service is also extremely slow, which only makes these issues even more frustrating. I've given this location multiple chances, but every visit has been a nightmare. When we finally got our turn to order the server looked noticeably unhappy as he was tossing utensils and food around like he was upset at the world. We asked if there was more steak as the container was near empty he mumbled under his breath that someone had to cut more and when he told that someone to do it they came out from the back also very visibly irritated.. the whole serving area was so messy with food everywhere like it had not been wiped in hours. All my families steak servings were 80% fat. Also, when did chipotle stop cooking their food fresh like the commercials show? Everything was coming from the back even the steak.. This is not really a review on the food. This is more review on the establishment. I applied for this job. I'm 18 years old going to culinary school with prior experience to working at chipotle. I came to the Chipotle during the time of the interview that was scheduled the interviewer was not there. They told me to come in the next day at eight in the morning so I got there. They told me that he still wasn't there and then they told me to wait till nine and then I got there and then he still wasn't there! He tells me to come back at 11 so this is delaying my entire afternoon yesterday and my entire morning now then I come at 11 and I'm knocking at the door in the front and the manager is just looking at me not opening it so I'm forced to just sit at the front until they're completely opened. Then they let me in then they gave me a half ass interview, they barely asked me any questions and they left. They wasted so much of my time but I was fine with it because I was confident in my work abilities and my skills thinking this would be a good place to apply but they have someone with down syndrome working in the back that screams whenever he get stressed out I have seen it multiple times. read more

I visited this location today around 4:30 PM and was informed that the refrigerated portion of the food line was not working, which meant several standard items were unavailable. I understand equipment issues happen and are out of staff's control. What was disappointing was being told no accommodations or discounts would be offered, and being charged extra for cheese despite it being the only option available. Essentially, if you're out of cold items, don't expect any accommodations for the inconvenience--even when customers go out of their way to visit this location. Management, please do better. It's your usual chipotle that has the usual food. It's located in a nice plaza so you can get a lot done while you are there. Staff is friendly and they move the lines quickly during rush hours. We there for a Sunday lunch and they managed everything very efficiently. Place is nice and clean, it's well kept. Overall a nice spot to get some mexican food. read more

Putrid experience and let me tell you why. First, this chipotle always appears to be under resourced, anytime I go the protein bowls are empty, the produce is empty, and the assembly lines are always lathered in sour cream and cheese and other messes. But here is the kicker, here is where I drew the line. Last night, after standing in a line longer than the Nile River, it was finally my turn to order my food. My bowl is assembled and naturally I want the icing on the cake: the guacamole. However, to my dismay, the guacamole bowl is EMPTY (unsurprisingly). I ask the employee if he can get some guac for me from the back room, because they ALWAYS have guac in the back room. Indeed, the last time I was at Chipotle the employee got me guac from the back room. However, this time was different. My request for guac was rejected because the back room guac was for mobile orders. I was devastated. I went back to my car at 8:05 pm, sat and stewed in frustration, then placed a mobile order. The ETA for the order was 8:20, but I went back in at 8:06 because I knew how quickly guac could be provided. At 8:07 I left with my guac. It took two seconds to go get the guac for me for the mobile order but GOD FORBID you take those two seconds while I was in line. In the event this is a store policy, serious change is needed. It is inexcusable to force individuals who make the trek to go to the store to not have guac while there is an abundance of it in the back for the mobile orders. It is easier to tell someone sitting comfortably on their couch that there is no guac than to tell it to folks who waited in a long line that they can't have any. Like I said, change is needed, the company's ethos needs to be reevaluated, and those poor employees need to stop being set up for failure with silly rules like this. Moreover, considering this lack of resources is a consistent problem, and considering you know guac is always running out, more guacamole needs to be made on a daily basis to accommodate the large demand. I recognize this is the quintessential first world problem, but I also felt compelled to share my experience. Chipotle, do better. Thank you. read more

By far the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle. We ordered a burrito bowl and salad bowl online and both orders were completely botched-- everything was wrong except our proteins. When we attempted to call their customer service number on Yelp, there was no live person available and went straight to an automated system, which is absolutely useless when you're trying to resolve a messed-up order. Had no choice but to drive back to the store to speak with someone in person. When we brought up the issue to the shift lead, he deflected responsibility and claimed they might have been out of black beans-- even though we literally saw a full container being refilled behind the counter. He completely dismissed the fact that multiple components of our order were incorrect, including paid add-ons like guac. They did eventually refund our order and offered a free entree coupon, but the whole experience was frustrating and avoidable had they just owned up to the mistake from the beginning. I won't be returning to this location and strongly recommend going elsewhere to avoid the hassle and poor customer service. read more

this location has been consistently disappointing enough that I feel like I have to say something. I've ordered from here multiple times through delivery, and 9 times out of 10 something is wrong with the order. I kept giving it another chance thinking it was just bad luck, but after going in person, it's clearly a bigger issue. I came in around 2:42 PM and didn't leave until about 3:20-3:30 PM. There were only about 6-7 people in line ahead of me, but it took around 25 minutes just to get to the front. One customer actually left because of how long it was taking. There was only one employee actively serving food, and each order was taking several minutes per person. Meanwhile, multiple other employees were around but not stepping in to help, even as the line kept growing. People waiting for pickup orders were also standing there for long periods without being acknowledged. After finally getting my food and leaving, I realized my chips were missing. I had to go back in and wait again just to get a simple item I had already paid for, and even then it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I've been to several other Chipotle locations, and I don't typically run into these kinds of issues. That's what makes this stand out--this doesn't feel like a normal off day, it feels like an ongoing problem specific to this location. I understand that food service jobs can be tough, but this level of slow service, lack of coordination, and repeated order mistakes is not normal. It feels like there's a serious issue with training or management here. At this point, I don't see myself coming back to this location again. read more

Very slow service on the line, the workers seem to have major attitude issues and do not care. They never stock their forks and just keep a box up front for anyone to grab? This time the special chicken was out and so was the guacamole. And the Barbacoa was not even shredded. Came in large chunks in my salad. This place seems to be seriously struggling. Haven't been to this location in awhile as I used to live next door. Small line for an early lunch. Saw the gentlemen order a bowl ahead of me and I couldn't help but notice all the small scoops he was getting in his bowl, noticeably his scoop of chicken. I thought to myself, I hope I don't get her helping me. It looked like she was in a rush and was having a bad day or something. She had a negative energy about her with a huge frown. I got helped by a another gentleman. I ordered two bowls and I noticed over half of our items were either empty or down to the last scoop or less. Instead of replacing it with a fresh set, we not only got the leftover scrapes but was not a full portion for some of the items. Thankfully, they had enough chicken which was the most important for me. Nevertheless, my wife's bowl was sadly underwhelming in size. I would normally wait and ask to get a fresh batch of the items but there was a line building up. They were out of black beans, fajita veggies, pico, and cheese. We tried the new honey chipotle chicken and it was pretty good. Love the hint of heat and sweetness. Very flavorful and chicken was cooked good. Overall, it appeared they were understaffed and couldn't help but notice the negative energy of one of the workers. Could be that they're short staffed and stressed, not entirely sure. Whether i come here to pick up an online order or to order in person, this location has got to be the slowesttttt. I come to this location because it's the closest to my house, but every time I come, I'm reminded why I tell myself not to go again. It doesn't matter if there's only one person ahead of you, 3 employees taking your order, or if you're the 6th person in line- the wait is long. My most recent visit was tonight and I think I will not be coming here again. I placed an order online. When I got to the restaurant, I waited about 12 min. After some time, an employee told us that their computer had crashed. When it came back on, there were 26 orders in queue. At that point, it had been 20 min past my original pick up time so I left and got refunded via chat. The in-store orders line was by the door and half of the people in line got helped before we were given an update on our mobile orders. Girlllll..... I get it's fast food, but the service is terrible. There's NOTHING fast about it. I get there, there's no meat... so the not so friendly guy says it's gonna be like 10 minutes, so I sit and wait, 5 minutes later, they finally start cooking the meat.. there was no one there so it's like they were busy btw... he didn't even apologize for me having to wait ... so maybe re visit the customer service manual. The staff at this location were great--friendly, hardworking, and doing their best despite being such a small crew. I saw one person running the register while also preparing food, another working in the back, and someone else cleaning and taking out trash. The reason for my 2-star review is not the staff, but the consistent lack of basic items at this location. Today, they were out of forks (only spoons available), out of the new adobo ranch that's heavily advertised, and already out of fajita filling by 5 p.m. On top of that, the "large" queso feels more like a small for the $5.90 price, and the vinaigrette containers are never filled more than halfway. I had a really disappointing experience at this location during lunch today. The line was extremely long, but what made it worse was how poorly things were being handled behind the counter. There was only one employee both marking food and working as the cashier, and I observed them handling money and then touching food without changing gloves. That's a serious hygiene concern and honestly unacceptable. On top of that, the overall customer service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and when issues were raised, management came across as dismissive and uninterested in addressing customer concerns. It didn't feel like there was any effort to maintain basic service standards or ensure a safe, clean environment. I'm not someone who complains often, but this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. I hope this location takes a closer look at both food safety practices and how customers are treated, because right now it's not meeting expectations. read more
